We really liked this hotel. The location is fantastic. It is a few minutes by foot from the central train station and also a few minutes from the old city. The bedroom and bathroom are comfortable, clean and with all the required facilities. Our bedroom faced the main road so it was pretty noisy if the window was open. We kept the window closed the entire time.. It is probably better if you can get a room not facing the street. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Very very good! We had an evening flight and the staff stored our luggage for us.

We arrived earlier than the check-in hours. Our room was available but they charged us for early check-in. This is highly unusual. Usually hotels are gracious enough to give you a room earlier if there is one available (at no additional cost)

Everything was very well thought out, the room was immaculate and exactly as described. The breakfast choice was great, staff were helpful, advising us where needed, and preparing us a takeaway option when we were setting off on an excursion before breakfast started. The hotel has put in so much effort to being environmentally conscious. It’s not something I always notice when I stay in hotels, but the work that has been put into this was clear and effective. They are perfectly located for one of the pick-up points for excursions, the train station and finding something to eat/drink in the old town. I am already looking to re-book for my parents’ upcoming visit.

Location was fantastic close to everything we wanted, we loved the fact you got a surprise/treat each morning if you were green friendly, Rooms were big and very clean and we absolutely loved the bathroom. Photos are spot on everything is exactly like its shown, and with the shopping centre around a 20 second walk so you can pick up a quick breakfast and coffee before you go off to explore Krakow. One other thing thats useful is that if you book any trips then around 90% of them pick you up around 50 meters from the hotel and drop you back off at the same place so very convenient for this. Staff were brilliant from check in to check out, if you needed anything they sorted it within minutes. We will definitely be back to this hotel in the near future. Thank you for making my 50th Birthday a good one.

The hotel was beautiful and modern, and located excellently, close to the train station and the old town centre. The staff was welcoming and helpful and spoke excellent english. Our room was fantastic, comfortable beds, modern decorations, gorgeous bathroom with shower and bath and I particularly liked the mood lighting in there. Aircon worked perfectly. There was a great little gym on site as well. I am a weightlifter and I could do a great workout with what they had. Breakfast was top notch quality with lots of variety - the only thing that can be improved there is the coffee beans used for the machines, the taste was poor. Bonus: they are enviromentally conscious and they let you take a plant up to your room - what a great little idea, i loved this.

At check in (very friendly) we were given a guide book and map of the city. The guide book contains self guided walks for the Old City, Wawel Castle area and the Jewish Quarter. Even though we'd done our own research this was very much appreciated as the walks and information were brilliant. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. Very quiet too. Loved the coffee Nespresso machine. Great extra touches, eg the comfy chair and footstool, an ironing board, fridge, kettle and nice toiletries. Large shower and a separate bath. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the huge shopping centre with many cafes and restaurants and below the centre is the main railway station. So convenient if you want to catch the train to and from the airport, to the Salt Mines (just 7 zloty pp each way) and to Oskar Schindlers Factory. In addition the hotel is just a 5 min stroll to the Old Town. Breakfast at the hotel is buffet style - lots of fruit, yoghurt, breads, cheeses, hams, pastries, jams, boiled eggs, as well as a selection of hot items. Fruit juices and coffee too. An excellent hotel, so glad we choose it.

Just a small matter - the pillows aren't very comfortable. I agree with previous reviews they are so soft that your head sinks into them so that they don't give any support. Two pillows are too tall, one pillow is too flat. It's just personal choice, sorry.

Fabulous location, just 10 minutes from the center of the old town and literally in front of the train station. Cute modern design with good AC in a hot summer. Very chic bar on the ground floor. What you expect from the brand. Elevator so you don’t have to worry about lugging heavy luggage. Fridge in room, and they gave me fresh water bottles every day. Clean and modern bathroom. My favorite part was that you can take a plant from the lobby up to your room. Made it so homey! Excellent location and good value for the money.

Breakfast is overpriced. I recommend eating elsewhere. So many fun eateries and cafés around Kraków. Hotel is a bit shabby here and there, holes in curtains that let the light in, dirty windows, stale carpet, things like that. Could do with some upkeep and modernization. But overall great value for the money. I might stay somewhere with more of a boutique vibe next time I’m in Kraków. But I think this was a great hotel, especially if you’re looking for comfort and amenities. I think this is a good place to stay if you’ve got USAmerican sensibilities and are used to larger rooms, elevators, and strong AC. I think this would be a good place to bring my octogenarian parents. Could be good for families too.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, I also used the gym , It has all basic needs. Perfect location if you arrived by train, and if you want to explore the old town. Very safe. Interior was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast - perfect , I found plenty of options that fit my healthy needs, great kitchen , interior, The bed was very comfortable. Great shower, and everything that you would expect at a 4star H.

Their (entry) card system is tricky to use. You need to insert it in some fast specific way which ends up being annoying to use. Surprisingly few staff members (male, reception) left me an unpleasant vibe. Like I am being looked down upon and judged, high on ego.. (But it was only few of them - the others were helpful, pleasant and nice!) . I also expected the room with the bathtub, because it was in that category, and was looking forward to it after my trip - but ended up being without it. So - if that's what you're looking for - make sure to specify the preference when booking and arrange it.

Location - it's next to the railway station, so you can easily get there from the airport by modern and convenient train. The station is combined with a biggest mall in the city, with all the shops and big supermarket. As from the city center it's just like 10 minutes walk. What surprised me the most, taking this into account, it's that it was quiet! I didn't open the windows (there is air-conditioning) and it was just a perfect to relax in the evening or to sleep in. The room was very spacious, with a spacious bathroom as well (there were both a tub and a shower), with a free bottle of water.

I would say that breakfast was not up to my expectations. I mean there was almost everything you might want, but still I can't say that food was super delicious.

- clean room and bathroom, with both walk-in shower and bathtub - huge and confortable bed - extraordinary diverse breakfast - most of the personnel was receptive and helpful - awesome location (the view could have been better) - possibility of luggage storage before check-in/after check-out

- small storage space, quite unaccessible due to its location on a narrow hallway - very limited space on one side of the bed - no slippers in the room, but they were provided on demand - no iron in the room, but there is an ironing room at -1 floor where you will find it - one of the front desk members who was supposed to carry out an easy task forgot about it, when changing her shift.

Room was clean, quiet, modern, comfortable with opening windows and great view. Breakfast was excellent, room service was quick and good quality. Staff friendly and spoke good English. Location was very good, right next to the main train station including a huge shopping mall and quite a few bus tours start from there also. In many cities, areas near train stations are not so good, but this area was great. Good curry house round corner also if you want a change in food .TV news and HBO movies in English also a big advantage over other hotels, plus everything in the room operated by proper switches. Air con/heating also controllable and worked well.
