Location was great, cleanliness too, and the flat was super quiet. Pictures reflect to reality.

I have not received the instructions on entering the property, so I had to call upon arrival. I arrived on Saturday and the information came to my inbox on Monday night. It was pretty inconvenient, however they were super helpful on the phone, so that's alright, There is not much storage space in the flat, only one little wardrobe that is already occupied by the vacuum, so we basically had to live out of the suitcases for 5 days. The intercom was visible super old and we could not easily figure out where the * and the # was, so I imagine that elderly people would struggle with it a lot. But, the gate could not be closed, so it was a wasted effort anyways :D

Good location, very close to the market square and the castle, lot's of small shops nearby, comfortable bed, pets accepted for an additional fare.

It was hard to find a parking place nearby. If you stay for more then a couple of days with a family, and you prefer to cook yourself, you might find that the supply of kitchenware and amenities is not sufficient. But if you just want to sleep somewhere after a long day of exploring the city, it is a good option.

Actual Price was 10% higher than Booking showed, because payment provider charged 7.5% markup rate on ECB rate from ZL to EUR. Be aware of this. I have stayed several times in Poland and this was first time such thing happened. 7.5% mark up rate additional to ECB rate is not acceptable. They should change payment provider fast.

There wasn't hot water 3 days, where weren't shampoo and body gel for all gests, there was no railing for the stairs for gests who slept on second.

I liked white bedding, location, modern room

I have the worst experience with this booking. I booked the family studio for 3 weeks long stay. First I had issues before arrival with their payment system. I payed with direct bank transfer to their account. Then I arrived and found the apartment dirty with dirty blankets and broken washing machine door. I texted them and they told me they'll fix washing machine. So I bought some cleaning materials and more or less cleaned the apartment by myself 🤷‍♀️ after two days I texted them again and they told me fixing the washing machine will take a lot of time and they gave me another apartment. I moved with all my stuff to that new apartment and that one was better but I had some problems with hot water and heating and was wasting my time texting them few more days. And they're communicating with email-like template messages and every next message you receive from different person and you can receive the same message from different people during the day and all the time you have a feeling you're talking with robots because of their manner of communicating. I payed almost 900 euro and in both apartments I found dish washing liquid diluted with water to make it more in volume 😂 so that kind of saving in little things made me realize they don't care about your comfort and they care just about making money. And of course no one spoke about any kind of compensation for all the troubles I got. They offered me 10% promo code for my next stay which I obviously will never use.
