The propriety was clean, well organised and furnished. It offers pans, pots, and other kitchen appliances. We got here when it was absolutely storming outside and we could barely hear the rain, so great sound proof. The bathroom was also clean and there was great quality body and hand soap. The room has plenty of room, wi-fi that works great and a tv with international channels. There was a balcony with chairs and a table for smokers or eating outside. The position in 10 minutes walking from the park, 20 from the center and there are plenty of attractions and supermarkets around. In our opinion this apartment is perfect for a couple. There is no parking from the hotel, but there are parking spots right in front.

The only down side is that there is no elevator to the apartment, so for a person who can’t take the stairs it could be difficult to reach some of the apartments, but there are also some on the ground floor.

It was clean and comfortable, it was a nice stay for two nights. It was also very easy to get to the apartment from the airport by public transport. The receptionists are extremely friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. There is a grocery shop only 3 minutes walk away which is very convenient also.

The location is not very central, the apartment is located on the other side of the river than the city centre, so you have to cross a bridge and walk quite a bit to get there. But there is good public transport so that's not a big deal.

Spacious, clean room. Great location, not central so noise wasn’t an issue but still walking distance to the square☺️We arrived a few hours before the scheduled check in time 3pm due to our flight being early morning, we asked if they had a case cupboard so we could go for a walk and breakfast, reception let us leave our cases there and arranged for our room to be cleaned and ready for us early so we were able to check in as soon as we had eaten - really appreciated this!

There was a funny smell in the corridors everyday, I’m not sure what it was but smelt like a leisure centre changing room? However this didn’t effect the rooms in any way at all☺️

Fisrt of all staff is nice and welcoming! The apartment was close to the town. Castle was by walking distance from the apartment. Local shops restaurants are nearby. The apartment was welcoming, it had a nice smell when you stepped in. We stayed on the second floor. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The room is very stylish. Had a kitchen and in the kitchen you had cooker, pans, spoons etc. , there is also tea and coffee. The bathroom towels and the sheets on the bed are super clean! All together we had a nice stay and in march we back again and we will stay here! :)

Everything was excellent

Overall great value for money, clean, convenient and a good location. Friendly and helpful owner. Walking distance to all tourist attractions and the conference centre with a fantastic bakery Łysa Góra - great for coffee and pastries first thing in the morning. Great wine bar (Wine & Honey) round the corner, groceries and a couple of restaurants; very good burger place - Tasty Beast. Wi-Fi was disappointing though…

Nothing since I could tolerate poor WiFi.

Far from the tourist madness, in an authentic neighborhood. Rooms facing the rear are quiet. Nicely renovated.

Initially assigned a noisy street level room on a very busy street, instead of “inner courtyard view” that I specifically booked - reassigned, after a bit of an effort. Wi-Fi did not work at all in room - just needs an inexpensive repeater. No satellite channels as advertised - just local Polish stations. An inexpensive Chromecast would upgrade the older television.

We loved the decor it's was very clean, modern, warm and in a great location 20 minutes walk to main square. We got a bus from airport (number 300) with only a 5 minute walk to apartments. Brilliant burger place at the end of road and just round the corner a great coffee shop. Lots of smaller shops at end of road too. Could not fault anything about our stay. Great communication with host before and after and he let us leave our cases as we had a late flight home. Would definitely recommend well well appartments again and loved krakow that much we will be returning. In my opinion the location was so close to everything. Love lock Bridge 20- 25 mins walk along river. Big wheel/ air balloon 10 minute walk along river. Book this apartment you won't regret it.

The room has an interesting design and overall I liked the fact that is in a quiet area close to the castle and public transportation is very well maintained and right on schedule compared to other cities in Poland. The bes was very comfortable but the pillows need a little more fermness as they are quite flat.

I would have loved to have a microwave as well in the kitchen area of the room but overall there was an induction stove that unfortunately I was not able to understand how to use it as the buttons where not responding but once I would put something on it, a sound would be heard and had to use the boiling cup that has some calcium deposits in it.

Immaculate apartment with super comfy beds in a nice quiet location. It is a 20-minute walk into the main centre of Krakow with a few lovely shops and bakeries, etc, very close by. Simple route once you get your bearings. We thought the quality of the apartment was outstanding for what we paid (£150 for 3 nights) they had thought of everything, including a large fridge, hob, TV, iron, kettle, seating area air conditioning, heating and everything in between . We literally found no fault with our stay here and are desperate to return. Compliments to the staff and team members for such an incredibly well-kept apartment and stress free stay. It really does put other hotels and apartments to shame. 100% recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.

Shower pressure was a little on the low side. Did not bother us at all but worth a mention in case you expect a power shower.

This apartment would have had all excellent but the only thing was that the shower water didn't drain so well and has migrated over the bathroom floor and obviously has caused some damage to the door frame previous to my arrival. The shower itself is excellent and the room utterly delightful, clean, comfy, quiet, and very close to all the main transport connections. The staff were superb and the whole experience was sublime. I would definitely jump to this location again in a heartbeat.

Just the shower drainage. That's all. Otherwise it was first class!
