The appartment was based in the historic centre only 200 metres away from the main square. our appartment was on the 4th floor but there is a lift to get up and we had a small terrace which we could sit out on. There are about 4 steps to get up to the lift but for most people this should not cause an issue. As mentioned before there is an Irish pub near the front entrance but we were not disturbed by any noise. on our first night a bulb blew in the bedroom and I contacted the company about this and it was quickly replaced the next day. They were also very good in communicating with you if you had any queries

Bed mattress was a bit soft and the settee was a bit uncomfortable if you had to sit on it for a while.

We stayed in one of the apartments for 4 nights. The location was great and the apartment was lovely, modern and clean. The manager Kinga quickly responds to messages, organised early check in and late check out for us, very accommodating and the small charge for this was very fair. The check in process is very clear. The rooms were never too hot as the air con worked great. The only thing I would suggest to the property owners or manager is to put mirrors in the bedrooms, if someone is using the bathroom you only have the hallway mirror to do hair/makeup which is quite a dark area. I will pack my travel mirror next time 😊 I would/will 100% stay again.

The flat is perfectly located, just in the city centre. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the bed sheets were very clean. We stayed in a flat located at the fourth floor, which we reached using the elevator in the building. We had a very good communication with the host, who helped us with all the information that we needed. For those who travel by car, it is important to know that tourist car parking is forbidden in the city centre, but there are plenty public parking spaces outside the green area that circles the city centre, at around 5-6 minutes walk from the flat. We will definitely come back!

The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Old Town, yet quiet at night. The apartment was warm and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette. It had a sofabed for sitting or additional travel companions. It was very clean with good quality linen and towels. Communication with the host was efficient and friendly. However, there was little need to contact the host as the instructions were clear and the apartment had everything we needed. We were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment a few hours after checkout, before our flight, which we appreciated. A truly great experience in Krakow.

I tried to watch the TV but could not get it to work. Maybe it was my lack of technical experience that failed me, anyhow, we were out sightseeing all the time and a TV was not needed.

100 Yards from the main square. Perfect location. Very clean and perfect for a couple. Has a great shower and all the utilities that you need for a comfortable stay. Next door to an Irish bar - very handy ;) though you do not hear anything as the apartment is in the block at the back. Always very warm which is great after a day or night out in the cold. Shower was great - nice and warm with underfloor heating in the bathroom (I think) TV has access to Netflix and Amazon Prime etc which is handy after a long day/night out and about.

Bed was not very comfortable. along with the pillows (pillows might just be a personal choice though) We had our son with us who used the bed settee in the kitchenette which was also not very comfortable and took up all of the floorspace. A blackout blind / heavy curtains would be handy for when sleeping on the bed settee as the light will have you up at the screek of dawn.

The apartment was perfect. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the old square in the heart of the city. Bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk with an Irish pub next door which was very lively. We needed an extra hour at check out, so we could leave our luggage whilst we went for breakfast and they were happy for us to do that. 5 star - will definitely be back. The internet connection was a bit hit and miss. Maybe because we were on the top floor, so maybe choose a lower apartment. Our friends were on the Ground floor and didn't have a problem.

A wonderful apartment (superior). Perfect for two people. Great location! Quiet, with a balcony overlooking the rooftops. The bedroom faces a green courtyard. The apartment is sunny and cozy. Check-in was smooth, with detailed instructions. Everything was very clean. There is an elevator. The soap and shower gel smelled very nice — a lovely touch. The kitchen is well equipped for making breakfast or dinner. We spent 5 nights in Krakow and would happily come back again!

The location was perfect. Lovely bathroom,apartment very clean, enough space for 3 of us. Detailed instructions on checking in and out from the owners. We were able to check in a bit earlier at no extra costs.

The apartment is a bit dark, there was no oven and no microwave -which made our stay a little more difficult as our child has many food allergies and I always prepare her meals myself. The foldable sofa- extremely hard to sleep on.

Located in Krakow downtown, perfect for visiting the city. The picture are representing the reality of the apartment. The house was super warm in winter time (end of December). The host was aswering quite fast in any occasion (early check-in and storage of baggage). Good quality/price.

Some ameneties like salt and oil were missed so we had to purchase for the few days we were staying there. The ventilation system of the bathroom was in the kitchen/main area and was loud, not possible to switch it off.
