I loved how close we were to the main center of town and all of the shops/historic buildings. It was also very nice and quiet at night. The concierge team treated us like friends and were informative about the area, they were on it! They asked all the right questions, held our luggage after we checked out and before we checked in. They also helped us look into tours and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much!

There were inly two places I thought for improvement. First was the shower drain did not drain very well, so it was a little difficult to shower comfortably. I kept having to turn the shower off the keep it from flooding. Which I understand that it is an old apartment and so the plumbing would not be amazing but the drain should be able to drain effectively. The other thing we did not like was that there were no hand towels for the kitchen sink.

Location is excellent. Beds where super comfy and the apartment was very clean. Location would beat any other issues we faced as it was about a five min walk to the centre.

. Property could do with some updates. The rooms wasn’t air conned and had a broken air con unit. We didn’t get a clean service but asking for extra towels they advised a cleaning service was to be asked for mid stay and not automatic.

Location is spectacular. We have stayed here several times and it cannot be beat for location. Quieter than in Old Town where it's loud and full of partiers, but super close and easy to get to every location. So easy to reach from the train station. There is a convenience store, many restaurants, and a huge mall at your doorstep. The layout of the apartments is always really good for families. Multiple single beds, tons of space! Desk clerk was friendly and efficient.

Hot water in shower only lasted for 30 seconds at a time. Heaters were very finicky and once they turned off they often wouldn't turn back on again. Wifi only worked standing in the hallway.

Very helpful staff, and it was great that there is a 24 hour reception so there is always someone available to help. The staff helped us with booking day trips and a transfer to the airport. The facilities were clean and spacious and the location was close to local shops and bars so was very convenient

There was a drop in WiFi signal when in the main room but this was not a big problem

I very much enjoyed the vibe of the building itself. The staff were all supremely pleasant and accommodating. The flat was spacious, well appointed and decently cleaned. The hotel is also exceptionally well located and easy to get to.

I was treated to possibly the world's creakiest sleeper sofa, which was a bit of a minus. Though having to dig this deeply for a nit-pick ought to speak volumes to how positive our experience was.

Staff very welcoming and helpful and the apartment block was staffed 24/7. Apartment was warm and comfortable and in a fantastic location, a short walk to the Old Town. The staff were really helpful before our visit and booked airport transfers and trips (Auschwitz and Salt Mines).

Could have provided more teabags, but it was not a problem for the staff when I asked for some more. Would benefit from larger cups/mugs (for us English tea drinkers) and also some wine glasses. Property is a little dated but good value for money.

Location was excellent. Staff were great and very helpful - they attended to all our wishes!

The layout of the rooms is not great. Our bed was in a sort of mezzanine so we had no privacy. The space was also extremely hot and the air conditioning system was too loud to keep on at night. Note that it was about 22 degrees outside so it wasn't just the hot weather. The stairs leading to the mezzanine were more like a ladder! We were climbing up and down sideways while firmly holding onto the rails - it was very inconvenient going to the bathroom at night or early in the morning!

The hotel was in excellent location, very close to all amenities and places of interest. The old town was a short walking distance. Breakfast was delivered to us each morning in a bag, they provided good choices. Staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us.

Lay out of apartment was strange that one bedroom led to another. This could not be seen via the images of the property and it was difficult as a group of two couples when I had to go through my parents room if I needed the toilet during the night

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is a 5-minute walk from the railway station. The bed linen is snow-white. The room for four is two-story, but without doors. In the kitchen there is a small refrigerator, but with a freezer. Nice apartments, I recommend them.
