The location was amazing! Overlooking the main square. Receptionist Maria was fabulous and very helpful. 4 comfortable bedrooms, a double and twin bedroom upstairs and the same downstairs. The double bedroom upstairs had an ensuite bathroom. The other bathroom was downstairs. An old building so dont expect it to look modern, its authentic. No lifts, so as we were top floor a lot of stairs to climb, but it was no problem.

As expected with such a busy city, there was noise from the streets and square below, especially on a saturday night. There was a leak from the upstairs shower that came down near the entrance to the apartment. Only 1 towel per guest, we needed some extra towels for our hair and maybe a bit bigger. Could do with a supply in a cupboard maybe.

Location is perfect if you want to be in the thick of it, our window was overlooking the main square, you cannot get any closer to it. It is also about 20 minute walk form the main train station, very handy for getting to the airport. The room was clean and comfy, with basic kitchen appliances, which was all we needed. Bathroom was clean and spacious, beds comfy, it was nicely decorated throughout, including the communal spaces.

The room was up two flights of stairs, it didn't bother us too much, but may be worth checking if it would be a problem, as I didn't see a lift there. There was a little air-conditioning unit in the room, which was not able to cool the room, due to how hot it has been, we ended up opening the window, which in turn meant we didn't get much sleep with the noise from the main square, but that's a trade off for being right in the town centre. If you want peace and quiet this place is not for you.

Literally 40ft away from the old town. Location was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. The double bed was actually a double bed. Not 2 singles pushed together. Very comfortable. Great nights sleep. Shower was ok. But dated but warm and clean. Very good value for money. At that price I would DEFINITELY stay here again . Safe , clean, affordable. Perfect for 2 nights stay.

I was staying in the attic. Actually the attic converted. So there was a lot of steps up. I was wrecked by the time I got to the room.

Location is excellent, just off the main square. Perfect for a family grouping of 5. Two bedrooms had a view of the square. We opted not to reserve the breakfast option because there are many great options nearby.

Krakow in July was hot. The AC unit was in the main room, so bedroom doors had to stay open for circulation. The large apartment is on the top floor and because this is an historic building, there was no elevator. Just be aware of this if you have heavy luggage or mobility problems. There were some evening noises from the square below when window were open.

The Location is amazing right on the square , there is a chemist right opposite , and plenty of shops / food places around. the staff were friendly and helpful. And the apartment was spacious. The old chimney heater was a great at heating the room and keeping it warm all night. We had a fridge and microwave and cooker top and kettle in the kitchen.

The bath was exceptionally small and you didn't get enough hot water for a full bath but it was hot enough for a shower. We woke up one morning to someone had defecated on one of the steps which wasn't the hotels fault but still wasn't very nice for my child to see.

The location is superb, the apartment was warm all the time, beds were super soft and comfortable. Some minor tweaks would make it superb.

Pillows on the beds were poor, 2 pillows gave little support, need new ones. No view as all windows were velux. Only 1 hanger in wardrobe. WiFi coverage in top floor room was not great. Breakfast offering was not clear. Quality of finish to decor and walls was nelow average. Some bleach marks on carpets.

The location was absolutely amazing! Few strides away from the square where you can access everything you need. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge and microwave and kettle although no tea or coffee etc. However, there was a shop just a little way up the road where you could purchase what you needed or Costa was just around the corner. Location was quite, no issues with noise. Just what we needed for our short stay in the city. Would definitely recommend it and would rebook.

Nothing really. Tea and coffee facilities would have been an added bonus but didn't spoil anything. Stairs could be an issue if you have trouble with mobility.

Firstly, I was very blessed to be able to check in really early, after arriving just after 8am. Greeted by a very helpful and kind Georgina at the front desk. The room was warm and comfortable and it is right on the corner of the northern part of the main square so it meant that I was right in the mix really easily. For the price I paid, it's an absolute steal and really great for a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend.

The noise levels at night are unfortunately a thing to consider. This is not the hotel's fault but by virtue of its great location, the streets are busy and quite noisy. However, closing the window did help. Otherwise, the fact that you had to walk up stairs to get to your room means that this room is not all access friendly and could pose problems for the elderly and those who are injured or disabled.

The location of these apartments were fantastic, just a minute walk to the Main Square. Quite at night, very clean.

We were on the 3rd floor, stairs only, no lift. 2 of our party were not great on climbing stairs, so this was a disadvantage. We were told 3 rooms, 1 double bed, 4 single beds. But we ended up with 3 rooms, 3 double beds and 1 single. Meant 2 guys had to share a double. Not what we expected.

This is our second time staying in this building following our first trip to Krakow sixteen years ago. The location is amazing and cannot be beat. Our room overlooked the main square. The apartment was huge - we had a wonderful time.

Some of the building and apartment can feel outdated but that simply adds to the charm. Some updating would be nice but not an issue.
