Picked this hotel for our honeymoon in Krakow as we wanted to stay in the Jewish Quarter.We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Very comfortable hotel and had an old world charm. Check in yourself or if you were on an early flight like us we could leave our luggage.Breakfast was next door in the Finca Brunch Cafe and was absolutely delicious. Staff in the hotel were very pleasant. The Kazimierz area is full of plenty of things to see and lovely restaurants to suit all budgets . Although the area was busy it wasn't that noisy at night.

We knew that the room would be small but when we booked there wasn't a bigger room available when we booked. It was perfectly adequate for our needs as we were out sightseeing during the day. Only issue is that the toilet is very close to the wash hand basin. Plenty of hot water for a lovely shower.

Great stay in the heart of Kazimirch The property is located in the beautiful center of Kazimirch, in a lively and charming neighborhood. Although there's no elevator, everything worked perfectly during our stay. The reception is unstaffed, but communication was smooth—just a quick message via WhatsApp and clear instructions were provided for check-in and everything else. The apartment was cute and clean, with an excellent quality-price ratio. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the main city center, but the area around has everything you need: restaurants, bars, and clubs. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Great location, spacious room on top floor, free bottles of mineral water every day, fridge, very clean and very comfortable bed.

Someone would have gained access to room if we hadn't been in and manually locked door - new guests had been given both our room number and code to our door. This woke us up aftet midnight and I had to open door to explain this wasn't their room. Messaged hotel via WhatsApp and they immediately replied and were very apologetic but the fact remains that if we had been out the new guests would have got into our room.

The location is ideal for those who want to experience Krakow but without all the bustle and noise of the main square. The Jewish Quarter is beautiful to explore and is a great base of operations for your stay here. The hotel was ideally located, just close enough to the action without being flooded with the usual nighttime noises.

I don't think the hotel should offer breakfast as part of the package. I received a token for the cafe downstairs, but to be honest I would have spent the same amount of money there anyway - and to make it worse, the token entitles you to a limited selection of breakfast options, and since the one I wanted was not included, I was left particularly disappointed!

The hotel is situated in the central part of the Old Town, just a short way from the synagogue. It was spotlessly clean and very well organized. I arrived and was able to check in immediately, thanks to the electronic locks — perfect for late arrivals or anyone who doesn’t enjoy lengthy reception formalities. During my three-day sta,y I didn’t see a single staff member, which actually pleased me. The hotel is cozy and immaculate, and it suited my visit perfectly.

It would be great to have a wall-mounted dispenser with shampoo and shower gel—the single-use sachets weren’t very convenient.

The place the location.

There is no person at the front desk most of the time even when they know there is a new guest is coming.

Great location, close to everything and quite easy to come and go from different points of the city, is close to multiple tram lines and well connected. Multiple restaurants and bars quite close so easy to get into the night life while maintiaining closeness where you're staying.

The pillows. The bed was comfy however the pillows were not comfortable at all which had some negative impact in my quality of sleep. On a less negative note (and this is probably for a few rooms only, the toilet is quite close to the lavatory, for me (an average size person) was not an issue but I can see someone bigger than me struggling with that.

It was really spacious and clean. The breakfart was amazing and we were in a really nice part of town. Historical buildings, many small shops, restaurants, etc bur far enough from the city centre as to not be woken by the trumpet that plays every hour. Shalom Kazimierz itself was very beautiful and classy! Lovely staff as well.

It can get a little loud on the streets sometimes. Even though we went in late September / early October, during the week people still went out to party and you could hear them/the music with the windows closed. The toilet was leaky and the showerhead holder was broken, but everything still worked. .

Hotel got the soul , situated in a fantastic historical location. Breakfast and the chef lady was best since few years of my travels. Real home made food. Our 3rd floor apartment without a lift might be a bit struggle for some, but we took it well ;) I would suggest to ask staff for lower floor room prior booking if you think this might be an issue. However great view from the window compensate it all.

Everything

Breakfast arrangements with FINCA cafe on ground floor are by using a voucher issued by the hotel. Menu is basically a permutation of eggs various ways/ bacon/ sausages etc and a coffee / tea of choice. On the price list for NON voucher holders, all the coffees/ teas are marked as 15-18 ZL. Orange juice about the same Upon asking for an orange juice instead of coffee I was asked to pay 18 ZL EXTRA.!! A bit of a rip off first thing in the morning.
