Everything was just lovely. Good communication on the day one of the staff members called to check arrival and instructions for key etc. Room was immaculate as Everything else, lovely balcony to sit out on which was spotless. Just wonderful. Staff so friendly and helpful. Thank you

The only thing I could pick a fault with was there was no kettle or any sachets of coffee to make a hot drink in the morning. Because we had early trips we didnt manage to have a hot drink when we woke up. But I would still give this a 10 out of 10 for everything else

Very nice and cozy hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast. The hotel is located in a very nice area and are close to almost everything. Very quiet in the night even though it is next to cafes and bars, we heard nothing. I will choose this hotel again, if or when I come back to Krakow.

If you have problems walking it might not be for you as there are no elevator and the stairs on the staircase is a bit uneven but if you have no problems walking then it isn't a problem at all. The beds were a bit hard.

Location. Beautiful quirky hotel with a lovely old and interesting feeling about it. Great room, no 2, nice and big, so very clean. We had forgotten our plugs for our phones but found that the socket's by the bed had USB ports in, so all good. Tea and coffee making facilities, we bought a small milk from local shop. We got there after 6pm and had the QR code on my phone to scan the doors, worked well. Lovely friendly staff. Jewish quarter really nice. Let us leave our cases there on the last day so we could go out Definitely return.

Was a little bit noisey at night, but there was complimentary ears plugs. Breakfast abit unusual, but we did enjoy it.

Breakfast was amazing. It's a beautiful hotel inside of an old building, very authentic. Nice balcony, lots of green plants and trees. Easy check in even after official check in time.

There was some kind of smell in the room that I didn't like. And I felt I needed a mirror in the room, because the only mirror we had was in the bathroom. Also, it could've been nice if things like wifi password and information about breakfast was more clear and available for guests who do self check-in.

Its location, the ambiance and decor. Very friendly and helpful reception. Our room was quiet and clean and we even had a terrace outside. Delightful.

There was nothing to dislike, though I do think breakfast could have been included. As regards the room, it was very nice and clean, but the bathroom bin had not been emptied from the previous occupants and there was no shower gel ( just two lots of shampoo) plus someone had left a full ashtray on the little table outside our room.

Lovely and generous breakfast, very helpful staff and great location in the old Jewish quarter. Easy to navigate to with public transport and great walking options in the area. Lovely outside patio to relax on.

There were quite a lot of stairs for my elderly mother to navigate each day to the room, the room itself was a bit dark and the aircon was not as cold as it should be for that hot time of year. Possibly cheaper options out there as I would not have paid this much if there was not a special for the room at the time. The shower was also just a hand shower in a small bath so not as comfortable as it could be.

Really lovely hotel, rooms were well decorated and clean, amazing location right in the middle of it all but in spite of that we slept so well, lovely balcony with nice views. Checking in using the virtual key card was super easy and staff were helpful prior to our arrival, also offering for us to store bags on the day we checked out. You’re well located here for both Jewish Quarter and Old Town, lots of amazing cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

I found mattresses comfy because my preference is a firm bed but some may find them too firm.

What a fantastic hotel! I booked after reading all of the other amazing reviews and it was the best decision we made! Maria, front desk, was amazing and helped us book all of our excursions and airport transfers before we arrived with Krakow direct (exceptional company, wouldn't have booked the trips with anyone else, very professional and comfortable transport). Our room was spotless, and was on the balcony shown in the main photo which is amazing to sit out on in the evening. The hotel is in an incredible location, 2 minute walk from the street food location, surrounded by great bars and restaurants (the rib restaurant was fabulous), and just an 8 minute walk to the market place. Anytime we had any questions or requests Maria or the other members of staff couldn't have done more to help. The breakfast is fantastic, if there are enough guests it's buffet style with fresh fried or scrambled eggs and sausages in request, if there aren't enough guests then a platter is made up of everything from the buffet in addition to fresh eggs and sausages. I definitely ate more on the days when a platter was made! I could go on and on about how great this hotel is, but see for yourself!

The localisation of this place is just amazing. In the middle of Kazimierz district, very close to great restaurants. The staff there is super nice and helpful. They did everything they could to make my stay there a great experience. I highly recommend this place and for sure I will come back there whenever I have a chance.

Loved this hotel very trendy and great location. The breakfast is great we had only for one morning just as we wanted to try other places but it was great. We also had dinner one eve as a group and the food was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and arranged all our trips for us. Would love to go back at some point maybe Christmas Markets next year.

Would be nice to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room, but apart from that loved this hotel.
