Excellent location to every attraction. Excellent transportation links for example trams, buses and taxi station. Lovely and warm hotel and our room. Very comfortable, basic room. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. 2 members of staff were very friendly, Natalia and Aga. Just across the road from indoor shopping centre with a great food court. You can ask for a bath or shower in your room when booking. Excellent communication and quick response when booking through booking.com Will definitely be staying there again next year.

It seems that British Visa cards and debit cards were a problem for British guests to pay their room bills. As the 2 card machines they had in the aparthotel did not accept anything. We tried 5 different cards between 4 different people in our group but nothing went through. Everyone had to pay in cash which could have been a problem if you didn’t have PLN with you. We all used our cards afterwards in the shopping centre and everywhere else around krakow with no problem at all. They need to do something about that.

Perfect for a stay central to the old town. Everything within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, nice little touches with the sachet of shampoo/shower gel.

Was difficult to find the parking (half the gate locked and need a staff member to open) this was rectified by a phone call, but would have been preferable to know beforehand:

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the central train station, which made getting around really easy. I appreciated the 24/7 front desk, especially since I had an early flight and could check out without any hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, and the shared kitchen area was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus.

The bathroom was very small, with no shelf or counter space to place toiletries like lotions or a toothbrush, which made it a bit inconvenient. You should consider that there is no air conditioner, only a loud fan. Also, the room lacked soundproofing — even regular conversation from outside could be clearly heard, which affected the overall comfort.

the location is quite literally perfect, it's not in old town but it's next to krakow glowny and the big shopping centre, so if you are heading for a day trip, maybe to auschwitz/oswiciem, your travel time is a little shorter because you are right next to the big train station. the staff are lovely and the rooms are quite big, beds are comfy, maybe the walls are a little thin but I always bring earplugs anyways. staff was very friendly. excellent room considering the price and location.

not much to complain about. I as a single person could not book a double room, i had to get two twin beds, but not a huge deal.

It is near to everywhere, especially to the Krakow Main Train Station. The train station is in the same place as the shopping center. When you walk out of the door of the Guess store in the shopping center and walk across the street, it is between two pine trees in front of Hebe. And there is a market on the opposite sidewalk that is always open. All but one employee were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but delicious and they have vegetarian options which is very nice.

It was a bit noisy in the morning because of the staff, but maybe it was because I was in a room on the ground floor directly opposite the cafeteria. The breakfast system was also interesting. You have to inform what you are going to eat the next day and when. But even if you have to leave early, they pack your breakfast, which is very nice.

Pros: The room was perfect for the purpose that I needed (place to rest before traveling further). Also super short walking distance to the old town. Traveling alone - i felt safe. It wasn't too far out of main streets. Was clean, fresh bedsheets , and super close to the railway station. The staff girls were super friendly and helpful. They spoke English

It's definitely not a fancy looking option. For me the weather was fine so no need. But i saw that it has no air conditioning, just a small fan (so might be though for summer nights). Interior has chippings and has been in use for a long time. The bathroom is very small, had to put the paper roll on the sink, because there was no space. so little inconveniences like that. You will want to go out and explore the city, and only stay here for the night, since it's definitely nothing fancy.

All in all, a nice place for a short stay for someone willing to explore central Krakow. Ideal location, 3 minutes walk from the old city gate. The hotel clean, very friendly staff. Everything functions properly, clean bathroom.

The only small gripes would be the rooms are rather tiny, breakfast was not included and pricing for parking was rather steep.

When we came there, I was amazed how clean the apartment is and how nice it is. The furniture was great for such a trip, also tea and coffee and ability to cook was a nice bonus.

The bed was kind of small, but that is not a problem. The mattress on the bed however was bad. It was not very comfortable and it was obvious that it has been used for many years. Also, at first sight I was amazed how clean it was there, however, we take off our shoes right after our arrival and our feet were so dirty after some time walking on the floor.

Central location, easy to get every where. Lots of options for dinner, touristic spots, shopping, etc. Everything walking distance.

The room isolation is not good. You can hear people talking on side rooms and their shower. The breakfast is cheap and quality accordingly. I dont recomment taking their breakfast. It is served on the attached cafe they have, it is a small place and if you showered before, you will be smelling like fried bacon for long hours as the place is small and with no ventilation. The coffe and croissant is not good, go explore the city and find a better cafe around.

The hotel location is perfect, 10 minutes walking to the central and 2 minutes walking to one big shopping centre. The room it was very clean and with everything we needed. Good duvet, mattress and pillow. I arrived around 2am and I was able to do my check-in. I did my check-out but I was staying in the city until night, where they allowed me to leave my bags in the hotel and picked up later. Staff very friendly.

The breakfast it was good, but you can find better options around the hotel.
