Problemless checkin, haven't met a single soul, i am satisfied

- asked for quiet room (kids), but got a room facing a street. It was not very frequent street and i dont know if it was even possible to get a room with garden view. It was not what i asked for but it could have been worse - 4 people (2 kids) and there is single hanger in bathroom. We didnt have anything to hang wet towels on - no night tables at the bed anywhere - windows do not block noise when closed - underground parking could have marked entries (arrows on the ground, door markings, etc)

This apartment is in a great location - 5-10 minutes walk from Krakow Glowny and the same to the top of the old city. It is 30-40 minutes walk to Wawel Castle. The apartment had a small kitchen with only a small frypan so if we had planned to cook more in the apartment it would have been difficult. The table and chairs were comfortable to sit at but were squeezed into the apartment. The shower was nice and hot and there was plenty of room in the bathroom. The washing machine and drying rack were great.

The bed was very low to the ground and too firm for our old bones and by the end of our 4 night stay I had a bad back. The pillows also need more stuffing. Neither of us slept well. There was not enough room for the table and chairs comfortably because the TV unit is too large.

The apartment was in a great location. It was very clean and a good size and we liked having a balcony. It was only a few minutes walk to the main square and the station. The instructions to access the property were clear and we were easily able to follow them. The sofa was comfortable to sleep on.

We only had 2 towels between 3 of us. An extra towel, a hand towel and a tea towel would have been helpful. Luckily we had a beach towel with us. The hair dryer cuts off after a minute or 2 and would suggest bringing your own if needed. The mattress on the bed was extremely soft making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. It was difficult to turn over without waking up. More toilet rolls and some washing up cloths would have been useful as we had to buy all these items.

4 th floor 30A looked out onto a quiet little courtyard away from the noise of the main thoroughfares at Galeria Krakowska. Plenty space with good cooking facilities, comfy bed and great sofa bed, large bathroom with bath and a separate shower, balcony in a modern building with security and lift. Nice touch with some bottled water, tea and coffee ready for us to use. Clean and airy the apartment was a relaxing place to come back to from the hustle and bustle of old town Krakow. Around 15 min walk to main square and right across the road to the main rail and bus station plus a multitude of shops in Galeria Krakowska. I’m in krakow a few times a year, this is now my favourite go to place.

Some confusion with what I had booked v what I initially got (apartment at the front facing the main thoroughfare) but I was moved quickly after some firm discussions. The lovely lady that came with towels etc for the new apartment helped me pull the sofa bed out, move some things around and get us settled. Had a shock when a little side table nearly collapsed under the weight of my handbag, but I just put it to the side. All other furniture was solid, well made and functional so think this was an unfortunate anomaly which wasn’t tested as I had quickly changed rooms.

This is not my first stay in these apartments. I want to describe everything as truthfully as possible. Firstly, and most importantly, the location of the building in which the apartments are located is very convenient. If you come without a car, the railway and bus stations are nearby. If you come by car, there is a very convenient parking lot. Secondly, it is convenient to get access to the apartments, even if you arrived at night. In advance, the administration sends all the detailed information to e-mail, which is very convenient and you can even not contact the reception. Thirdly, the apartments have everything you need: dishes for cooking, washing machine, dishwasher, iron. I want to pay special attention to the administration - they are very friendly and communicative. All questions can be resolved in advance before arrival. Summary - for the money these apartments cost, this is price-quality

Among all the positives, I would like to note some points that require either improvement regarding the administration, or simply drawing the attention of guests to the future. But this is no reason not to book them. There are many more advantages for this price 1. The internet was bad 2. There were tablets for the dishwasher, but there were none for the washing machine. It was triple to buy somewhere yourself. Not enough hand/face towels. There was only one such towel for 3 people 3. The furniture is a little "used", so the beds are not super comfortable for long-term sleep. But it can be for a couple of nights

AWESOME location - we arrived from Gdansk by train and selected this hotel in part because it is less than 10 min. walk from the Krakow Glowny station (and the enormous Galleria shopping mall). It is directly across the street from the Polytechnic University, and around the corner from the Polytechnic tram and bus stop. We also were delighted to discover that there is an air conditioned, large laundromat just a block away (there is also a small washing machine in the bathroom and drying rack, which we also used on the very large outdoor deck). When we first booked, we requested a unit on the top floor with a wall of windows and outdoor deck, and we received that room. It has a table with four chairs, kitchen with small fridge and electric cooktop, all cooking essentials, very bright and airy, easy to access. We really enjoyed the feeling of living in a vibrant neighborhood that is just a 10 minute walk to the start of the old town. We also greatly appreciated the responsiveness of the management (e.g. we asked for extra towels and they were delivered to our room within 30 minutes).

The apartment was in a great location near the Old Town. The sheets were clean and beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately our apartment was from the side of the street so we could hear the traffic while sleeping. As for the apartment the TV didn't work properly it was some very cheap brand named Kivi that we never heard of and was lagging all the time. The oven didn't have the shelf or the grill so we couldn't warm our pizza so it was useless. The stove could be upgraded as well as some kitchen utensils for more guest comfort who cook their meals. Also we were shocked that the owners were greedy enough to charge extra for the baby cot as it's definitely not a common practice.

Location: it was really close to the center and main railwaystation and easily accessible. You're also located at 2min on foot from the main shopping gallery of Krakow. Overall: the apartment was very cozy and warm, it was big enough for my daughter and myself. I was happily surprised to see that they had a microwave AND an oven, they came in very handy! All the needed kitchen equipment were clean and available (plates, cups, glasses, forks, spoons, pots and pan, ...). The bathroom was also perfect for the two of us.

There were also some negative points: we didn't have a freezer, this would have been handy to store some things and the fridge was actually not cooling really well. The wifi was honestly really bad, most of the time I had to use my 5g on my phone, even just for being able to browse the internet and connect to my work.

It was our second stay at this place this year, we were happy to come back. As we had high expectations and for the most part they were met. Staff did their best to work out problematic situation with washing machine and cleaning the bathroom floor. As we ended up staying at the same apt again, we could see how some careless travellers damage the floors and leave such a huge mess that cleaning crew used chlorine to clean it up. Unfortunately we had to move in right after this cleaning, it was an unpleasant start and a horrible night with windows open. In winter season! We hope we wouldn't never experience chlorine cleaning again. Nevertheless we appreciate the good location, helpful staff and comfortable apt. Thanks!

We liked the location, it is very close to the Old Town and all necessary shops. It was quiet at night, we just closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner. However, I would not say it was really necessary to turn it on because it was not hot in the room. Also, we asked the staff to prepare the extra pillows and towels a week before our arrival and everything was at it's place. Thank you!

- the apparent is a bit outdated, the floor has very visible scratches. I recommend to cover them with some rugs. Because these scratches ruin the appearance. -The bed is too small for a couple - You might consider replacing the TV with a small desk or table for a laptop, as the TV only offered a few Polish channels and we didn’t watch it at all
