location was perfect, apartment was easy to get in and out of. it was clean and well equipped. two bathrooms is very handy and everything you needed was there for cooking etc. plenty of towels as well. no shampoo etc but that's not a problem.

The pillows were not comfortable, they felt old and flat and the beds were very hard too. however, they were fit for purpose. the street noise is loud and the windows do not block a lot of sounds.

Fantastic spacious apartment, light, clean and well maintained. 3 very large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lounge has good size table, seats 6. Superb location right next to Florianska gate, 5 mins to square & 8-10 mins to train station. Very easy check in/out, reception on site very helpful & happy to provide extra pillows or towels. Mostly very quiet at night but louder at weekends.

No oven, just a microwave & hob No extractor fan in either bathroom so steamed up quickly. Second bathroom had a bath with shower but no showerscreen so easy to get water over rest of bathroom, with 6 of us staying it would be good to have 2 usable showers

The location was excellent. The apartment was lovely but lacked mirrors in the bedrooms especially for 8 females. Lack of sockets in one of the bedrooms. It would have been nice to have had an information pack for the apartment. How to work the boiler etc as we struggled with this and the microwave. We were not sure what to do with the rubbish etc on the day we left. We did enjoy our stay the stairs were a bit of a nightmare with suitcases. The apartment was clean. A few more towels would he been good. Little things but would make a big difference to the accommodation.

Lovely big apartment, 2 bathrooms were a bonus. Had a few issues, the response from management was quick to resolve and repairs were carried out. Big refrigerator and Tv with Netflix and Prime.

Don't expect the beds or pillows to be like home as they are not. The apartment sleeps 9 but the lounge only seats 3, dining table seating is for 4. The apartment could do with air conditioning as we could not leave windows open due to the noise on the street, people walking past leaving bars at all hours in the morning, if you are a light sleeper this apartment is not for you.

I stayed with my extended family. Loved the location, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were fantastic. We arrived in the middle of the night with young children and the hosts had bread, milk and butter waiting for us after I requested it. Absolutely fantastic.

Only 1 downfall with the apartment we were staying in. There was 71 steps to get to the apartment. With a couple of elderly and a couple of prams it was a workout getting to the top.

Amazing location in the heart of Krakow - equal distance to train station and centre of town made this place a breeze The view from the window out to the old city walls was amazing Host was kind and accomodating with all contact

Raised an issue with the smell in the bathroom, hopefully this is fixed soon Lots of noise coming up from the street, this didn’t phase us we quite enjoyed it but something to be aware of if important to you - it’s not quiet at any time!

Fabulous location: 5 minutes walk from train station, 5 minutes walk into the main square via shops and eateries. Apartment was exceptional. big, very clean had everything we could ask for

NOTHING everything was perfect

Stunning apartment. It is so much larger than what I could see in the photos. It is a perfect location in the beautiful old town, literally a walk from anything. It was very clean and we wanted for nothing.

Only complaint I would have is a small one. The main reception is around the corner from the apartment block so we were a bit confused when we arrived but it's a small problem. And just so everyone is aware Booking.com haven't updated the map on the apartment location, this is their problem not the apartments who have tried to update several times so please just contact them directly ahead of time and they will give you the coordinates.

Very good apart , everything is in. Comfortable beds, excellent location from the perspective of sightseeing. May accommodate 6 people ( 3 couples)

Noise and no air conditioning. It was hot summer , then we needed to open the windows . Given the fact of being at super central walking area , many young people had after party just under our apartment. Closed windows provided sound isolation but no fresh air. If you are a good sleeper , I won’t find any other cons , the rest was great !

we stayed in a deluxe apartment. the bedrooms were large and having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. the location was very central and the check in process was friendly and easy. Great apartment- we would definitely use again.

this was an excellent apartment - so this is just a comment and not a criticism. the kitchen doesn't have an oven or microwave- which may have made an improvement to the facilities.
