Fantastic hotel with a great location! We stayed four nights in deluxe double room with balcony (room number 202), with windows facing towards a beautiful park. The room was very quiet and clean, and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The hotel staff was polite, friendly and helpful, and we booked many tours through them (for example tours to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka salt mine). The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had! From the hotel it was a short walk (10 min) to the main square and also to Jewish quarters (7 min walk), which contains lots of great bars and restaurants. A small shop is located almost next to the hotel, and we went there often to buy water and snacks. We will definitely come back!

Very close walking distance to the old town and to the Jewish quarter. We did not need to use taxis or public transport whilst in the city centre because of the location of the hotel. It took about 15 mins each evening / night to walk to our restaurant and bar of choice. This is a super lovely hotel that was extremely comfortable. We slept like a baby every night. Our room was absolutely huge and very modern / chic. A daily turndown service was received which kept the room fresh throughout our stay. Good choice of food / drinks in the mini bar. Big and clean bathroom with good shower / water pressure. The breakfast was beautiful and you had such a good choice of food. The restaurant at night is highly recommended. Anyone staying in Krakow should stay at this hotel.

Nothing - we loved every minute of our stay and have nothing negative to say about the hotel, room, location or food.

We have just returned from this hotel after a 6 night stay and I can honestly say that it was absolutely excellent. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was large and very well equipped and well designed. It was cleaned to a high standard and things such as a plug to use for the hairdryer in the bathroom and a mini bar and safe made our stay very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable too. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and it included something for everyone, all well cooked and delicious especially the fresh pastries. The hotel is very well situated- about a 10 minute walk from the Jewish Quarter and 15 minutes to the Old Town. However there are plenty of coffee shops, bars and convenience stores in very close proximity. We have had the most amazing time in Krakow and will certainly be returning to this beautiful city and the Queen Boutique Hotel as soon as possible.

Nothing it was perfect

The breakfast was superb, nice clean room with a large bed. Shower was also nice and powerful. Staff very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t fault it at all. Good location for both Jewish quarter and main square.

We were due to leave quite early in the morning for a flight and couldn’t exit the hotel as the door was locked. Eventually located a member of staff who had been at the toilet, however, I think maybe two staff should be on to allow the reception to be manned 24/7 like it says it is!

Superb hotel. Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms Excellent bathroom, large comfortable beds, mini bar, coffee machine, Netflix. Lovely views over mini orchard. We had a room at the back with a balcony and it was extremely quiet considering we were in the middle of town. The hotel is in a perfect position and is walkable to all the main attractions such as the Jewish quarter, Wawel castle, old town square and riverside with boat trips. You couldn’t get much better

There wasn’t anything we disliked

Hotel was simply stunning. Beds very comfortable, beautiful decor, very modern and staff were exceptional, kind and helpful. We had the most beautiful breakfast, I've not seen a variety of choices so good in a hotel like this. Also the Amarylis Michelin 4* Restaurant is definitely a must if your a foodie you will love it! We tried the tasting menu and were blown away . Would definitely recommend this hotel, it's also jus across the road from the Jewish Quarter, Cargo restaurant is a must! A 10min walk to the main square and Wawel Castle.

Great location in between Old Town & Jewish quarter, so all local sites very close to walk to. We had a balcony overlooking a small park, nice. Quiet a night. Area felt very safe. Large rooms, comfortable beds, small fridge & tea/coffee making faculties. Staff were excellent, all spoke good English and very helpful. Nice breakfast, excellent local bacon

No Bar at the hotel, would be useful as a meeting place, or a drink when you return home.

The location is nice and hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. There was just one thing I need to bring to whoever is reading this comment. Our reservation was for two nights but for some reason I thought it’s for one night! At the end of first night I went to reception area and asked the guy to check and see if we can have a late check out! He checked for a few seconds and said sorry there is another guest checking in the room right after you!!! But obviously there was not! We found out in the morning that we are actually staying one more night! Maybe next time actually check the reservation before answering a guest!

I didn’t like windows in the ceiling! Light came inside early in the morning and woke us up.

The hotel was well located, all attractions and areas were really easy to access. The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was a good size and well equipped with complimentary toiletries and a selection of pillows. We found the bed really comfy and slept well each night. The breakfast at the hotel was good and had plenty of variety. We were going on an excursion early on one morning, the hotel happily arranged a packed breakfast that we could take with us - this had plenty of choice and provided us with enough for breakfast and a few snacks throughout our trip.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz, with a lot of restaurants located a few steps from the hotel's entrance. We had a rental car, and had no problem to find a free public parking space right next to the hotel (the cost is 6 zloti per hour, and during the night it is free). The rooms are very spacious, with a large closet and a nicely sized bathroom. On the last morning in the hotel we had to check out very early in the morning, and the hotel staff prepared a bag with sandwiches, fruits and drinks for each one of us.

The shower stall in our room was on the smaller size (though the one in our friends' room was much larger and much more comfortable), thus a bit uncomfortable.
