We were in the regular room. a bit small but adequate. The staff was very helpful (we needed a special chair and they took the effort to find one). breakfast is tasty and lots of vegetables. Location is great - close to old city, to trams to main roads. Good soup place next door. Museum next 2 doors. playground near. castle and restaurants after it.

I like the place, still here are some notes: we did not receive big towels (or what they call big is not my big). The kettle cord was very short and cannot be detached - so hard to poor water. the breakfast is good - but not diverse enough to cost 60. Parking at 80 is also expensive and usually you can find parking in the street.

We were in the family suite 0.1 which is 2 joined room. very big rooms. Each room with 2 table, double bed and couch-bed. and still room to spare with high ceiling. For this room the bathroom is adapted for disabled - very wide. So you get a good feeling. The staff was very helpful. I gave the place score 10. but it can improve. the breakfast is good - but not diverse enough to cost 60. Parking at 80 is also expensive and usually you can find parking i the street. note this family rooms are at the entrance of the hotel, behind the reception. so you can hear noises. to us it wasn't a problem. our kids are noisier than the reception anyway. (unlike apartment) no kitchenet.

- Great position - Kind staff - Clean building/clean rooms - Comfortable beds - Quiet neighborhood - Drinks for breakfast are included, along with a kettle, cafe machine, and a small bottle of water! - Bathroom heater for clothes!

- The door of the bathroom was noisy and required some energy to be closed (so you will wake up your partner during the night, for sure) - The door of the bathroom had three holes at the bottom. I've noticed this also in other places in Cracow, so I guess it's a typical construction of this city (which I didn't like tbh lol) - No bidet or tiny shower was dedicated to that part (I've tried with the shower head; it was a disaster!) - The glass table required extra care; every little movement sounded like a giant 'bump'! - The curtains were huge, and even if they provided the proper darkness to sleep, the disposition was unable to guarantee a bright room by day (even if you try to open it all, there is nothing to bind the curtains so they will 'push back' and cover a bit of the window)

Very old fashioned style of building, which was perfect for such a historic city as Krakow. The location was perfect, with the park literally just across the road. Staff were friendly enough and the room was perfect.

The restaurant was completely full and had very little to offer for a reasonable price. We ended up walking 5 minutes down the road to Pod Wawalem (big queue that seemed to be still for 10 minutes and then let loads of us in. Book first. Live music from a violin, double bass and accordion. Amazing food and service. Book in advance). Pod Wawalem made a good stay turn into a fantastic one

Excellent location - short walk to Krakow Old Town, Wawel Castle and Kazimierz. Great/easy (paid) parking. Our room (standard room, ground floor) was very comfortable, clean and very functional. Love the design of our bathroom! - really innovative, classy and practical. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Definitely coming back! It is our new favorite place to stay in Krakow!

Phone number listed on booking.com is an old/stationary ph number that is no longer in use. Other than this - nothing really to complaint about - everything was just perfect!

It was a large room with twin beds, sofa and large bathroom. Really comfortable. Fantastic location 10 mins from the main square in one direction and 10 mins the other direction to the Jewish Quarter. Everything walkable if you like a walk! I averaged 20,000 steps a day but there are electric scooters everywhere of trams. Breakfast was lovely - but make sure you get a rate with it included as I don’t think I would spend £10 per day on it separately.

The only English tv channels out of 20 were 2 news channels. I didn’t go for TV but after 20,000 steps I just wanted to chil out about and nothing except news. Nothing else to comment on for dislikes!

The rooms looked very nice, had all necessary facilities like a small fridge, coffee machine, water cooker etc. The rooms were cleaned well. We also loved the breakfast. Lots of variety.

Unfortunately our room was just behind the reception and the door to our room was in the same hall as the reception is. This meant that we heard almost everything what was going on, also in the night. I was woken up a couple of times because of that. Also we heard the upstairs neighbours making noise.

Clean, quiet and very well situated accommodation. Main attractions in Krakow all within easy walking distance (10-15 mins). Our room ( we were 3 friends) was spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Only one suggested improvement - please install mirror above dressing table - the only mirror was in bathroom which, for three women trying to get ready, was a minor problem !

Its location is excellent, easy to locate from different parts of the area. The buildings overall look inside is very contemporary mixed with authentic tradition. I found getting around the building very easy.

At times the WiFi wasn’t working well but the staff are aware of this and explained why so to be fair at least there’s recognition. My did get a little too humid at times despite the air conditioning system in place.

24hr reception, trips organised with pick up and drop off at your hotel. Everything in walking distance. Quiet area. Good breakfast.

No wardrobes, only hanging rack with 4 hangers and shelf underneath for everything else, soon got used to it but maybe some small drawer cabinet for underwear and smaller items, and extra hangers would be beneficial. Only 1 tv channel in english (sky news) Otherwise all great.
