Everything. It’s location is superb. Right near station on a side street and a one minute walk to the gate of the main square. Brand new and very young modern vibe. Super clean. Bathrooms are really great with hand held and elephant shower heads. The rooms come with Nespresso machines and water purifier and refrigerator. Beds are comfortable and the entire room is really planned out well with usb charging in the wall. There is a patio, fitness center and sauna and outdoor patio. Inside there is a bar and restaurant and work spaces. All very chic. Front desk and help is very nice and treat guests very well. We should have stayed longer and I will be looking for Tribe hotels in each new city I travel to. Prices are very reasonable.

The location is excellent! The hotel is literally across the street from the main train station, making it super convenient whether you arrive by train or via the direct airport connection. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an air conditioning system that worked perfectly without any need to adjust it. We also appreciated the fully enclosed glass shower. Breakfast offered plenty of options every morning, and while we didn’t use the 24/7 gym next to the restaurant, it was nice to have it available.

The only minor issue was with the key cards, which stopped working a few times during our stay. The staff always resolved it quickly by updating or replacing the card, but it became a small habit to check if the door would open before leaving the room.

It is a new hotel and it is very comfortable, smart in a modern way and the bed is very lovely and comfortable. It feels like the staff are great team from day one. Very friendly and helpful and it was an enjoyable stay in an excellent location.

The modern look and design is not in keeping with the charm of the old Krakow and it feels like you can be in any modern hotel around the world. It might appeal to a younger travellers but this beautiful town could be served better if the hotel design respected the architecture and the history of Krakow. There is nothing insight the hotel to tell you that you are in a historic city.

My stay at Tribe Kraków was truly wonderful. From the very first moment, the warm welcome made all the difference. A special thank you to Jonasz for his exceptional attention and kindness throughout my visit. The hotel is brand new, and it shows in every detail: modern, elegant, and beautifully designed. The room was equipped with everything needed for maximum comfort – a coffee machine, a water purifier, luxury amenities, bathrobe, and slippers. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, top-quality ingredients prepared with great care. I especially appreciated the wide variety and exceptional pastries that made it hard to choose. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk from Kraków’s main train station, making it incredibly easy to reach the airport as well as excursions to Auschwitz, the Salt Mines, and other destinations. On top of that, the hotel is right next to the city’s main attractions, so you can explore Kraków comfortably on foot. In short, Tribe Kraków exceeded all my expectations. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and impressed from start to finish. I will definitely return and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Tribe Krakow Old Town just opened for business 3 weeks ago when I arrived. Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to restaurants, public transportation, shopping and attractions. Staff super friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely will stay here again!!!

Close to the old town and the Galeria Krakowska. Quiet. Kind and Smiley staff. Well designed room. Reasonable number of power sockets in the room (unlike other hotels). The A/C worked great.

The water stream in the bathroom was thin. The water pressure in the toilet was mid ranged.

Honestly everything. Staff, vibe, cleanliness, comfort, location, nice toiletries. slippers, robe, nespresso and unlimited filtered water available in the room.

The entrance and reception are a little tight, so it sometimes was tricky to maneuver the area with large luggage etc.

Excellent location, modern décor, and spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and made our stay in Krakow even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was just too expensive, we decided to skip it and instead had an excellent and much cheaper breakfast in town.
