Clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom had heated floor which is a big advantage. Really nice hairdryer in a room. I traveled here in February, so hotel was pretty empty and quiet. Staff spoke English 👍🏻 Hotel located close to the airport.

Breakfast price was extra 80 PLN, which is a bit high.

Nice New hotel with nice staff . Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is very clean and location is within walking distance to city centre. Breakfast was great and breakfast Room was nice and cosy. Hint : Take tram 52 to rach center and ticket can be bought from machine inside trams stop.

Room cleaning must be requested a day before. -4day stay towels were not changed . -Run out of Shower gel no one refilled even though i told one of room service staff. -view of the room is awful Would i come back! Probably not b/c this is a 4* hotel and all negative points i mentioned above aboviously not happen in regular hotels with same level

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Kraków. The location was ideal, especially for business travelers — just a short walk to the business center and well-connected to the rest of the city. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. It was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed for a productive and restful stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — a great selection of healthy and fresh options, including fruits, grains, eggs, and quality coffee. It was the perfect way to start the day. All in all, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for both business and leisure trips.

The location is perfect, very near city centre (around 7-10min walk). Very comfy, quite and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, not too much to choose from but still quality food which you would expect to get there. Thanks for the stay!

We were on a eurotrip and sad to say that but hotel in Warsaw really made the expectations for the next stays very high. So far the only negative things we found were the amount of salads to choose from and the view from the window which was that ghost building full of grafittis. It feels like a hotel for business trips, conferences and short stays but doesn't invite to stay for longer.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I asked if we could get a room with a nice view, not only granting our request but also upgrading us to a room on the top floor. The room itself was spotless and even had a bathtub. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the castle. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It was fresh, fulfilling, and a great way to start the day. The location was also very convenient, with just a 15- to 30-minute walk to the old city, making it easy to explore without needing transportation. Overall, a wonderful experience!

After Paris great comfort for the price. Located not far from krakow castle, tram near the hotel, helpful English speaking stuff.

Need to go a bit long from the touristic locations, on the area with not much people. It’s not a problem but worth mentioning.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great stay, and we would consider returning!

Initially, we stayed in room 511, but the heating wasn’t working. After reporting the issue, the staff asked us to wait while they checked if it could be fixed. After about an hour, they moved us to another room, which was much appreciated. One thing to note is that parking is not free—it costs 70 PLN per day.

This was a wonderful, high class hotel next to the Congress center and also conveniently near a major tram and bus station with great access. The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and luxuriously spacey, and the staff very pleasant and efficient. Great air conditioning and atmosphere, very very nice, highest recommendation. I had business breakfast meetings outside and so could not use it but the hotel restaurant looked very nice also. Hopefully next time! Right nearby there was a compact supermarket Zabika open early and until late which personally was very helpful to me also, It was a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

The Hotel itself is very nice and modern, the complimentary lemonade in the lobby left a good impression with us. The bathroom was modern, room decor was modern and high end. The location of the hotel is great, there's parking but pretty pricey, you can park for free around the corner. I also loved that we got 2 key cards, hotels only give out 1 usually

TV didnt have native youtube and netflix apps, hard to connect to their propietary software. There was a room/bathroom wide bluetooth sound system but the staff had no ideea how to turn it on so i never got to use it.. disapointing. The hair blower was not a built in model, it was a plug in the wall type which made it feel a smidge cheap. The more... unforgiveable thing was the absolutely non existent shower water pressure, i have never in my life cared about water pressure but this was something else. Took 20 minutes to take a shower that normally took 4 minutes. Not a premium experience at all
