Location right in the Old Town, easy to get everywhere by tram. Staff was friendly--I appreciated their good English!--and very helpful--no sooner had I told them that the little room fridge didn't work than they brought me another fridge, which worked great. No AC but a couple of large rotating fans. Busy bike rental and luggage storage operation on the ground floor, but very quiet upstairs, even on the weekend. The very old building housing all this has been elegantly rehabilitated and decorated and everything was spotless. I would definitely stay here again, and Krakow was a wonderful green city too!

I would like to highly recommend the accommodation. First, the staff met me at the reception point and explained everything also answered any additional questions. Very friendly and polite staff. The apartment looks great, was super clean, and nothing was missing. A wee kitchen has everything. And the most important the beds were very comfortable. Location is in the main square, so easy access to shops, restaurants, pubs, but also close to the bus stops and train station. The additional option is that you could rent a bike and leave your luggage, if needed, after check-out. Nice place to stay, huge thank you to all the staff :)

Spacious room, liked the fridge and the ironing board was handy to get ready for a wedding. The location was just perfect.

We went in August and it was boiling, the fan was certainly not enough to keep us cool, even if we opened the window as there was very little breeze. We were there for 6 days and our room was not cleaned, not even the rubbish was collected. Breakfast is not in the same building, it is in a restaurant across the road. It was vegan, there was very little variety, there were only four options available, no toast, no cereal, it was definitely a challenge for a family with small kids. Also the staff at the restaurant were unfriendly and not helpful at all when we asked for alternatives for the little ones. I wouldn't recommend breakfast.

The location was fantastic, very close to the main square, large room with kitchen area.Very clean. The beds are so comfortable, meaning you can get a great night's sleep. The room was fantastic, toiletries provided in the bathroom, plenty of towels and a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked with breakfast, at no point did it say that breakfast would only be from 10am to 11am at a restaurant over the road. Sadly this is at such an inconvenient time, when you want to get up have breakfast and head off exploring. The options for breakfast are very limited, you have 4 options. We went for the pancakes Sadly they arrived nothing like the picture but filled with qwark and the scrambled egg option came with a couple of bits of bread and salad. Breakfast not worth it, we paid for it but had to then pay to get food from a cafe.

The staff working the apartments (and bike rental downstairs at the main entrance) were amazing. They were friendly, very welcoming and made our trip with a young child super easy. The property was very well priced, especially due to its great location. The street it's on leads directly on to the main square, yet not as noisy as you'd expect.

I don't have any complaints as such, I simply suggest to pay close attention to what's included in the kitchen area of the apartment. I assumed we'd have a cooking surface, but ours only had a microwave and a sink.

Very close to the main square & all amenities. The room was large and airey with plenty of towels for the bathroom, ironing board/iron & kitchenette! Plenty of toilet rolls, body/hair wash bottles. In walking distance to Rossman’s if any extra supplies are needed! The view from the front apartment was lovely, the street is extremely clean. Last time I stayed in the back room but that view was also nice.

It would be good to have the rubbish emptied each day. There was no recycling bin or large bin to empty the bins from the room. Could be quite loud at night when going to sleep but this is to be expected because of the location, not really a negative but good to know.

The location was great, just 100 meters from the main square in the old city. Really worth staying there and not having to use any transportation to see Krakow. We let our luggage after our checkout without any additional fees and all the guys we met were really friendly and we communicated very easily.

We could not adjust the heat in the room and after we contacted the apartment owner via Booking app they told us that the looked into it and they fixed it but the situation remained the same. We did not insist because the heat on the bathroom was on and we were not cold at all, but we would like to be able to adjust the temperature according to our needs.

Very well located. Spacious/new/comfortable/very clean room with a well equipped kitchen annex (no stove). Good beds and pillows. G9od shower. We could access the building by car to drop off our luggage in front of it (15 minutes limit to offload). There was coffee and tea in the room, which was great in the morning before we went out to look for a breakfast in nearby restaurants..

Our suitcases had to be carried up the stairs, as there is no elevator (not ideal but doable if you are young and strong). The guarded parking 600 meters away was full, so we spent almost an hour looking for a paid street parking outside the old town area.

A very traditional building. Access the flats through the bike lane. Well Used wooden stairs up to our apartment No9. We actually got the room in this picture and there was only 2 of us..The room and Bathroom were spotless.Bed and pillows was really comfy. So close to the square so handy to come back and take a rest before we go back out for dinner. The chap we dealt with was very nice and helpful..Would definitely return to this apartment when we come back to Krakow.

The location was excellent and was really good value for money. There was everything in the room that we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Pretty quiet considering we were almost 2 mins from the main square.

Being on the second floor was a bit of a struggle after a long day and no air conditioning as the room was really hot. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were nonexistent. Pretty terrible. It would of been handy to have the use of a toilet before our departure especially when our flight was late at night just to freshen up. Not much of a reception facility either when we did want to ask someone.
