The hostel is very close to the ghetto and to the historical centre, we didn't need to move by bus to explore the city. We had a nice room with a clean private bathroom with towels provided by the staff (no shampoo or shower gel so make sure to bring yours). During the day there's someone at the reception to pay for the room and ask for information if needed. We could check-in by ourselves thanks to the codes and the clear indications given by the staff. I would recommend this place to couples and groups of friends. I saw only stairs to reach the floors of the rooms, I'm not sure if they have an elevator for elderly people or those with disabilities or strollers.

I could sleep even in a discotheque so it was no big deal for me, but our room was right in front of a huge road with cars at any hour, so I wouldn't recommend the place to those who need silence to fall asleep. Maybe a little bottle with shampoo o shower gel would have been appreciated, just for the first shower in case you haven't brought yours along for some reasons. No big deal again, there's plenty of shops to get all you need.

We had a great stay at Dream Hostel in Krakow! The location is perfect — just a 10-minute walk from the train station with easy connections to the airport, and within walking distance of Kazimierz, Wawel Palace, and the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transport is also easily accessible. Check-in was smooth with clear communication and instructions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out, which was a huge help. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting Krakow!

Great location, 10 mins walk from Krakow Grzegórzki station (it's the next station after Krakow główny), and about 20 mins walk from the bus station and Krakow główny itself. Also 10 mins walk if not less from downtown. The room and the common areas were clean, there's a fridge and tea/coffee, a full kitchen and a dining table. The room has a hair dryer too. Perfect for our short stay in Kraków. The staff was nice. Some people say it's noisy but the sound from the windows was actually not a problem for me.

The property has many floors and no elevator - you may be on the 3rd floor with no elevator. There's no self check in - you need to talk to a live person (which was ok for us, just FYI). The room has hot water coming from the boiler (not the heater) - be mindful and turn it off when showering, I ran out of hot water in the middle lol.

The place was amazing. Late check-in was clear and easy. The property reads the reviews left here on Booking.com and makes changes based on them: many comments were about how they only give you a small towel, we got a big one as well; I also read how the blanket was too small for 2 people and they only gave one, we got 2 big blankets. It’s in the perfect location. Everything, I mean everything is within walking distance: sights, shops, restaurants. We never used the public transport. The staff was also amazing, they helped us get to Auschwitz and the Wieliczka Salt Mines. We had the room with the separate bathroom. We loved it! The room and bathroom was clean. We stayed here for a week. We will definately return!

The floorboards were very loud and the rooms aren’t soundproof, so you can hear your neighbors. Bring earplugs!

Dream Hostel is located in a close proximity to Wawel Castle, Old Town, main train station (around 20 min of walking) and other train station (Kraków Grzegórzki, 10 min). My room was small, but very decent. Big bed, wardrobe, clean bathroom and access to kitchen with all the necessary utensils. It was very nicely priced compared to other objects around. Service was nice and quick, just the way it should.

Shower doors were damaged and the leather parts of bed scratched. Apart from that I didn't observe any bad things.

Staff kindness, second time booking with them and i wasn’t disappointed by their kindness again, i had issues with my booking and i called, i realized it was late and hung up, i immediately got a call back, the man answering the phone listened to my problem and even tho he wasn’t at the reception in that moment he fixed everything 10 minutes later. Super available for informations and flexible with arrival times, they inform you about everything right in time. Position amazing, its at around 1km from the Old Town and at 1.7km from the train and bus station (Krakòw Głowny), at 250m you can find a Kantor (money exchange) and at least 3 żabka markets (open 24/7) in a 300m radius. Highly recommended for staff kindness, quality/price ratio, clean rooms, and position. Thank you again!

1. The location - close to everything. 2. The facilities were also good. The vibe itself was like you are visiting your old friend’s apartment, felt cozy 3. The staff was good, friendly 4. The room had lockers, where u can store your things (with no extra payment) 5. The shower and toilet were clean and spacious 6. There was a kitchen (also clean and tidy), fridge, where u can keep some food.

I would recommend to put some handles on lockers’ doors, so it would be easy to open. And grease the door hinges so they don't squeak.

Walking distance to old town! And it was windy at night, during the summer with the windows opened. Arrived early as we took the overnight train, and receptionist allowed us to leave our bags, and also informed us that early check-in was possible for the room we booked which allowed us to freshen up before leaving for our tour.

Entrance is a little run down and could be difficult to navigate initially but the signage on the entrance of the building made it easy

Nice location, about 15 minutes walking distance from the main square and facilities. We were on the 1st floor, room 9 and it was very spacious. There was 1 double bed and 2 single ones, great space if you travel with kids or friends. The bathroom was okay. Recommend if you plan to stay 2/3 night maximum.

Quite many stairs to reach the reception (2nd floor) and the building was very old and dirty, but it wasn’t unexpected so it’s fine overall. Everything else was great.

The room and ensuite bathroom were clean. The towels and bed linens were clean and fresh. Location great! You can check in yourself anytime ( code provided). A hairdryer and iron was a bonus. The room was on the ground floor -window yard view -I didn't mind that as it was peaceful and quiet. Kitchen with basic utensils but good quality and clean. You can make yourself simple coffee or tea( provided) and cook some quick meals. Comfy bed!
