You can't get any closer to the main square than this place. The staff were always so helpful and super nice. We felt safe in the area and it was also quiet, so we slept well. The reception is open 24-7 and there was always someone to help even if it was late at night. The rooms were great with a kitchen area and a refrigerator, though we did not use it at all since we mostly ate outside. If you book with breakfast included, you can eat that at the restaurant next to the apartments and they serve a really good breakfast.

This was not the apartment's fault, but most of our stay in Krakow was within some heat wave, so it was over 30 degrees Celsius a couple of days and the one apartment we had was at 28 degrees on those days and the A/C was not working so they were nice enough to give us fans after we asked for some extra ones because the apartment was very hot.

Our apartment 22B was fabulous. Lovely old building with high-ceilinged rooms full of vintage fittings combined with sympathetic stylish modern fixtures and furniture. Beautiful doors and frames. Good double glazing. Plenty of piping hot water. Comfy beds. Great helpful staff available 24h. Breakfast available during extended hours and good value for money. Apartment looks out onto internal courtyard. Amazing location. Bars on the ground floor but they were quiet by the time we wanted to sleep, so nice to have the option for very local drinks/coffee. Bars looked out over a square. This and the local streets are filled with great restaurants and bars, jazz clubs and cafes. All a short step from this block. Easy walking to everywhere in the old town and to transport to other parts and airport.

Only a very minor issue in that some other guests could be inconsiderate and noisy, and the noise echoed around the courtyard. But this was only quite brief and the evenings were extremely quiet.

The photos do not show how truly beautiful & modern this apt is. It was very large. Very clean. The furnishings were gorgeous, the kitchen and bathroom were extremely modern and chic and it was very impressive. The front desk staff were wonderful. The restaurants downstairs were lovely. The location was perfect, a few mins walk to the square. We fell in love with Poland and the Polish people.

There was no ac in our particular apt but there was in other apts. Which only meant we slept with the windows open, and we heard every sound coming from the courtyard - the early morning deliveries to the restaurants woke me up or if other tenants were talking in the courtyard late at night woke me up. The courtyard is beautiful but it’s an echo chamber for sound. The hotel just needs to enforce quiet hours.

Customer service was superb - they also helped me sort out a trip to Auschwitz and all I had to do was agree which day and time would be best for me. Top notch! saved me time. I also had forgotten a usb-c charging cable and they have spare to loan out to customers.

In all honesty, that there wasn't one film channel that had movies in english or with english subs. That said, it was awesome watching Rocky 3 in German and Dirty Harry in Polish haha xD!

Very spacious apartment right in the heart of Krakow. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen well equipped. The breakfast place/bakery below (Charlotte) is an absolute must if you stay here.

It was not entirely clear that the property is not accessible with a vehicle, not even for unloading. We had to drag all our luggage from a car park some 600 m away. This is a minor thing, but the plastic packaging used for the towels is an unnecessary source of toxic waste.

Our room was very comfortable, and an ideal place to stay for our 3 nights. Easy to find, and located 5 minutes walk from the main square in Krakow, and superb value considering the quality of the room and proximity to the centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, even if you don’t fancy the walk to the square! Staff helpful and friendly, and room to store our luggage after checkout until it was time to catch our train (around 15 minutes walk from station).

We had a wonderful stay. We were on the top floor, with a beautiful two-story appartment. Our bathroom looked over the square, with scenic views of the city. The staff were very friendly, helping us book visits to attractions and museums. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty for us, should we need it. I would stay here again!

Unfortunately, the lift was out of order during our stay and being on the top floor it did mean there was a long walk to the top. It didn't bother us much, but I can appreciate how it isn't ideal for most. The bathroom door was a bit broken, not closing easily and then slamming shut - a minor, minor issue.

Location was perfect. Only 2 minute walk to the main square and situated right on a quite square. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the styling/design was quirky and individual. Apartment A01 was spacious and had everything we needed. On the street downstairs was a bar/restaurant, French cafe (served amazing croissant) and a convenience store.

There wasn't anything not to like

Amazing apartment, with everything we needed in it. 8 of us for a weekend. Would highly recommend location too. Tea and coffee provided and the included breakfast in the bar/cafe downstairs was just what we needed to start our day. We even had a late night drink in the cafe/bar where we had breakfast - amazing value for money and only a few steps from our apartment. Would go back to these apartments! Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

We liked it all but if you struggle with steps and don't like lifts you would find getting to your apartment difficult. We were on the second floor and walked up the steps but if you had any walking issues you would find this an issue.

This place is fantastic! we stayed for a family break in Feb 2023, and have just re-booked for October this year. Krakow is a fabulous city, so we are excited to return to both the city and the apartments. The staff, facilities, communication and the history of the beautiful building was faultless. Apartment B22 was perfect :-)
