Everything was so nice, I stayed at the 4 bed female room and the bunk beds had each lamps, plugs and curtains for privacy. The kitchen was very well equipped and well kept considering the flow of people. Only four bathrooms but mostly clean and kept that way constantly by staff. Lovely and friendly staff that helped me extend my stay there for more days. Overall a great hostel with a great location

No elevator, but only 45 steps to get to the place, had a nice person help me get my suitcase up but that was just good luck.

It's quiet and alcohol-free ! The showers are very good, the kitchen well equiped and the beds are confortable enough. There are lockers and hair dryers which are appreciated add-ons. It's clean (as much as the guests are respecting the space and the staff's hard work). As a bonus, I really LOVED having a dressing table with lights to do my make up in the women dorm! :)

- The curtains in my room were not large enough to cover the whole window. - My biggest fear as an absent-minded person was to be locked outside of my room if I was to forget my keycard when going to the bathroom at night! - I never could get a smile from the hostel manager, which is not very important but still feels awkward for a French like me :'|

The staff was really kind and helpful. Were trying to help with anything and be friendly with you. The room and roommates were good as well. It was close to the city center and to the river. It was calm, no music or any noise at night. I liked it.

Only when the sun is heating the room is a bit hot inside. If you need to reach the railway station it is around 30-40 minutes by walk but as it was through the whole city center it wasn't an issue for me.

Excellent location in the city center. There are many shops, boutiques and restaurants nearby. I recommend it to everyone, I love it. In addition, I was very pleasantly surprised by the inexpensive price, given the location of this hostel. The staff is amazing, the bed is white, the kitchen is very cozy and comfortable. There is hot water, toilets and showers with hair dryers. At the same time, cleanliness and brilliance are everywhere. The next time I'm in Krakow with an overnight stay, I know where I'll stay. I recommend to everyone!

Great hostel! Very clean! I had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The bathrooms and shared areas were consistently well-maintained. Tthe staff: they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. Altogether, it was a great experience

Nothing to complain about

It is a small hostel, located in an old building, but it is very comfortable and corresponds to the amount paid. The beds were good, there was an individual socket and lamp, as well as a lockable cupboard. The room was also bright and well ventilated. Despite the bathroom looking makeshift, there were several available, and they were satisfactorily clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but it also seemed enough for a hostel. The location is good, and I was able to visit all the tourist attractions in Krakow on foot.

It was a pleasant stay. Perhaps a suggestion would be a better indication of the hostel entrance :D

For a one night stay, this was a perfect choice. Good way to save money and I could get into the building easily thanks to the location.

Kind of bothersome you have to walk up and down and up again just to ask for a towel - would make it more convenient to just leave one on a bed? The floors creaked, which wasn’t a problem for myself, but I can see how someone would be woken up by it.
