we stayed in a very comfortable and spacious one bedroom apartment. It was very well equipped with everything you need. All the staff were very welcoming friendly and went out of there way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The vegan breakfasts were delicious. if I am lucky enough to return to Krakow we will definitely return to Plantonia and I will be recommending it to all my friends.

This is truly amazing location to stay in Krakow. Brand new, super comfortable, very clean. The one bedroom apartment we had was amazingly comfortable for us a couple to live and work. Staff helped me to order flowers for my wife, and overall were very helpful during our stay. Absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Plantonia hotel greately. The apartment is new, sparkling clean and spacious. Our room faced a quiet side street. The room was filled with air, light and pleasnt relaxing atmosphere. The service and attitude of the staff was wonderful. All the girls at the reception were very nice and helpful. We felt really welcomed at this place. The appartment is well equipped; coffee machine and salt room are a pleasant bonus. Wi-fi worked well all the time.The bed and pillows are really comfy!!! Just perfect to sleep well after a long day of travelling. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment is totally great. Clean, modern , the beds are extremely comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, except for the microwave. Nespresso and 4 capsules made my day. The design and the cleanness are perfect.

The construction works on the street start at 6 a.m. and it's a disaster ( The apartment has the parking , but it's 250 meters away.

We we a group of 8 people (2 families) and we absolutely love the apartment. The location is 15 min walk from the old town, the tram stop is 150m in front of the hotel. Amazing reception service, mrs. Anna was really helpful with our group needs. The staff was really nice overall. The hotel is fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean. Comfortable beds. We certainly recommend it and we will be back.

The parking is 250m from the hotel. You must reserve it far before you cone because there are just a few parking spots. But it's in a underground garage and your car will be safe.

We were staying in a 3 bed apartment. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Although we mostly ate out it had everything you would need to prepare a meal if you wished. It was spotlessly clean and came with coffee pods and a selection of tea bags. Shower gel and washing up liquid were also provided and dishwasher and laundry tablets were available free from reception. There was a small shop in reception selling a selection of foods and snacks and here you could also get complimentary tea and coffee. There is a very good bakery just outside the hotel which is good for breakfast. There are also a few supermarkets a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The main square is an easy 15 minute stroll from the hotel and the castle is about 10 minutes away. We had a great stay here and would not hesitate to return if we come back to Krakow.

Everything was really nice, spaceous, tidy and the staff super friendly. A welcome letter in the room and a super sustainable thought-through concept with additional great breakfast options (which I didn't need, but they were looking amazing). They even helped me in booking my trip to Wieliczka Salt Mine. All in all it was a 12/10 - would recommend it to everyone.

The construction works at the street are not in the influence of the hotel, but they even apologized for that in the welcome letter. Even here, big recommendation! :)

Very clean and well arranged apartment. We had all the equipment we needed for preparing meals, very convenient if you don’t want to eat out. Fast WiFi and TV with wide variety of channels available. We watched also Netflix!. Such an interesting concept, we have never been to a vegan hotel. Really impressed. Would definitely return for another trip.

The hotel has completely exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself is very modern and sustainably driven. The staff was also very helpful and kind from the end to the beginning, there is also a great bakery right underneath the hotel, Zaczyn, with great coffee and pastries, defo a must-try. It is a short walk from the Wawel castle and the main square. Honestly could not fault it, and we will definitely stay here again if we visit Krakow!
