This was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in Europe. The location is perfect, just 3 mins from Plac Wolnica tram stop. Also, this was just a 5 mins walk from the river. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and spoke in English. There's elevator as well. The rooms are so large and spacious; they come equipped with a working desk, television, lots of storage space as well as a balcony. Clean, comfortable, quiet area and highly affordable - all in all it was absolutely perfect! You could also check out early and keep your luggage for hours here. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing!

This is a basic room but had so much to offer. It's close to old town with lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets. The room was quite roomy with 2 single beds, a long desk with chairs, a mini fridge, a kettle, and an ensuite. You also have a nice balcony and the street is very quiet. There is a kitchen at the end of the hall. The staff were extremely friendly, and we were able to store our bikes out the back in the secure parking area.

Disappointed we couldn't cook because there were no pots or pans, and being an induction stove our trangia stove didn't work on it.

Excellent location, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the park by the river and to the Wawel Castle. Located about 15 minutes walk from the bus stop to the airport. The room was comfortable, very clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom was big enough and perfectly cleaned. The 24 hour reception was a great asset, all the girls were very friendly and helpful. I put an excellent rating!

The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Might consider putting utensils in the communal kitchen. We found only one café around and it doesn't open before 10:00.

The building doesn't look much on the outside, and to be honest, neither does it on the inside, it's not the cosiest place. But the room was functional, with loads of storage space, comfortable beds, many electrical sockets and a small balcony. There was a small fridge and a electric kettle, useful for making coffee, and a bathroom with shower with well functioning ventilation. The building is very well maintained, and everything was extremely clean. Location is great, on a quiet street on the edge of Kasimierz, which is, in my opinion a much better place to stay than the overcrowded, extremely expensive old centre. There are lots of great, affordable options to eat out, have a drink or breakfast. It's a 5 minute walk to the tram stop, that takes you in less than 10 minutes to the old centre, or you could walk there in 20 minutes. Friendly staff.

It took the shower more than 5 minutes to get hot. Not a problem for me, as it was 25 degrees outside, but in winter this wouldn't be very comfortable.

Spacious room and comfortable bathroom, clean, and located in a central yet quiet area. There are a lot of historical places to explore nearby and the nightlife is vivid. The staff was very helpful and polite. Highly recommended!

Only one pair of towels were offered although we were two people, as well as the shampoo was enough for just one shower... Also, it would have been better if our bins were emptied at least once during a four-night stay...Finally, the pillows should be more comfortable.

Absolutely amazing location, such a lively neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat and very near the river. Also easy to walk everywhere including old town. The room was very big, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good and everything was really clean. The mini fridge was really great to have. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, the price was fantastic for the accommodation.

Sometimes wifi drops out a little bit but it was easy to reconnect to one of two offered networks.

The staff: They are very friendly and did everything fast. The security: Good. There are security cameras at the entrance and in the corridor The room: The room is well equipped (the fridge, TV, etc) and clean. There is also a balcony The location: The hotel is not located near the main road so it is not noisy. It is located near the tram station to the center or surrounding areas, which is about a 2-3 minute walk away. Around there are convenience stores, bakeries, restaurants, and churches.

Great place to stay! The room was clean, comfy, warm, quiet, with private bathroom, kettle and even a fridge. Staff were lovely and spoke English well. Payment by card was uncomplicated. There are only plastic spoons and paper cups so if you're planning on having meals that need more sturdy cutlery, bring your own. It was fantastic for my purposes, really close to Kazimierz where I spent most of my time. And you really can't beat the price, it's probably the most inexpensive in Krakow unless you want to stay in a hostel.

Super clean and has everything you need - they even have a heater that can be turned on to dry my clothes on! I envy those university students who live here :)

The location is OK, but somehow there are many graffiti on the nearby streets and may not look very secured? I thought the graffiti was cool until I found my motorbike helmet (on my motorbike) got stolen! Who would steal a poor traveler's dirty old cheap motor helmet? Reporting it to the police and buying a new one took me half a day, so I didn't really have time (neither was I in the mood) to hang around Krakow: (

The accommodation is in a good location and 10mins bolt ride from the old town square The view of St Mary's cathedral from my window was a highlight. Super clean facilities and white towels. The private bathroom is the icing on the cake.

The staff were very nice and helpful except that they spoke only basic English, which was a downside for me because i did not receive any help when I called to confirm directions. On site, we communicated well via Google translator 😃
