Cosy rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Magda at reception checked me in. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She helped me to navigate the train website and book tickets, among other things. Magda went above and beyond. Location is great - right near lots of places to eat.

A few of the power sockets are loose in the wall and I did not use them, in case I broke them further. Unsure if previous guests have alerted staff. I let one of the reception staff know and she immediately wrote it down.

Everything was very good! Great location, very cosy room, very polite and helpful people working in reception . Good breakfast . Silent area but very close to historical center, restaurants and stores

The only minus for me - the elevator goes just up to the 3rd floor. But my room was at the 4th floor, And i had a very heavy luggage. That is why, if you have a heavy suitcase, better order upfront the room on 2nd or 3rd floor .

THE DAVID BOUTIQUE HOTEL WAS EXCEPTIONAL; THE SERVICE AND STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST US IN PLANING OUR OUTINGS FOR THE DAY. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT CLOSE TO ALL THE SIGHT SEEING PLACES. THE BREAKFAST HAD A WIDE VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM WHICH WAS GREAT. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY IN KRAKOW A GREAT EXPERIEANCE.

Staff were amazing , very helpful in assisting taxis and whatever we needed. Hotel breakfast was great,rooms were very clean. Near old city and many restaurants on your doorstep to choose from.

Breakfast was great all that you need. the location was walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel was helpful in helping me to book the train to Warsaw and back. Such a friendly hotel. Thank you Sylvia

The hotel is located in a quiet street in the meedle of the jewish quarter, and 10 min blcoks of the caste, 20 from the center and 5 from the nigth center by the river. the room was large, and very confortable. They included coffee, tea, and sparkling water for free every day. the personal was very very kind

Despite turning up a good bit early, we had access to our room. The room was a good size, clean and warm. It also had a kettle, tea and coffee, 2 bottles of water, a fridge, and a safe. Some may not like the fact that our window looked out onto a high cemetery wall, but we were out all day, and the curtains were closed at night, so we didn't miss any view. Staff couldn't have been more helpful despite and went out of their way to help when we encountered an issue in no way whatsoever connected to the hotel. We had declined breakfast, so cannot comment on this.

The hotel is located in a historical area, very pleasant to visit, close to the city center, but also to a promenade along the Vistula. The hotel architecture looks old, but the facilities are remarkable. The room was very clean, good wi-fi, TV with international channels, fridge, free still and mineral water provided, and the breakfast impressed me with its variety. The price/quality ratio is very good. I will definitely stay here again.

The design of the hotel feels old and dusty, I think they could have chosen a different style of furnishing, but overall I thought the idea is to put you in the atmosphere of a city with a long history.

Hotel was nice and quiet, tucked away on a side street in the Jewish quarter. Good location for walking into the old town and plenty of local restaurants .Breakfast was excellent.

We had noisy neighbours who woke us up shouting at 3.20 one morning and 3.50 another morning. Just bad luck but not much sound proofing between rooms. Water temperature not consistent - hot water more reliable in the mornings. Uber from airport could not locate exact location of hotel from their maps system.
