The location is 5 minutes walk from the train station Kraków Glowny. There’s a Źabka Store right under, many restaurants and everything you need. The view from the apartment was extraordinary, with a small balcony to make it even better. Overall the best apartment I have been in yet.

The preassure from shower head was not as powerful, but it won’t stop you from showering.

It's indicated in booking.com description that the room has a private bathroom. It kind of does. But one needs to cross a small kitchen in between. Some travelers came late after midnight, they also crossed the same kitchen and were loud enough to wake me up. Thus the sound isolation isn't too good.

Location, was so close to the square but in a quiet street which was great. Balcony is a greate bonus. The bed was suuuuuper comfortable.

Everything was great but there was only a tiny problem. We stayed for 2 nights, although there was only 2 coffee bags for the coffee machine and when we asked reception they told us they run out of them and couldn't give any to us so we couldn't have nice coffee the 2nd morning. I did in fact get a mini bottle of wine as compensation, which was nice but didn't serve the purpose of a morning drink 😅 We are non drinkers so the wine didn't come handy.

The staff were kind and very helpful.. we arrived and required a few housekeeping things to be attended to and the staff were prompt and kind and generous.. The shower head fell off day 2 and was replaced with a new one within the day.. Unfortunately the base of the bed was extremely soft and saggy, ok for one and I slept on the sofa bed.. very comfortable.. heating that we could manually adjust to suit ourselves was great.. Loved the addition of living plants and paintings.. small but homely.. We would definitely stay here again.. Location was excellent.. close to bus and train and shops..

The location was absolutely superb, I had Room 6 with balcony and a superb view! 3 minutes to the vibrant shopping mall and train station, the area around just so clean, I strongly recommend the owner to invest a bit more money as they could easily charge more! Please just don’t sit and read the reviews take action, this place could be Fantastic!

OK so I did not have an en-suite did not matter. This property could be a superb Boutique hotel with some money spent on it. The pillows are awful & the towels those really need to change asap. Otherwise super value for money, this place could be truly fantastic due to its Grade A location, this I cannot fault.

This particular stay here, there was construction in the building upon check in, no concern, just a bit noisy. But my electricity in the entire room was constantly shorting on and off? I thought this was due to construction. However I had a 4am departure and getting ready in the dark, with no construction and I still had lights and electricity going on and off was concerning for many reasons. Despite this I will not take this off my list, and suggest to request exterior facing rooms. Each room I believe is unique.

The room was spacious, equipped with a coffee machine and a variety of coffee and tea, all of which tasted excellent. The fridge was also in good working condition. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city center. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Since the main bus and train station is only 14 minutes away, we asked the reception if we could leave our luggage at the hotel. They provided a secure room with a password, allowing us to store and retrieve our luggage at our convenience, which was fantastic.

The bathroom could benefit from better soap and higher-quality towels. Additionally, some items in the room had an old smell, and the cups inside the room were dusty.

The location of the aparthotel is very convenient. It is easily accessible by the public transportation, easy found and also it is in a close vicinity to the main attractions. There are plenty of places to eat around and a small shop just down stairs. The property allows to leave the luggage prior check in and after check out, which was very important for us. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is not a minus an does not depend from the owner, but if you call/travel by taxi then they will leave you on the opposite side of the square, so be aware of it. Water pipes are very loud. There is no table, so that one could eat behind.

The apartment was really nice! Good support from manager on reception. I don't remember when I saw last time very good equipped apartment. Washing powder for washing machine. Tablet for dishwasher. About coffee, tea, sugar I don't want even to say. Even electric grill I found there. My respect for owner (management). The arrangement is perfect. Old town. 7-8 minutes by walking to main railway and bus station. For me price for that kind of studio (very big) was really good. And thanks for discount in application. I absolutely loved this place. It's located in a charming old building, yet the rooms are modern and stylish. The value for money is great, considering how comfortable it is! We only stayed for one night in Krakow, but the room had everything needed for a longer stay: a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with microwave and coffee maker (tea and coffee were also provided), and a spacious bathroom with a washing machine. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station and close to the old city, which is very convenient for travelers and city explorers. There is also luggage storage in place. The reception agents were extremely helpful and ready to provide travelers with advice and recommendations.

I loved my stay. I just have one small suggestion: the hairdryer in my room was travel size and took quite a while to dry long hair. It would be great to have a more powerful one.
