The accommodation is located about 30 seconds away from the main square which was fantastic. Despite the close proximity to the square when inside the room you would never know it. Bed was very comfortable, bean to cup coffee machine was a bonus however there was no spout for the milk frother which wasn't a big deal we just added the milk separately and topped up with boiling water from the kettle. Cosy warm room and very clean.

The staircase leading up to the room has some questionable smells (stale beer/weed) I think it was but hard to tell. Not a fault of the accommodation directly but we had 2 great nights sleep on Wednesday and Thursday but when Friday came around the people in either room A3 or A4 where extremely noisy until 2.30am, walking in the communal entrance area of the 4 rooms and you can hear every creaking floorboard from that area. Laughing loudly and generally just not being very courteous to other guests (we had to be up at 3am for a flight) so it was really quite annoying. I guess it's pot luck as to who your neighbours end up being as sound proofing between rooms isn't the best.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Michal thought of everything a person might need, every tiny detail! It's also perfectly organized, so that the relatively small room (not that small though - it had two beds, a kitchenette including laundry machine, a full wardrobe, and a large bathroom including towel heater) felt cozy and luxurious with three of us sharing it. That's even more amazing when put into the context of how close this is to the main square of the old town. And then to top it off, Michal goes out of his way to be helpful - he sends messages with important information well in advance, his contact details are clearly displayed on a business card attached to the outside of the front door if you run into any problems, and he is willing to go above and beyond to help guests with problems not related to their stay with him.

Honestly there wasn't a single thing I didn't like.

First of all, we would like to thank you very much for your hospitality. Every detail we might need was carefully considered and prepared in advance. Adjusting the breakfast time to fit our schedule was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. The breakfast, prepared with great care every morning, made us feel at home. There were even foods that our daughter would enjoy. Additionally, the owners’ warm and friendly attitude and their willingness to assist us with anything we needed made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were spotless. Being just a 2-minute walk from the city square and allowing us to feel the historical atmosphere while having easy access to everything at any moment was a great advantage in terms of location. Moreover, it was a place where we felt completely safe. If you ever find yourself in Kraków, you should definitely choose this place.

Fantastic location. Felt safe as 2 female travellers and Michel the owner was helpful, professional and respectful and never entered our room without permission even when we weren’t there. We had mistakenly booked the room with the double bunkbed and neither of us like sleeping at height but fortunately the settee turned into a double bed. The price and the location were fantastic I can’t overstate it. The room also had a fridge and a kitchenette area so we were able to keep our drinks cold. Cute cocktail bar underneath the apartment was also a nice surprise (Kolba Chemical Bar)

Bathroom was very small and we ran out of hot water one morning (only once) but Michel was helpful and advised. If you’re not a fan of stairs this may be a challenge as there is no lift. However none of this put me off and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this apartment is excellent. I would 100% recommend staying here if you visit Krakow. Location is 11 out of 10, literally seconds walk from the main square. The room is perfect and has everything that you could possibly want or need for a stay here. Spotlessly clean and a great layout. The owner was excellent, excellent communication throughout. We will 100% stay here again when we come back.

Nothing at all. We LOVED the whole place. The access to the property is through a walkway off the street and up rounded steel outdoor stairs. The property is on the 3rd floor so, if you struggle with steps this could be difficult. But it didnt affect or bother me and my wife, in fact we actually liked the quirkiness!

The accommodation was excellent and easily accessed except a couple of us have leg problems and find stairs difficult. But that was outweighed by the apartment itself. The location was perfect, just next to the main square which is always full of action and central to most attractions we were interested in. Michel the host was wonderful, very obliging and patient. We were locked out of our apartment but he came to our rescue quickly and with a smile. Thank you for having us!

Good apartment and facilities.Great location.except entrance.

The entrance was not to our liking The staircase was not maintained at all.Our head injured while coming down.No warning sign or soft safety pads . This is a serious flaw and needs rectification. Someone injured likely to sue booking.com or owner. Not what we expected for accommodation charging this amount . Never met the host so cannot comment on that.

You can’t be the location! At first, be ready for stairs to get to the place, and we were a bit unsure. Once we got to the room, we realized for us as an older couple the set up was not very good for us. We spoke to the host and he fixed everything and got us a new room! He was very gracious. Both rooms were clean and a great use of space, just one was not as easy to use for an older couple. I would stay here again, and plan to in the future. Michael and his wife were amazing.

Our stay was amazing. The room was warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was available in the room, and communication with the owners was easy and straightforward. We were particularly happy with the way our needs were catered for when it came to breakfast. Michał and his wife even went so far as preparing us all a packed breakfast/lunch when we had to go out early for the day. We couldn't have asked for a better location as well and are already making plans to return next year.

The property was very centrally located. Downstairs are two bars but there was excellent soundproofing for a quiet nights sleep. The room was nicely decorated and comfortably furnished with the foyer area stocked with extra toilet rolls and local information if and when required. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom and overall flat were very clean. We had a little difficultly finding the property but the owner responded straight away and helped us find the correct door. Would recommend for a short stay in Krakow!

Little difficult to find. Better signage near the street entrance would help.
