Unusually spacious rooms, soundproofed, very well equipped (all kitchen appliances needed, real coffee and coffee making equipment instead of the usual Nescafe), great shower, and all super clean. The staff was very helpful without being overbearing. Car access and parking onsite were easy and the elevator helped with our large luggage.

Everything was more than perfect except for one thing: The bed was very squeaky so every time one of us moved, the other woke up. Could perhaps use an upgrade.

Beautiful and spacious apartments. Good location, the old town is within walking distance. Noise from street (bridge) traffic is minimal, did not disturb sleep. The hotel has few parking spaces, located in the inner courtyard and need to be reserved in advance, but we easily parked another car on the street. We didn’t eat at the hotel because there were small groceries shops, bakeries, and breakfast cafés nearby.

I didn’t manage to find the entrance to the hotel right away. The hotel sign was on the wall, but only the inner courtyard doors were clearly visible, and there was only a small note on the hotel door. But maybe it was just me who had trouble figuring it out :) It was also indicated that there is an additional sleeping place – a sofa bed in the bedroom, but it was a fold-out from an armchair type and uncomfortable for sleeping.

The apartment was perfect, just the right size, clean and had everything we needed. Maybe a coffee machine would have been handy, but there were several coffee shops in the neighborhood, so we managed without. The location was good, we had a view of the castle, which as nice :) The old town and the Jewish quarter were just about 20 minutes walk, but there was also a bus stop nearby. The parking was a nice touch, which was in the inner yard, we had to reserve in advance for a daily fee, which was totally worth it, because in the surrounding streets it was hard finding a spot.

Everything was perfect, nice, new and clean :) Maybe the coffee machine missing, but we could manage without.

I spent two weeks here and was very happy. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and it was great to have someone available 24/7. The location is excellent, about 20 minutes walk from the centre of town (but watch out for the mad cyclists on the pavements - a problem everywhere in Poland) and nice to be away from the crowds. It is worth paying a bit more to have a view of the river. Bed very comfortable. Amazing hole-in-the-wall ice-cream place close by, as well as a delicatessen and a couple of good cafés. Bikes can be rented from a place on the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Hairdryer hopeless and combined shampoo-conditioner-bodywash will leave your hair a matted mess. You can buy conditioner at the pharmacy on the corner (the local supermarkets didn't stock any). Blackout blinds not very effective.

We stayed here for one night and had a really pleasant experience! The apartment was spacious, stylish, and had everything we needed for a short stay. There’s an option to order breakfast for an extra charge, including a vegan option, which is a nice touch. Our room had a beautiful view of Wawel Castle from the living room window, which made our stay feel special. The bedroom had a skylight that added a cozy and unique vibe. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen, though we didn’t have time to use it. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Kraków – highly recommended!

Brilliant location for river walks and not far into the old town . Spotlessly clean and everything was a good standard . Well laid out , good fittings ( eg soft close drawers , toilet lid and quality kettle ) , great shower , quiet , good a/c and fantastic staff .

If we had to be really critical the blinds don’t totally cut out the light but that’s hard to achieve and we stayed in June - height of summer . I took an eye mask. Apart from that - Nothing - it was an excellent stay and we will return .

We stayed for 3 nights and then went off to a family wedding in the mountains and then returned for 2 more nights in the 2 bed apartment on the 1st floor. The property was very clean, comfortable, spacious and accessible for our 83 year old mother. The added bonus was a washing machine as all our luggage got covered in some kind of oil from being in the hold of the plane! All the staff we met were lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us and had a lovely view of the river. Local supermarket and bakery on the door step was also very useful. We will not hesitate to return to this property.

When we returned with our car hire, parking was a little tight on the surrounding streets and we hadn't pre booked the hotel parking but it was only for a few hours until it was collected so no real hassle.

We appreciated this spotlessly clean apartment, particularly the kitchen facilities (special mention for the induction plate, the dish washer and absolute top prize for the coffee machine) and the bathroom, which featured a very good shower (i.e. constant water temperature). The airco was also very much welcome since it was quite hot in Krakow when we were there. The view on the river was spectacular. Staff was friendly and always ready to help/answer questions, before our stay, upon arrival and during our couple of days there.

The bed was large but the mattress not particularly comfortable for us. Sofa bed in the living room was also (just) ok to sleep on. The need to insert one of the magnetic cards that also served to access the appartement in order to activate electricity meant that all electrical appliances were disconnected when we were not in the room-not ideal particularly for the fridge...

No fuss check in, very friendly staff, nice location. We didn't stay in Penthouse as it didn't give us the option for 3 people. We were on top floor, the view of the river was good, the windows overlooked Jubilat and the bridge 'Most Debnicki'. The area is about 10 minutes walk to main square and there's lots of small shops and little cafees around, so overall very convenient to stay there. There is an option to park the car in a secure location next door for an additional fee of 40PLN per day, which, considering how busy the area is, makes it a bargain.

Nothing to do with the property itself but the roadworks on the bridge made getting to and out of area by car very tricky, probably better to give up on the car completely if you plan to stay local.

We work in 5 star hotel in central London and service we received was absolutely exceptional. Arina, went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in. I called the office the next day, line was busy shortly after received a phone call back, this little things make a huge difference. A huge apartment with all facilities you might need. Thank you for making it so smooth and easy.

I’m happy we couldn’t get late check out, again the team proven solution and we could keep our luggage throughout the day. I will definitely come back.
