Do not be fooled by the façade as from the outside, it's not so nice. We were a family of 3 on the 2nd floor. Yes, there are several stairs, especially when you have to carry luggage. But the room itself is brilliant, very modern & very spacious. Everything is nice about it. The bathroom had several shower gel, shampoo & body lotion bottles, enough toilet paper, and lovely embossed towels. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, tea making facilities & a very good fridge/freezer. The huge double bed was beautifully made up. The decor is so chic. Even the light grey patterned fitted carpet is lovely. The sofa bed with storage for 2 pillows & and quilt was really comfortable. Even the bedside small night light came in handy at night. The TV had several channels to choose from. The huge window overlooks someone's backyard, but that's not a problem. The best thing is that coming out of the hotel, turn right, just a few steps & you're bang in the middle of the main square where there are shops, bars & restaurants! The location is great & so very central.We were there during New Year. The lovely manager, Gabriela, surprised us by giving us a gift... a bottle of bubbly champagne! We were very humbled by this lovely gesture! It shows how much the staff appreciate their guests. A highly recommended hotel in Krakow!

The downside is that there are several stairs, especially carrying luggage. It is a real pity that there is no luggage storage. It would have been handy.

The room was beautiful and spacious! Yet small but more than enough room for the two of us.

We had a very uncomfortable excperience the third night. at around 3am we were woken up by someone apparently trying to break in. This person was scratching on the door loudly at the bottom of the door and did this to multiple rooms on the floor. We never opened up for this man, but you could hear him speak polish and was breathing very heavily. It was super scary but luckily it never happened again.

A great Aparthotel in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from the main square! The room was spacious, well equipped with everything you need, quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was excellent communication from their team and I would highly recommend staying here.

I was a little worried about no luggage storage, but they passed on the details of a storage locker a couple of minutes walk around the corner and it was so easy to use and cheap too. Don’t let that small quibble out you off staying here.

Loved how central to the old town is it. I found my room very nice inside, the bed was quite comfortable and loved the walk-in rain effect shower. Not that I used them but plenty of storage for clothes and stuff in the wardrobes if your one to unpack your suitcase. The keycodes for entering the building and room was a first for me but cool all the same. I had also requested an extra towel via Booking.com messenger which was answered immediately and delivered very soon after.

The stairs which wouldn't be ideal for older people and the bit of noise outside at night which was mainly loud English/British people who like to be heard wherever they go. 🙄 More of a weekend thing tbh.

If you are in Krakow to visit the old town, Vinfort is a few steps from the main square. They provide codes for the main entrance and the door to your room so access is very easy and there is no need for check in and check out. You can easily reach someone on WhatsApp if you need anything. The room is nicely designed and well heated during winter, you easily control the room temperature. There is no elevator so you must be able to climb flights of stairs to get to the room.

No issues noted.

Very well placed apartment complex, you turn the corner and right behind the basilica. Close to everything and everywhere, we walked to Mound Krakus and it was a lovely 30-40 min walk. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette with enough appliances for a couple of days. The bathroom had good water pressure and provided amenities for the stay. Very quiet and well insulated windows, even though our window was directed to the Mariacka tower where the hejnał is played, with the window closed we couldn't hear a thing. Also, the entrance smelled amazing, great job with those fresh flowers.

We got the room on the last floor, and without an elevator, it was tiring to go up the steps after a heavy visiting day, but that's just about it.

Gabriella and Joanna were amazing to converse with, any problems we had or questions they were able to answer very quickly. The location was only around the corner from the main square and less than a 5 minute walk from a food shop. The apartment itself was very well equipped and we would highly recommend this Aparthotel!

Size of the room (superior room) was excellent. Comfort of the bed very good. Well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and hob (no microwave). Easy check-in. Location difficult to beat - so convenient just off the main square.

Some noise on nighttime (Friday and Saturday) from the street and the bars opposite.

The appartment was easy to find. Everything was clean and there was everything you need in the kitchen. We were travelling with a baby so we needed a fridge, etc. Location is perfect, you can go everywhere by walk. Very easy to enter just 2 codes and your in.

The only problem we found is that there is no lift, but we knew this before we booked, we used to leave the pushchair downstairs and we always found it were we used to leave it.

Lovely apartment right in the heart of Krakow, bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available when needed.

The only slight inconvenience is that, since the building is historic, there is no elevator — so you'll need to carry your luggage up to the second floor.
