Staff member at the desk was very nice and helpful. Lovely apartment, nice and clean. Lots of space. Had a jacuzzi bath which was really nice and had a big bathroom.

No aircon but there was a fan at least but it gets quite hot in the summer. The bath had a shower head but no place to put it or a screen for a shower so that was a bit awkward. The main reception was in old town but the apartment was outside the old town which we didn't know at the time so would be good for a heads up if you were wanting something in old town.

The apartment was clean, modern and in the city center very close to all the main attractions and shops. Bathroom was new and clean, and the kitchen had all the basic accessories. The area upstairs was cozy and the second toilette with sink was also clean and stylist. Perfect for longer stay.

Reception far from the apartment, so walking around with suitcase in traffic. The second bed in the room downstairs was not very comfortable and there was a lot of light early in the morning. Apartment not idea for families with small children because of the stairs with no lateral protection.

Every thing was great it’s in the middle of everything and walkable to all attractions. We were traveling with a child and the place worked great for us . It has elevator and it’s on the top floor , it’s bright and welcoming. I have a few recommendations . 1. In the bathroom upstairs there is no place to hang towels ! 2.The place is clean but still needs a deep cleaning , some dust here and there … 3. There were no paper towels

Fantastic location. An easy walk to the main square. Restaurants & small grocery stores nearby. You could hear the hourly trumpeter in the distance which was fantastic. The apartment is over 2 levels with 2 toilets. Main bathroom downstairs and 2nd toilet upstairs near the bedroom. Washing machine and provision of a washing pod was welcome. Well equipped with an airer, iron etc. There’s a lift too! 🎉

The shower cubicle is a bit small but adequate. The only issue was the water pressure from the rain shower was very low and the hand held shower attachment was broken so you couldn’t use it hands free. The pressure was better through the handheld shower. Hair dryer was just OK.

Very nice location just off Stary Rynek. The apartment we were in has been retrofitted with a small elevator, making it easier to get to our floor. Very clean, spacious studio with dishwasher and washing machine (one detergent pod for each)! Ease of check out.

Having to get the key at a completely different location on Stary Rynen made a long day longer, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is not a deterent to using this company again, just something to know about! Due to proximity to Stary Rynek, expect to hear noise (especially on weekend nights) if you open the window. I would suggest the owners consider putting a mesh screen on the windows so insects can’t make their way in if the windows are open on warmer days.

Just an all around ideal stay - the apartments were situated a short walk from the reception area but no less of a great location, right off the square. The team were very attentive and efficient with any enquiries - even before we arrived - and this was much appreciated. The check in/check out process was very straight forward. A particular thank you for organising our Auschwitz trip ahead of our arrival. Beds really comfy and everything we needed as far as amenities go.

It was unique, great price, great location near by the city center. The apartment was fully equipped, ready for everything you could possibly need during your stay. The apartment is really beautiful, stylish and with interesting details such as historical ceiling. We stayed just for two nights, but I could imagine staying in this apartment even for a longer vacation. We also got the parking for free on the street, because it was weekend.

There are only two minor things I can think of. Firstly, I could use some attached cup for holding toothpaste a toothbrushes, because the bathroom is quite small and there is only small space on the sink. And also there are trams very close to the windows of two of three bedrooms, so if you are very light sleeper, you may have a problem with this. But in conclusion those are just details, but overall our stay in this apartment was amazing.

Flat is clean and modern , well equipped kitchen

Check in could be improved- we had to go to different location to collect keys, then walk to apartment about 15 min -not very convenient with bags . There was a key box outside apartment but we were not told that we could collect keys from there. When checking out- we read that we could leave keys in the box , but were not given code, so had to call reception few times to get the code.

Excellent location close to the train station and seconds from the Stary Kleparz market. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Slightly confusing but eager and conscientious communication with the property managers. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a fishy smell in the apartment that never really went away, even though we ventilated the kitchen as much as we could. I think it might have been something in the drain, but as we ate all of our meals out (and therefore weren’t washing dishes or using the sink), we didn’t notice this until the last day.

We loved the location of the apartment, it was a 30 second walk to Rynek Głowny and it was easy to get taxis and trams from around the corner. The property was very clean and came with enough consumables to clean your clothes and wash dishes. The facilities and supplied equipment was good, and the safe was secure.

There were no smoke detectors in the property. The boiler is in the bathroom ceiling and has a gap around the circumference viewing into the ceiling. There were workmen on the roof doing repairs and it was unsettling using the bathroom at that time. The mattresses were uncomfortable.
