Everything was perfect for me during my four-night stay at Aneks Hotelu Kazimierz in the delightful and historic city of Kraków. The comfort of my bed, the cleanliness of my bedroom and bathroom and the the hotel generally all made for a most pleasant stay. My bedroom was very well-serviced and all the staff were courteous and helpful. They also booked a couple of very interesting day trips, including the salt mine at Wieliczka. The buffet breakfast was superb, with a huge variety of delicious food, including freshly baked Cholla bread rolls, salad and fresh fruit, and hot drinks and fruit juices. The Hotel Kazimierz is situated in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, near to some excellent cafés, shops and bars as well as frequent tram services. I highly recommend Hotel Kazimierz and a big 'thank you' to everyone! .

There was a lot to choose from in breakfast. The room was clear. The staff was positive and welcoming. There is an opportunity for hotel guests to leave luggage free of charge while waiting for the room. Location is perfect, really close to everything.

We had a room which could be accessed by the entrance next to the hotel, there was no elevator unfortunately. So there was a lot of walking, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but I hurt my leg during this trip and it was really painful to walk all the time up and down the stairs. Also, I asked for an earlier check in but there was no concrete answer, only that check in is at 3pm - in the end the room was ready earlier, but nobody communicated that to us. Room's walls are thin , you can hear everything, even when neighbours are flushing or showering in their bathroom.

Location of the hotel is great, it is located very close to city center (in Jewish quarter). Great value for money, very clean room. Room has kettle and a little fridge which is very neat. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice for everyone. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly.

Only negative side was loud music from the outside since some bar/club is very close and you can hear everything. Also, lack of electrical outlets near bed I would say is negative also, but it's not a big deal. All in all more positive, I would recommend this hotel.

The location of "hotel" was good. (If you dont go by your own car) The room was ok. I stay in a building next to the hotel, and it smell "wet and old" whan you enter this buildung. (not in the room) The breakfast was in the hotel, the room was modern and very nice, the staff and food was topp! Very nice city with a lot of good resturants. Over all I was happy with my stay, and I will be back. (hopefully next time by air and taxi😉)

Very difficult to find (drive) there. Very many one direction streets, and stange signs with a lot of Polish text, not even google maps understand that "system". When u first has arrive, you can only stay 15 minuttes, and then u have to go to a parking quite far away to drive, of the same resons as before, but only10 -15 min easy walk back to hotel. No elevator in that buildung, so with heavy suitcases, summer temeratur, and second "high" floor.....hmm not comfortable. And dont worry, nobody there will help u😉 (Regarding the parking, I hear it is a general problem in that area, and a lot of people was fusterated, so maybe not better other places, if they dont have privat paking on the plant)

the room was on the first floor, everyone from the street could look inside from the windows. Quite noisy at night. The smell in the room was awful as like someone was smoking in the room and the walls and carpet absorbed it and could not get rid of it

Breakfast was excellent Room: Cleaning service was excellent - daily Reception - their helpfulness was excellent Location: Excellent to walk around and experience history, life...

There was nothing that I did not like.

It was close to the old town and the castle, around 15 minutes. Also the hotel is in the old jewish quarter and there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. Life in the neighborhood is very vibrant. The staff was super helpful with information, invoice, storing our luggage and answering any question we had.

Big room, good breakfast buffet

Double bed is too small for comfortable sleep for two. Sometimes very loud music, all night long, coming from a club behind the anex building (rave parties?).

Staff is very helpful and showed really great customer service. Pretty much every one of them were exceptionally helpful. I commented on it because I left another hotel due to the lack of it. I simply didn’t see good attitudes in several different places I had stayed, and they were quite unaccommodating if your needs did not fit their narrow expectations. For instance, I didn’t tell them (former hotel) that I was staying one more night until after checkout time, so they made me wait until 2 pm for a room, because “checkin time is after 2 pm”). Even though they had a room free, and I had stayed the night before, I was supposed to sit for two hours in the lobby and wait for their “rule” to be satisfied. Thats when I left…. The woman smiled understandingly and replied she learned customer service in the USA. The breakfast is really great. Costs around $9 I stayed about a week there. The first room had one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I ever slept on (room 304). I liked the pillow so much I went out and found one like it and bought it. Last night I moved to a cheaper room and that bed was not as good, but still not bad. Even the cleaning lady was nice and friendly.

If you face the main street, it is noisy at night, with people on the sidewalk below and cars. It’s just the location. Great for being right near the old town, but has that drawback.
