I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a spotless, spacious bathroom. The location was relatively close to the city center, about a 30-minute walk. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Bathrobes and slippers were not provided and had to be paid for separately, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, some of the staff didn’t speak English, but they were very friendly and helpful nonetheless. The view from the room was also not great, as it overlooked a gas station.

The rooms were lovely, modern and spacious. The entire hotel was spotless and very clean. The location was only about 1km for main square so ideal.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel did not have complementary robes in the rooms. When I enquired about it, they said there was a charge as they did not come with my room. This is a first for me in all my times of traveling I have never been charged for a rope. The menu in the bar was quite limited I felt. I only ate once there, but the staff were very nice. The young lifeguard who I met twice during my short stay was quite rude and didn't really want to be bothered I felt. The changing rooms were quite dated, I prefeed not to use the changing rooms.

Good choice of breakfast food although as with any self serve breakfast area it was a bit manic at times. Staff did their very best to keep up with the demand to replenish food and clear tables. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant and both times were very good. Excellent cleanliness in all areas. Most staff were polite and helpful, although one lady was extremely rude one morning at the breakfast desk. The roadworks were a little inconvenient but even staying at the front of the hotel on the first floor we didn’t hear any of the work going on. Great location, a minute away from the riverside and a short walk to the castle. Room was cleaned every day and had good air conditioning which we were very grateful for after a long day walking in the heat.

Pool was very cold. Table tennis rackets and snooker cues need replacing as unusable. The pillows.

Very close to the city center ( 10 minutes walk), garage parking, nice staff, excellent breakfast (one of the bests we had in many hotels🙂), very confortable bed, very clean. The pool and jacuzzi are small, but nice after a walking day and the water was not cold as i read in other reviews. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and not so expensive.

Rooms are a little crowded for a family of four, not enough storage space( small closet). The only very negative thing is that in standard rooms they don't provide bathrobes, siutation i have never met in a 4 star hotel, so expect to see people in bathing suits in the lobbys and elevators☹, It is an embarrassing situation for such a nice hotel. Standard rooms have a ugly view with a gas station.

My room was immaculate, thoughtfully stocked with full‑size Rituals amenities that echoed the signature aroma I first noticed in the lobby. Housekeeping refreshed the products and linens daily, somehow timing their service so discreetly that I never once felt interrupted. Waking up to crisp sheets and that soothing fragrance wafting through the air became an anticipated morning ritual of its own. The pool area deserves special praise. Most hotel pools smell faintly of chlorine; here, the ambient misting system subtly diffused Rituals’ Hammam scent, turning each swim into a sensory retreat. Plush loungers, perfectly rolled towels, and iced fruit‑infused water were always within reach, thanks to an ever‑attentive pool team. Speaking of service—the staff were nothing short of brilliant. every interaction felt personal and sincere. Their genuine warmth transformed excellent facilities into an unforgettable experience. Dining rounded out the stay with flair: breakfast buffets featuring local artisanal cheeses, Even here, the delicate scent of Rituals candles flickered softly, tying each meal back to the hotel’s signature ambience.

I should have stayed longer

One of the best hotels we have been to in Europe and definitively the best Novotel ever. Pool are is nice and the food at the restaurant is very decent. They upgraded us to an apartment that although kn the Ibis side, provided an awesome value for the money. The hotel is also close to the town center. This hotel will see us again if we are in Krakow

The room was spacious - I booked the executive suite. More room. With couch. (I travelled with husband and 1 year old). I loved how close this hotel was to the town square/ wavel castle. Walking distance to many areas. Clean. Room service was done really fast. Staff was great and friendly. If you want to do any of the museums I would book sooner… I tried to book with them and they weren’t able to assist… but, they tried and did follow up and did accommodate as best as they could. Otherwise they were there to help and assist. The rooms were comfortable. Had air conditioning

Not much I didn’t like in this hotel. Only thing I can think of is how $$$ this hotel was and the breakfast wasn’t complimentary. The pool was freezing!!! I wanted a hotel with a pool so my niece can have a swim, and it was very disappointing how cold the pool was. Wasn’t worth paying a more for hotel with the pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! What stood out the most was the delicious food—every meal was flavorful and satisfying. The meal times were very convenient, making it easy to enjoy without feeling rushed. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which made everything even more enjoyable. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always professional. My room was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant stay.

Cleanliness Friendly helpful staff Central location Pool & jacuzzi, great addition 12pm checkout Beds sooooo comfy. Great breakfast & fantastic menu with a mixture of trad polish and other. The duck broth with mushroom dumplings must be tried. Polish white wine, delicious & bar staff very helpful. Located beside good-sized shop for all needs.

Jacuzzi was too cold and would be good if 16+ only as had to 'chillax' with a bunch of under 10s splashing about. Had to ask for towels and toilet roll as they were not replenished ( towels placed on floor as requested) Main bug bear ....was sooo small, but only 2 small coffee sachets in room...both enough for one cup of weak coffee...had to ask for room service to replace for next day...again only 2 delivered for 2 adults (who like coffee) Dirty glasses and cups not collected. Just minor issues that didn't spoil the plusses... but would have made things perfect.

Food was expensive and not great when ordering for lunch/ dinner Awful choice for kids, none of my lot enjoyed but then they are a simple bunch. Also the translations on the menu are horrendous. Don’t know what a chain this big has such poor translations! Breakfast felt expensive but kids ate for free and it was all you can eat Buffett and we all enjoyed There was an awful smell in the men’s showers by the pool that’s lasted 2 days, strong dirty drain smell so kids had to hold their nose but other than that all good
