The staff were really lovely and accommodating to our needs. Everything was great value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a short walk to the bus stop area for our excursions: Salt Mines & Auschwitz. The ambience of the hotel was exceptional, we found ourselves gravitating back to the hotel bar in the evenings despite the numerous other choices in the area.

Our room had windows onto the street, which meant we did have some noise during the night, but this is to be expected on a city break. I can imagine staying in a hotel closer to the centre would provide more noise, so the location of this hotel being slightly away is actually a bonus in comparison.

Breakfast was substantial. A choice from a menu which was sufficient with the addition of items from a buffet, not an extensive buffet but more than sufficient and probably not required if you'd chosen one of the menu options. The hotel is located nearer the Jewish Quarter than the Old City. It's about a 15-20min walk to the Old City but very straightforward route

I can't think of any negatives to the hotel but we tend to eat breakfast and spend most of the day exploring.

Great quality hotel, with friendly staff. Perfect location to visit all the attractions in Kazimierz and even Krakow old town (which is bit further, but still walkable distance)

Due to busy location (close to many pubs) it can be very noisy till late hours (2-3am), especially in the rooms facing the Miodowa street (inner court rooms should be fine). Might be just one off issue, but in this hotel for the first time ever I had many issues with simple stuff like card payment (they do preauthorization and then authorization on the first visit, and for me it ended up with double charge - recovered it only after 2 weeks) or stuff like room not being cleaned up when we left for whole day (we did put the "please make up my room" card). Might be just a one off mistake, but still it was bit annoying that those did happen.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms and the double bed are spacious and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The autumn-themed decorations were very charming, adding a cozy touch to the overall atmosphere. Although I didn’t try the restaurant or the bar, the ambiance they created looked truly inviting and pleasant.

It can be a bit noisy when staying on the first floor on the street side, which is unfortunate when booking a deluxe room. The double bed actually has two separate duvets overlapping, which isn’t ideal. While the smart TV offers apps like Netflix and Prime, it’s impossible to use them as there’s no way to connect your account. It’s also a pity that the hotel doesn’t sell stamps or offer to mail letters for guests.

Krakow is a very walkable city. The hotel was situated very close to everywhere that I needed to go. My room was clean and super spacious with desk and lounge area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. I had a good night's sleep. Room lighting was calm and varied with bedside lighting option to suit and bedside socket outlets too. The bathroom/shower was good - well set out with a nice decor and the usual refinements. The hotel staff were very pleasant and very helpfull. Upon arrival, the girl on the reception desk made sure that I received a brief area map tour which I appreciated very much. I didn't get her name but a big shout out to her. The breakfast was nice and varied with some sweet things to eat afterwards. Lovely breakfast area. I thought I had more photos of the hotel to show but it is as in the booking.com website. Overfall a lovely hotel and I would definitely return here if ever I visit Krakow again.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like to be honest.

Hotel was beautiful, nicely decorated. Breakfast was really good! Location was good, you could easily walk to old town. Receptionist spoke Finnish, that was a happy surprise, because Finnish isn’t that common language.

Hotel charged my credit card in advance, and they didn’t inform me about that. In the morning of our trip, I noticed 300 euros missing from my credit card and I needed to call my bank from the airport. I almost closed the card. Then I called the card company, and they told me it was the hotel that charged me. I know some hotels do this that they charge you in advance, but they always inform you about that. I didn’t get any kind of message. And when I told this to the receptionist, I didn’t even get an apology or nothing. If I could say something else that I didn’t like, during our stay between the nights when the cleaning ladys visited our room in our absence, they left dirty gloves and other litters to the bathroom… We cleaned that by ourselves then.

The service was excellent and the hotel and room beautiful. We received a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We don't normally dine in hotels, but the courtyard restaurant looked so inviting we decided to try it and it was fantastic. The food and wines by the glass were delicious. There were water and treats in our room to welcome us and the staff were friendly and efficient. A really lovely stay which was a perfect end to our lovely break in Poland.

The only minor issue was that we stayed during a very hot spell in summer and the aircon in our room was not good. Because we arrived late then had a 3am wakeup we didn't bother to tell the staff but I'm sure they would have moved us if we had.

A great hotel in the Jewish quarter, only 10/15 minutes walk to the old town. What stood out for me was the staff, they were so friendly and welcoming. They went over and above to organise tours and a taxi to/from airport for us. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great choice. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow.

It's only a small thing but, one of the rooms we booked had a bath and no shower which i didn't notice when booking so, it was a bit inconvenient.

We think this hotel is lovely, it's not too big either so it wasn't over crowded., It's also modern which is what we like..All the staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the courtyard and the cocktail bar.. We stayed in a standard room as this was all they had left but it was still a really nice room. We also got the sun on our balcony which was great. We.would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately the cleaner didn't make our room up very well and didn't restock the minibar. When we mentioned this at the reception though they put it right for us and the room was cleaned better the next day. She still didn't restock the minibar though! Although this wouldn't put us off staying again. (This is the reason why we've given it a 9 and not a 10)

Excellent location for visiting all the local tourist sites. Staff friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with our sink plug and staff came up to our room promptly to sort it. Very comfy beds with good room size on the deluxe double rooms. Would use this hotel again.

Good selection on the breakfast buffet, but our first morning food in the warm compartments was virtually cold and the coffee machine not working correctly. When it did work the mug sizes were too small to accommodate the fluid dispensed from the machine for a large coffee. Insufficient mugs available.
