The location is just 10 minutes walk from the centre. At the reception area there is always a nice smell of cinnamon. We had a family room. The main bedroom is very big and central heating was always on. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is not very big but is fine. In the room we had a fridge, a kettle, tea and coffee. You can fill the bottles of water whenever you want at the dispenser near the restaurant.

The other room was a bit small and the windows were up high without curtains so in the morning the light will wake you up. In the main bedroom there is not a wardrobe. We had a round table with chairs. The table was cleaned only after five days of our stay. We did not opt for breakfast as we thought 69 PLN was a bit expensive considering we were four people.

Location is good. It’s only 10mins walk to the Old Town and the Jewish quarter where you will find really good restaurants. Rooms are good size, clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices both continental and cooked food. Staff are friendly and accommodating. You get free water in the rooms and daily clean.

If i have to be picky, the shower pressure in room 505 was not the best and not enough hooks for coats or ledge to place shower stuff in actual shower space. Plus check out is 10am but staff has allowed us until 12nn for free which was brilliant.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, the location was perfect. Literally in the middle of the main square and the Jewish quarter. Absolutely everything we wanted to see and do was walkable. The breakfast was nice with a good selection.

The only tiny thing I could fault was the bathroom did have a bit of a smell. It wasn't awful, or really overbearing but it was just always there and seemed worse after we'd been away for the day and it hadn't been used but again tiny details, it didn't really bother us too much.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. Air-con was amazing for a break from the 30 degree heat outside! The staff were very friendly. I felt safe in the location and the hotel was only about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast was fairly standard but still could find some things to keep me full although I would’ve loved more fresh fruit. Definitely would stay again and will recommend to friends and family :)

Our room didn’t seem to have a blind in the bedroom (or maybe we couldn’t figure out how to use it) which meant that the light came into the room early in the morning. This was ok with me but could be a problem for those woken by sunlight.

Great place and really wonderful stuff! The room was big enough, the bathroom was very good!

It was basically really clean, but the second day we found a big nail on the carpet and that was really disgusting. We don't pay for breakfast but i saw it - and think it is expensive. We had breakfast outside and it was cheaper. I think it will be good to put some nets on the windows - so it can stay open. The third pillow was a lot thinnest then the other two, which is a common problem in hotels for extra beds.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially after a disappointing stay at another property earlier the same day. The location is fantastic, and the room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. They provided tea, coffee, water, and sugar—everything I needed was already in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating me with a lovely room even though I arrived like 10 minutes after my booking. This was a refreshing change after my earlier negative experience, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

did not opt for breakfast as we found the 65 złoty/person quite expensive - went to a restaurant across the street and had a feast for 2 people with coffee, pastries and breakfast meals for under 100

I didn't like that the water bottles weren't fresh in the rooms. It was obvious the waters were just refilled with tap water as they were all different levels and the seals were broken. Gave a gross first impression to the room - I also didn't like there was only 1 key

We stayed couple of nights with my husband and son in a small one bed room apartment. The apartment was clean with a nice bath room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic, great choice. Staff was very helpful. They recommended restaurants for dinner and the restaurants were good. The hotel is a bit far away from the heart of Krakow, but everything else was fantastic.

We liked everything

The hotel was in a very good location, it is located at the edge of the Jewish Quarter. It took us around 5 minutes to walk to Wawel Castle and was about 10 minutes to walk to the Main Square. We cannot believe that the hotel was so cheap compared to other options. The room was extremely spacious with all of the facilities we needed (towels, safe, fridge, kettle, hair dryer). The hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Check-in and check out was very quick, it took less than one minute! This was the only time we interacted with staff as we were out and about all day. But, they were extremely friendly. Our room was the first room on the ground floor, we thought this may be a problem due to noise inside of the hotel and outside but it was not. The hotel was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from outside. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come to Krakow and would recommend to anyone. The location was great. The room was kept extremely clean with fresh towels and the rooms were spacious.
