The location near the main square was wonderful. The view of church steeple light up at night. The terrace was fantastic.

The price, especially the $300 cleaning fee, was excessive. The mattress was not great.

This place was such a win! We loved everything about it, but the two things that stand out the most are the view and the location. The view (from B) is phenomenal. We were extra lucky to have it because there were passing rain storms, but we could sit warm and dry in our apartment and look over the main square. I also had my two young boys with me, so if we needed to take breaks during the day, or when they went to bed, I could still enjoy the view and atmosphere of the square. It was a great view of what was happening so if there was a performance we could watch from our room or run down to the square. Bottom line, flute view is worth it alone/ The location was great for the same reason. We could bop in and drop stuff off, or go get dry if we were stuck in the rain. It was just so easy. All the other amenities were great too. Staff was so kind and helpful, decor is fun, well stocked. This place is a gem.

These things didn’t bother us in the least but are good to be aware of if booking. As everyone says, there are no blackout curtains so it will get light in the room EARLY if it’s summer. Also, there is noise from the square, though I loved it personally because I loved hearing the happy people and music. Parking- they have one parking spot so if you’re driving book it in advance.. if you’re driving and didn’t get the spot I personally recommend figuring out where your going to park in advance and not in the fly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers exceptional value in an absolutely perfect location. We booked the one-bedroom apartment and found it both charming and comfortable. The large bay windows filled the space with natural light, and being directly on Kraków’s main square made it an ideal base for exploring the city. Security was top-notch. Access required a code for the front door, the third-floor reception area, and the apartment itself. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The shared area just outside the apartment includes convenient amenities such as laundry facilities (detergent provided—though be aware that the dryer takes over 3 hours for a standard load), an ironing board, filtered water, coffee, and tea. The kitchen in the apartment was well stocked with essentials, which made light cooking simple. Our host was incredibly communicative, providing detailed instructions and even receiving several packages and our delayed luggage while we were out sightseeing. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well maintained. While it’s not luxury-level, it was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Kraków.

A few things to note: The beautiful bay windows do not have blackout shades, so expect early morning light—bringing a sleep mask is a good idea. The location, while prime, does come with street noise. The building is historic and not soundproof, and being right on the lively main square means activity can go late into the night. There’s also a nightclub below that operates several nights a week. Earplugs were thoughtfully provided, but light sleepers may want to plan accordingly. Overall, this was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for charm, convenience, and great service in the heart of Kraków.

The apartment building is on a corner on the main square, so it was very easy to find, the communication is spot on how to get into the building, I was able to leave my bags at reception until we could check in. The instructions on how to get to your room is simple to follow, once we were in the apartment it hit our wow factor. My favourite part was sitting in the window reading and just looking over the square. The room was was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful

The curtains weren't blackout curtains, but this is my personal preference and didn't cause a problem so not worthy of a complaint.

The location was amazing, right on the main square. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions we asked and couldn't have gone anymore above and beyond. The room was styled amazingly, very modern and upto date with a large tv (with access to Netflix, Prime, Disney +, YouTube) the main feature of the room of course being the bathroom which is a glassed curtain wall, very unique and something we found very amusing to use. Having a balcony on the square let's you chill out at night with a few local beers and enjoy the atmosphere of the city square.

The only thing that we didn't like was the building was very warm... even with all the radiators turned off was still hot to sleep in, but nothing opening the balcony window didn't fix. Also the showers could do with a little more power behind it, still able to wash with it no problem.

recently stayed at this apartment, and it exceeded all my expectations. The view was absolutely wonderful—waking up to a different experience of tourists and locals every morning was a highlight of my stay. The facilities were top-notch and very modern. The coffee machine in reception was a bonus.Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their service was outstanding, quickly attending to any request and making sure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic holiday experience!

Beautiful and great location

We absolutely loved the apartment. So central 10 seconds to the square from the door. Even tho we was so close to it all the apartment was very quiet. We had a side view of the square and we had a perfect view of the tower we’re there was a man who came out every hour to the top and played the trumpet. We could see him from our balcony. The accommodation felt really safe there is an access code to gain entry to the building then once you get to your number apartment there is another access code to get in the block and then there were a few apartments inside which are letters. Then it’s another key code to gain access. So we was floor 6, door 17 apartment L. The decor is beautiful and the smell on arrival was so nice and lasted the whole stay. There was a book inside the apartment with tips of the best restaurant which they reccomend tours and so on. They have all kitchen amenities if you want to cook yourself a meal but we didn’t use it. There’s a kettle and also coffee tea sugar. They also have a fridge and dishwasher. Down the end of the hall was an iron and ironing board, washing machine with detergent already in the room to use and clothes maidens to hang your washing out. Balcony was perfect really big with a table and two chairs and inside they had the cushions to take out. The apartment was really clean and o don’t think we would stay anywhere else now when we come. Everything was perfect and we are coming back to bring our two children here to stay. I didn't actually realise that the apartment's were only rated 3* by booking. I do think these should be 5* they are excellent value for money too. They look exactly like the photos provided on the site.

The only negative would be the beds are quite hard so maybe mattress toppers? But that’s just my personal preference I prefer a soft bed.

The apartment was in a brilliant location, right by the square. Everything was clean, spacious and everything we needed was available to us. They kept our luggage on the last day too. Coffee machine with speciality coffees and teas was a nice touch too.

As you enter the ground floor looked tired. We caught the lift to the third floor and entered our hall way and was blown away with how nice it was. So the lower level could do with updating but honestly that was it. Everything else was spot on.

Gorgeous apartment, really taken aback with the whole place! Great location, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, even down to dishwasher tablets! Bed was very comfy, however I'm not a fan of goose down pillows so I found those quite uncomfortable but that's just personal preference. Full heating system, as well as 2 Aircon units and windows which you can open. (I have been to some hotels where windows do not open). 2 smart TVs in the apartment so easy to log in to your netflix when relaxing in the late evening. Stunning bathroom, we picked the one with a bath and shower available. Rainfall shower in a cubicle and a huge bath, there was even shampoo provided. Literally everything you need in this apartment, just need to bring your clothes. The girls in customer service were lovely and helped me with questions I had. They were easily contactable via WhatsApp or booking.com. on our final day, our luggage was able to be stored with reception until 6pm (as that's when it closed).

No bathroom matt - floor tiles extremely slippery when wet!! No towel rail to hang wet towels on. Charged an extra £40 when paying for the apartment. Staff told me it was a 'conversion fee'. Not asked if I wanted to pay in local currency prior to payment being taken as my bank currency is GBP and so the conversion fee wouldn't have been applied. No mention of this anywhere on booking.com that a conversion charge would be added if your banks local currency isn't PLN. I contacted the staff who did offer a refund of the apartment cost and the conversion fee. However, because a refund would take days to return to my account I wasn't in a position to pay the apartment in full again so I had no choice but to pay the fee.
