Location is ideal. Very short walk to Old Town. Very Quiet. Rooms are clean ( first night) and service at distance through email, text, etc, is prompt and courteous.

1. Hôtel does not advertise that the rooms are not cleaned for multiple nights stay. Once the customer request the service, in my case every 2 days, there is no problem getting it. 2. Hôtel does not advertise that breakfasts ( 40 zlotys each) are off-site and from 8 am to 10:30 am only. It is cheaper ( 30 zlotys each in September 2023) to cross the street ( same public restaurant, VELO )and get breakfast as needed. Reimbursement of breakfasts vouchers paid in advance and not used is not impossible but you will have to work for it.

Very good location, close to both the Old Town and Wawel Castle, only takes some minutes to walk there. The room is large and nice. Although there is a tramway outside on the road, the tram noise certainly did not bother me, I did not need earplugs to sleep and slept well. The breakfast in the restaurant opposite is delicious.

The air conditioning was not very effective although I think maybe it's because it's cool in Krakow outside in the night, so it was a bit hot in room on my first evening. And the luggage storage provided by the aparthotel is a locked common area under the stairs, there are no separate lockers.

That place was our absolute favourite. The self-service checkin was super comfortable, as well as the huge lobby where we were able to wait until our room was ready. Location was perfect - right next to old town. Parking - we parked on public street on Marszalka Josefa Pilsudskiego - 10x cheaper than the 24h commercial parkings.

Great value for your money at the city center. Everything regarding our stay went amazingly. Communication with the host was very efficient and quick (they even provided solutions in case we needed to leaver our luggage stored after check-out). The room was very spacious and offered all the conditions to make our stay more comfortable. Great option in case you’re visiting the city centre or going on an Auschwitz’s tour.

No complaints to report this Aparthotel was the right job

Its perfectly i like how is the system for check inn and out manually and direct you have the codes and access to key for check inn. Verry well coordinated. The room was big , clean ,pleasant quit and the most the roof window giving us lighter day.

Only the water shower has low pressure that so little,and slow water releasing.

I booked literally at the last minute and I received confirmation and self check-in instructions almost immediately. It was late at night so being able to check in at the last moment was essential. The instructions were clear and accurate and I had no problems getting my key and getting to my room. It was such a comfortable space and I'm so thankful I found it!

A hand towel and a washcloth would be nice. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Excellent location, 10 minute walk to old town. Choices of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Very clean and modern, couldn’t have asked for more. Excellent value too!

Nothing. Free parking would be nice but didn’t expect that being so close to town. Lack of staff on site might be a hindrance to older guests who aren’t too good with smartphones/self check in etc!

Good location just a few minutes walk from Old Town. Quite big room, modern style

Carpet on the floor wasn’t clean. We were located close to a smoking area which unfortunate disturbed our sleeping as the guests were partying at night there. There is no reception so you can’t really do anything about it

Great location and close to all the amenities. The hotel sorted out taxis to and from airport and also trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Which was great. Hotel easy instructions for getting in and no real need for staff.

Room could have been cleaned at least once during our stay. Not sure how you arranged to clean, fresh towels etc. no idea if it was at an extra cost !!??
