The room was bigger than expected, with excellent, modern facilities, including good heating (underfloor in the bathroom), air conditioning, balcony, fantastic bathroom and shower, really comfortable furniture, big TV and reasonable kitchenette area. It was well-decorated and clean, and getting in and out of the building was easy, despite being a complete self-checkin. The area was excellent, especially with the Christmas market on Plac Wolnica, and good transport around the corner. We also appreciated the late checkout.

These are not complaints, as we were really happy with our stay. I just want to point out things to other guests. We didn’t really see a single member of staff during the whole visit, which was fine, but felt a bit strange – especially at checkout. I left the keycard in the lockbox and hoped it was the right thing to do. This also meant we couldn’t leave luggage on our last day – but the midday checkout helped with this. The room was only cleaned once during our stay – it didn’t need it, but we ran out of toilet roll, and ended up buying some.

Central quiet location in the Jewish quarter with restaurants, cafes and corner stores all within a minute's walk from the apartment. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of granola and yoghurt or eggs/omelette and was left outside the door at 8:30 each morning. On one day we had an early start and they provided us with the granola and yoghurt the previous morning so we could take it with us. If you stay in the superior mezzanine apartment, please note that it is two bedroom areas on the mezzanine level separated by a wall and you access one of them via a ladder. The stairs for both of them are metal and shred your feet so wear shoes to get upstairs. I've been recommending this apartment to others who are coming to krakow.

Large room and bathroom, very clean, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, next to tram stop and 10 mins walk to castle and high street. Quiet area overnight. There is a little playground just next to the hotel if you have kids.

Minor shortcomings. I didn't realise that the rooms weren't serviced, which is fine for a short stay plus they change towels and wash crockery every other day. There is no breakfast room, they deliver the breakfast from a menu selection to your room at a requested time. The selection was good, but ultimately the breakfast tends to end up cold and no drinks included, so you have to make your own.

The apartament was really nice and very clean! We had everything we needed in there and we could contact the staff anytime if we needed anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, anytime we had questions they politely explained everything to us. Also, loved that there is an option to leave your luggage with them even after your stay ended, we had few hours before our flight and it was so handy to be able to leave the luggage with them and enjoy last few bits of Kraków. The location is also perfect! About 25min walk to the town square. Nice and quiet, but if you like going out then it’s also very close to bars and clubs. And another thing that we really loved was the balcony! It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet in the morning, but even at night the restaurants/bars outside were pretty quiet, and haven’t disturbed us at all.

Location was great and breakfast options were really good. Staff on-site were friendly and very helpful responding to messages promptly. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics to get you going.

Didn't realise as it wasn't clear from description or photos that the second bedroom was accessed by a stepladder which isn't good for middle-aged ladies. Both sets of stairs (stepladder and stairs to other bedroom) were made of metal and quite sore on your feet, you need to wear thick socks to go up and down, might benefit from carpeting.

The hotel is located in the wonderful district of Kazimierz. A very beautiful church can be seen from the windows, friendly staff, great vibes. The room is modern, beautifully decorated. Good internet, coffee machine and many other great things.

We stayed for 3 days, it was a bit disappointing that the housekeepers did not visit on the second day. As a result, the coffee capsules were not refilled and the coffee machine was not used. We had to buy coffee capsules ourselves because we didn't know if the housekeepers would visit the next day. The bathroom has a very strong smell of mold, even though there is a ventilation system. When we left the bathroom door open, the whole apartment smelled of mold.

We love everything about this place. So easy to communicate and has absolutely outstanding smiley service. Comfy, spacious apartment for the family in the perfect location, close to all by walking distance from the shops, by the old market train station. We arrived way earlier than we could check in, but still, we could leave our luggage and be off to the city, the manager and staff put many effort too getting our apartment ready to access earlier, so we could rest after our trip. Very helpful staff in case any information is required whether is about shopping, getting to places visiting attractions or just simple chat. Close to two big shopping centres and restaurants. The manager was very thoughtful when we didn't manage to order our breakfast on time still, it was ordered on our behalf. Breakfast is given on time, nicely packed and sealed whether you want to eat inside or outside. Any problems, just walk downstairs and in the blink of an eye it is sorted. We will surely come back there and recommend it to others. Service, price, location 100 out of 10.

Very comfortable apartment. Clean and well equipped. Quiet area but close to lots of places for good food and drink and good location for sightseeing. Helpful receptionist who sorted out any issues very quickly.

The mezzanine was quirky and fun, however the ladder to one of the bedrooms should be mentioned more clearly as it is steep. Fine for our adult son, but not if you travel with young children or older adults who may not be very agile!

The room was large and comfortable. It is within 5 mins walk of many eating places and only 10-15 mins walk from the old town (though here is a better area to stay in our opinion). It is right opposite Corpus Christi Church which is number 14 on the tourist map you get from the tourist office in the city centre - with that you don't really need your phone to find your way home. We got a Bolt taxi from the airport which costs £8 and took about 30 mins

Perfect accommodation for my stay in Krakow. Located in the Jewish quarter and just 15/20 min walk to the old town. We found it very easy to get into the place event at midnight & the apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet and didn’t hear anything at night! Staff were very helpful & there was a place to store luggage on the last day
