This hotel was so good from start to finish, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, clean spatious and very comfortable, the spa facilities were very welcome after long days exploring, I have to say I think this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I will be aiming to come back! The location was easy for getting about a nice easy stroll to the centre. A luxury hotel that is most certainly that :)

The location bit outside of the city center is excellent. The hotel and the interior of the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful both in the public areas and in the rooms. The hotel's services were versatile and the service was excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection of both savory and sweet. A wonderful lot of vegetables and fruits as well. Luxury bath products. The hotel's bar and patio deserve a special mention - excellent service and excellent products. Thanks also to the reception, everything went perfectly and you were always ready to help with all the customer's wishes.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was my birthday whilst there and they had put a bottle of bubbly in our room to celebrate. Our last day we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us the biggest breakfast bag i had ever seen, it was so full we had to give 3/4 of it back. It was within walking distance of the bus stop for the airport, literally 2 mins. 10 mins into the centre of town, very central to everything. Would stay there again definitely.

Only issue we had was the deposit we had to put down when we checked in. Although the hotel had sent an email telling you that you had to pay a deposit , it was at the very end of a very long email that i hadn't read as it was telling you about booking the restaurant etc which i wasn't interested in. It needed to be at the beginning in big writing. It was for £400 so rather a lot to come out of your account when you wasn't expecting it. No mention of that when booking through booking.com.

The hotel was amazing, good service from the staff, even when we arrived really late for our check in. Kitchen was closing that moment when we got there, but the staff made sure we still got the order in. Porter took our luggage and parked the car for us. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy, really quiet, almost didn't hear room service knocking. Bed was large and comfortable, there is also a pillow menu, so you can choose a different size and thickness pillows for your stay.

I didn't like the 1000pln surprise deposit when checking in, but i got it back 2 days after, not a big deal, just a small bother. Also the room could have had a smart tv instead of the regular local tv channel selection.

Good location only a short walk to Old Town centre. Beautiful hotel, staff good, very clean, quality products in room with hair dryer, robes etc. Good choice for Breakfast. We ate in hotel restaurant on our first evening & found the food choice & quality top notch. Staff were very professional.

We found the room temperature very warm, despite turning down thermostat. Fortunately, we were able to open a window. Good to have a pool but it was very small which was disappointing so we didn't use.

Absolutely stunning, inside and out. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. Facilities were incredible including the hotel bar downstairs. We loved everything about the hotel including how close it is from the old town square. Food in the hotel restaurant was out of this world absolutely phenomenal

Just where it is located can get a bit scary on the nighttime if walking out with people harassing you on the streets which obviously is no fault of the hotel but it is a beautiful hotel but just not in a good looking surroundings outside

Spacious room, heated floor in the bathroom, big sink, nice shower amenities <brand: Guerlain), comfortable bed, on the big side of single bed. We got the twin beds. USB charging ports in the room. Excellent staff, from reception to bell hop. They helped us arrange a ride from Krakow to Warsaw since all train tickets were sold out for Taylor Swift concert. It was done quickly, the night before, the pick up arrived on time dressed smartly in a very clean MBenz van. Also very patient staff as my friend took time to choose a room! They showed her 4 rooms before she decided. That was very nice of them.

It’s not in the old town square. About 10 minutes walk. It’s just that there was construction going on the road from hotel to old town square.

Loved the welcome drink, lovely man on the desk who brought our suitcase up and was very friendly when we arrived, which made it instantly have a nice feel to the hotel. Brilliant breakfast, great cocktails, rooms were turned down in the evening which was a lovely surprise, spa was very relaxing, beds in the rooms were so comfy (with a great pillow menu to alter your pillows). Great mini bar selection and a lovely red wine.

The service on the bar downstairs was quite slow to be served at times

The property is stunning! It’s a small hotel but everywhere you look the attention to detail is beautiful. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, spacious and had everything you needed. From the robes, slippers, Rituals toiletries, coffee machine and so much more. We are already looking at another trip with the same chain of hotels. We would definitely recommend and return again. The location is fantastic (about a 7 minute walk to the main square and 20 or so minutes from the airport) and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were brought a glass of Prosecco upon checking and bags taken to our room.

The bar downstairs is very small and the hotel is very hot; although the rooms are air conditioned to your own preference.
