Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Very good and tasty breakfast, with a lot of options, service was nice and fast! The reception is basically 0-24h, since the keys were available with a previously given code in a safe. Great location, right in the middle of the jewish district. Great place, great city, I definitely recommend.

Parking and even driving in the streets near the Hotel is forbidden according to the police officer who set us free from the wheel clamp along with the fine :D Anyway, be aware of this if you are going by car.

Excellent breakfast, delicious and with a lot of options to choose from. Also the position is near the jewish quarter and within 15 minute walk to the main square market. The room is clean and so is tue bathroom.

We were told that heating would be included, but in the room was only the air conditioning that didn’t work on the heating mode and a small heater was promised, but we never got one. Besides that, the room didn’t have a mini fridge, but that wasn’t a big inconvenience.

I use Great Polonia accommodations quite often and my experience is positive every time. Check-in instructions came on time. The room had enough space, was clean and cozy, interior design was good as well. Air conditioning was turned on before our arrival, so the temperature was very comfortable when we came.

Maybe just a very minor issue that did not affect overall experience at all - a socket was located quite far from the single bed which made it slightly harder to charge the phone.

The place is perfectly placed in the middle of the Jewish quarter, in an area full of life and history. It is one street away from Schindler's passage, a very beautiful place. The nightlife surounding this place is filled with warm lights and small cafés, with people eating, drinking, or walking but not at all dangerous. I haven't seen one drunk person or someone behaving strangely. We felt perfectly safe walking the streets after midnight. All this commotion does not affect the quality of sleep, at least at the 3rd floor where we stayed. Everything was quiet and calm. We had three large windows we kept open most of the time, since there are no mosquitoes. Beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom had everything we needed, the water was perfect, with very good pressure. The room has a table with a tray filled with bottles of water, mugs, tea, and a kettle. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10. It has different hot and cold dishes, sweet and salty, and some fruit. It is not like presented in the pictures, but it is good and tasty, and satisfied all the members in our family. The coffee is AMAZING. We prefer it stronger and we had that choice.The bonus is that coffee, water and tea is available all day with no extra charge, in the restaurant area. Our preferred time at the hotel was sipping coffee at the vintage tables by the restaurant windows. We will miss that. It was a very cozy time-traveling feeling. Parking at the hotel is possible only if you are a very experienced driver with a very small car and costs 80 zl per 24 h (aprox 20 eur). Most private parking lots cost between 60 to 80 zl per 24 h. Parking on the streets surroundings the hotel is not possible for non residentials. Clients are not considered residentials. Police will promptly block the car and fine the trespassers. We parked on the street almost 700m, which is a short stroll.

Parking is a bit of a challenge in the beginning

Location was perfect, 10 - 15 min walk from castle and old town. A lot of cosy restaurants and shops nearby, a lot of tourists around, but in hotel was really calm and we could relax, we really enjoyed Kazimierz as our staying place. Reception workers were always nice and helpful. And breakfast was really good, for around 10 EUR you could have very good meal, wide choice, everything was fresh and tasty. Room was nice, simple and clean, seemed bit small, but as we spend most of our time outside , that do not bothered us. Would stay here again!

Excellent location in the centre of Kazimierz and not a long walk into town, the rooms were big and comfortable, breakfast was excellent

No housekeeping service during our stay - it would have been nice to have properly clean mugs and glasses and emptied bins after a few days and you needed to request more things like loo roll. Shower took ages to warm up, although was very powerful!

The hotel rooms were lovely, the beds were great, it was really clean and the air conditioning and elevator really helped make things accessible for my muscle and heat issues

The only complaint we had was that the air condition unit in our room dripped water, and clearly had been for some time. The walls showed signs of water damage and the carpet was very wet. We assumed this was the cause of the slight mildew odor in the entry of the room.

The situation in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow is excellent - many sights can be reached on foot, and also tram stops are nearby. The rooms are spatious and suffeciently well equipped. The breakfast is very nice and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned. In times of nostalghia this may appear okay, but the room that I had could well do with some renovation works.

If I were allergic to outdoor sounds probably I would search the other place as outside is full of people, cafes and restaurants

Great location and comfortable beds. Clean and didn’t miss any equipment.

Unfortunately, our windows were facing the inner courtyard where someone used a metal saw at 7:30am. That was an unfortunate awakening and closing the windows didn’t really help. However, this isn’t the fault of the hotel and I’m sure it’s standard time to start working. I’d recommend bringing really good earplugs, just in case.
