Location was great and the room was sound-proof, although it's located on one of the busiest streets in Krakow

When I see Nespresso coffee machine in the room, I expect at least 2 capsules of coffee. You can't expect guests to travel with coffee capsules suitable for different brands of coffee machines.

Great location

It was very hot in the apartment and as there was no air con I thought there should have been a fan in the apartment but unfortunately there was none. Bed was comfy but small. Shower riser bar was broken. It was also very noisy. The bed is close to the door of the apartment so the hallway is only a few meters away so when people where coming back in the early hours drunk there was lots of noise. Also lots of noise from people moving bins outside early in the morning and as it was so hot we had to have the windows open so noise woke us up.

Brilliant location, right in the centre of Krakow, and still very quiet. Bed/ materace was very comfy. We had a mistake with date on breakfast voucher, but it was swiftly resolved. Very good communication. Any question was quickly answered. Good WiFi.

As it was a super hot day property got exceptionally hot. Fan was provided, but it didn’t help much. Maybe better blinds could do the trick? One side of bed was totally against the wall. Pillows were a bit thin.

The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment is in the center of the city; very convenient. The room was clean, with all the essentials, an the decoration was interesting. Also, important to say that there was always hot water in the shower. You get the key from a box and the process of accessing the apartment, even if you arrived late, is easy and efficient. You can contact the owner via WhatsApp if there is any issue and the reply is fast.

The room was quite cold, especially in the night. There is a heater in the apartment, but still it wasn't enough to get the room in the right temperature. The bed it's quite uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be exchanged. The elevator was under construction half the days we were there, so people who cannot use the stairs need to be aware of it.

The apartment is perfectly located for the bars, restaurants and for walking around the old town. Although, it can be noisy with the sound of people at the bars below. The double glazing was effective at keeping the noise out, but without air conditioning, we needed to keep the window open. It has all the facilities you'd need for a short stay and we liked the breakfast at the nearby hotel. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and tidy. We found the check-in video and information simple and clear to understand. We never saw any staff, so I can't comment on that, but we kept in touch via an app.

The only downside was the lift getting to the was slow, and if you took the stairs, you see the building is old and in need of repair.

The Apartment is very close to the main square, So great for getting around.

We were in Apartment 8. Write on the top floor, although the Apartment was fairly spacious. The thing I didn't like was that both bedrooms You had to climb a very narrow staircase to them. My one didn't even feel Secure to the wall. I also noticed there are no smoke detectors in the rooms. Or anywhere in the building. Although the apartment is clean, they may want to pay attention to cleaning behind the beds and sofa. The bathroom was clean , just the tiles in the shower could do with a bit of a scrub with bleach.

The apartment was beautiful! It is in a central location, very clean and it has all the amenities that you need for a stay in Krakow. The commutation from the apartments was excellent, they were there to answer any questions. It was also very safe for being on the central road leading to the main square. The decor was lovely too, meaning that it was very comfortable for our stay. The apartment had air conditioning in each room, which was amazing in the hot weather.

The stairs in the apartment leading to the 2 bedrooms were ridiculously steep! We went with our parents who are in their 70s and they struggled to get up and down the stairs. They had to keep everything downstairs. We understand this is the layout of the room, but there was no warning of this prior to the booking. It didn’t affect our stay and we would 100% stay again, but it’s best that people know this before booking if you have elderly people or children in your party.

The location is exceptional. At the edge of the old town it's at walking distance to all main attractions, several facilities, museums, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. At the same time it provides quiet nights even though the street is quite lively.

Overall no real conplaints. The room could benefit from better vacuuming and dusting, would be nice to have thicker pillows and the common building stairs (outside the appartments) could be more attractive (cleaner or perhaps painted anew)

The apartment's location is perfect, as it is a very short walk to the Main Square. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, we especially liked that there was an iron and a board, since some of our clothes got wrinkly in the suitcase :) Overall, our stay was very pleasant and if we visit Krakow again - which we are planning to do - we hope we will have the chance to stay here again :)

The only little downside was that it got a bit too hot in the room, so an AC would have been nice, but we managed with the open window and the fan that was available :)

Location was perfect. The apartment where we stayed (Nr.1) was clean, spacious and had all the conditions for a nice, warm and confortable stay (we slept 3 nights on Christmas time). Kitchen had all the utensils to prepare meals and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Bed and pillows were confortable. Comunication with the staff was by booking and whatsapp and it went very well. The instructions for opening the doors were very clear. Loved it I recommend staying at Florianska 32 ☺️
