The appartments are located near Collegium Novum, on the edge of the old town and a 10 minute walk away from Wawel (and my room was quiet). So it's relatively easy to get to anywhere you like, even if the Kazimierz is a bit farther away. There's a good coffee machine in the common area that we are free to use at any time, with a good supply of coffee (and tea). The breakfast is outsourced to a nearby restaurant, who serve quality stuff, with a wide choice. There's also a kitchenette in the room, so one can cook a bit if needed. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. So all my needs were served.

It's a fourth floor walkup, and the floors are tall... so make sure you haven't forgotten to buy anything before going back to your room! Also, I saw a member of the staff once in 4 days, and she was very helpful, but the whole thing is a bit dehumanized, I guess it's the way of the world these days.

Too noisy to begin with so I turned the fridge off. I didn’t need it. The 2nd noise was intermittent & took some figuring out. It was an air freshener sprayer that sprayed every 10-15 minutes or so. During the night it got put outside the front door. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off Coffee at breakfast was served cold 3 of the 4 mornings I was there Breakfast was at a cafe 100m away. Not good if a rainy day Expensive (but that’s Krakow it seems)

Really awesome room and location (so long as you can handle the stairs) with a view of the university and park. The old town proper is just a five minute walk. Perfectly clean and comfortable. You won't see the staff but they were helpful and communicated well. Everything's done with keys in code-locked lockboxes. The room shakes a little when the tram goes past - it's a really old building - but it didn't affect my sleep at all. Kind of a novelty really.

The breakfast was at a very nice café and easy to get, but the options were limited and not to my taste.

The apartement was nicely renovated and comfortable for two persons. The location is great! Just a couple of minutes walk to Stare Miasto and 10 minutes walk to Wawel. Tram and bus within a few steps walk. Breakfast at Smakolyki restaurant was excellent!

Keep in mind that the apartment is in a very old buliding (almost all bulidings in the center are old). For us staying on the 4th floor this meant 99 steps to go up (no elevator) and no emergency exit. The apartemnt was overlooking the inner yard of a block of apartment bulidings which would have made impossible to escape or receive help if necessary.

Breakfast was amazing. It is in a restaurant next to the apartments and you get a choice of six meals (all very good), a coffee or tea, and a water or juice. Breakfast was not available on Easter morning, but we received 30 PLN each to buy a breakfast somewhere else. Location was right next to the old town. Apartment was clean, good Air conditioning. Coffee machine was also easy to use and made very good coffee.

Although it is advertised as so and so expected, there was no elevator. Apartment was a little small, but nothing to complain about.

Very well located, very clean, decently sized room with a very clean bathroom. In the room there is also a kitchinette with everything one needs to prepare basic things. The restaurant where the breakfast can be served has a nice atmosphere but the options are limited.

I could not find in advance the information that there is no elevator in the building. For me the 100+ stairs to arrive to the last floor where the apartment was located were not a problem but for people with heavier luggage or reduced mobilty or health issues this might not be a valid option.

The apartment is located next to the old town, which allows you to save on transport. Our reservation included breakfast, which is provided by a restaurant a couple of houses down the same street. Very accommodating attitude so that we didn't have to cancel breakfast in the morning when we went to Zakopane. We received breakfast in the evening of the previous day in prepared hermetically sealed boxes. Convenient and applicable!

Very nice and clean apartment, everything was perfect for us. Very good communication with the host. Breakfast was very good as well. Location is close to everything. We'll definitively come back next time we are in Krakow. One gets very much "value for money".

Not very good quality of wifi, no elevator (for us it was not a problem, but it can be for someone with health issues)

The room and bathroom were cozy, clean, modern, and fully functional. In addition, the room had working air conditioning, a smart TV with a Netflix account, and an integrated kitchen with all the essential utensils. Location was great too.

Room was a bit small but besides that everything was amazing

It was close to the old square and the breakfast at the restaurant was really good also did takeout breakfast for us when we had a trip booked was really good

Only the steps 100 up to top floor with suitcases it’s hard but doable
