The room was comfortable and clean, check-in and check-out was very simple. There's a virtual reception and doors are locked with a code. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, with a lot of restaurants, bars, sightseeing sites and public transportation just a few minutes walk nearby. The breakfast is served in a restaurant around the corner and it's splendid. I met the hotel owner and he was very friendly. On the day of our arrival there was no cleaning tag in our room and the requested baby bed was not there. But that was very quickly fixed and the rest of our time there we had no further problems. The room had air conditioning, which was functioning very well.

As a family with two small children, some details were not very practical. Breakfast is in a restaurant around the corner, starting at 8am. Our kids got up everyday around 5:30-6am, so we had to wait a lot and the baby was already ready for the first nap when it was time for breakfast. For a family with early birds, a hotel with breakfast starting at 7am would have been better. Also, there's no elevator, so when the baby slept in the buggy, we had to carry the buggy with the baby inside upstairs, otherwise she would wake up if we tried to get her out of the buggy. And the hotel is directly in front of a very busy square, which is very convenient. But especially on weekends there's a lot of noise at night and that may be a problem for light sleepers. Bring ear protection.

We had a very good stay. The room was spacious, very nice decorated, the bathroom also nicely done, a very good shower. There was a little kettle, tea/ coffee and a fridge which was really handy. Air condition working well, very needed in the summer. Around the hotel you will find many restaurant, also shops/markets. This is very busy area. At night it gets really busy and nosy on the weekend (earplugs recommended). Very easy access to the hotel, no reception desk, you need a code for the door. Breakfast very good in the restaurant outside the hotel, 5 min walk distance. Close to the main sightseen. Definitely would recommend.

The location is perfect, right in the Jewish quarter surrounded by many restaraunts, bars, shops. It is situated across the street from a plaza with a lot of takeaway food (try the zapiekanka!). There is a Carrefour across the street as well. I loved not having to worry about a key; you enter only w/ codes they send you. The room was spacious (comes w/ a couch), super cozy (exposed brick walls), and the shower had great water pressure. They have a "virtual reception," where you press a button and someone replies. It was actually efficient and there is no need to have someone there 24/7.

The internet is very slooowww, less than 2 mbps upload/ download speed :(( I'm a digital nomad (work online) and so fast internet is important for me. The mattresses were super soft. (It would have been helpful to state which floor the Room # is located on..in the instructions)

Such a stunning place. The room was clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful. I felt like I had my own fancy loft apartment. Check in was easy and quick and all information from the host was precise and correct. The location is excellent as well. Right outside there is like a lovely little market full of delicious street food and stalls with ppl selling trinkets and vinyls and antiques. Couldn't be happier. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

It was a good location into the old town of Krakow. The staff were helpful at check in and check out and the process was straight forward. Room was lovely and clean.

The door was difficult to shut and needed slammed. The walls are quite thin so could hear neighbours early in the morning and some noise from outside. We stayed through the weekend so obviously people were out and about later, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Location was ideal, in the heart of Kazimierz and 15-20min away from Rynek Market place (by foot) and 10min away from Wavel Castle. I did the walk almost every day and it was very enjoyable! Great coffee shops and bars around. Room was very pretty and comfortable!

No elevator I didn't get the code for my door as my phone was on international plan but when I call at the desk someone replied right away to help.

Ok with a small case but we had a large case which was very awkward because of the several flights of stairs and no lift ..not a problem for us but would be for an older person . Bed could be more comfortable and the room was too hot also a missing smoke detector on the ceiling which isn’t great if there was an emergency..

The location is fantastic - right on Plac Nowy and close to many of the main sights. Even though the apartment is centrally located, you will not be distracted by noise. The apartment is furnished to a high specification and does have a wow factor when you get all in.

I could not give it full marks as it fell down on two points. Firstly, we emailed asking specifically for top ups on shower gel and hand soap. Although the room was cleaned, this was not met. Also, the room would benefit from blackout blinds. The room is very sunny. Great during the day, not so much first thing!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Jewish Quarter, and we were able to walk everywhere—even with our 5-year-old. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean, and breakfast at the nearby restaurant was excellent..

Clean, air-conditioned (it was 32°c in Krakow so this was welcome), well located in a bustling bohemian quarter of the city. Shower was lovely.

Everything was great. Only thing that would have improved it would have been better internet in our room. It worked, but with poor signal and intermittent drop outs.
