Great spa dna fitness area, best in Krakow. Staff fantastic and rooms super comfortable.

Breakfast seems to be getting worse / smaller every time i visit. This time there were no hot options in the buffet breakfast?!? Very strange for a hotel of this standard and this price. No problem to order hot breakfast from A la Carte and they are great but there were no buffet choices for hot meats etc like sausages, bacon, beans etc etc. Even the breakfast area has been reduced. It used to include a second counter near the kitchen, now all squeezed into the front part of the breakfast room near the entrance.

Superb service from staff and exemplary standard throughout. Beautiful decor and high quality luxury. The gym and health suite/pool and facilities are excellent, the hotel bar is a great place too. Breakfast excellent. Staff were exceptional.

Having to be seated to order drinks in hotel bar when they have an event on - also as guests we could not get a table one evening as it was so busy - so we could not have a drink in the bar of the 5 star hotel we had payed to stay in - not good, I think the hotel management should look at this. As guests in a 5 star hotel so we expected there to be room at the hotel bar for us to relax not to compete for a place with whoever had walked in off of the street. A misjudgment by management to make money out of the bar area. But otherwise this is an excellent hotel.

Beautiful luxury hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Food and drinks (especially the cocktails) were also first class.

The bar shut too early and even on one night it was closed for a private event. We should have been informed of this before, or at least upon, arrival.

This hotels rooms had everything one would require services daily, very quiet, beautifully finished and a spacious balcony to rest upon after a busy day of sightseeing. The spa is excellent and refreshing after many steps in the city with outdoor space to catch so rays or enjoy a few chapters in a book. Absolutely a gem of a hotel in the centre of Kracow The Gaia restaurant within hotel provided a lovely ambiance with great food options.

The property was gorgeous no issues apart from some male spa users without suitable swimwear (no swimwear ) towelling in the sauna and entering into the cryhydro tub naked at 5pm in the day more so especially when children are able to use the pool facilities until 6pm. That is not acceptable and should be monitored vigorously

A beautifully appointed hotel with great attention to detail throughout. It is also in a great location, being close to the Old Town, the river and the Jewish Quarter. The breakfast choice was amazing, and to top things off the staff were friendly and helpful.

I wasn't able to book car parking in advance for the whole duration of my stay, but as there is plenty of on street parking nearby, it was not really a problem. Just need to be aware of it when making reservations.

Very noisy bar on Friday and Saturday evenings - turned it to a club vibe. no alternative bar facilities for residents who do not want that level of noise for evening drinks

Very good hotel. Highly recommend staying there as the staff, facility and overall quality of beds and other furnishing is exceptional.

The modern wing of rooms is quite a way from the rest of the building requiring a confusing walk along a basement walkway and operating 2 lifts. Minor thing.. and I'm sure they have considered other options, but it would be useful to let people know the modern and classic wings are not in the same building.

Very plush hotel with exceptional bedroom & bathroom. Quality & comfort were exceptional. Excellent staff in a super location.

Never got a chance to use the spa unfortunately! Bar was efficient if a little impersonal.

We had a lovely stay at the Stradom Hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. The location was perfect. It was right at the centre of Krakow just down the street from Wawel castle and with many bars and restaurants within walking distance.The hotel, design wise is stunning, modern but very warm and inviting. The bar area especially is gorgeous. Our room was very clean and had all the necessities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bed was really comfortable, a nice sized tv which connects to netflix and bluetooth, black out curtains, heating which you could adjust as you like, tea and coffee making appliances and a mini fridge. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. We had a small box in the bathroom filled with all sorts of products which was really thoughtful. There was even a speaker in the bathroom so you could listen to music while having a shower. As for the spa facilities, these were great! The pool area had all sorts of facilities ranging from a sauna to a steam room they even had a cryotherapy bath. The indoor lap pool was nice but the water was quite cold for my liking. I expected it to be warmer. We booked a massage as well which was lovely and tailored to our liking. Very professional. They even gave us a small sample bottle with the oil they used during the massage which you can pick prior to the massage.

The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. I was expecting a continental buffet breakfast but this wasn’t the case. Instead they hand you a small menu with a couple of choices such as eggs on toast or oatmeal and then there is a small buffet with cold items like cold cuts and cheeses, cerials and some pastries.

Exceptional hotel, thought of everything to make a comfortable stay. Great location between the old town and the Old Jewish Quarter, so lots in easy walking distance. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Spacious well equipped rooms. Tranquil spa was lovely to fully unwind after a day in the town. Amazing gym.

Hedwig's Bar was disappointing. We walked in, were given a terrible table on our own out the back. When we didn't like the table, the server didn't seem to care. We left and didn't go back. Maybe they don't like older couples in the trendy bar. Other than this our stay was perfect.
