We loved everything about this hotel! This place is exceptional! We stayed here many times by now and we always come back to this hotel when we are in Kraków. People who work in this hotel are the biggest asset: everyone: members of staff at the reception desk, kitchen staff at breakfast, room attendants, members of staff working at the bar and in the kitchen, waiters and waitresses, everyone is kind, competent, helpful and never anything is too much trouble for anyone. We received an unexpected room upgrade which was a lovely surprise (free of charge). Besides this, when leaving, we forgot to take our own travel water bottles from the fridge in our room - and to my request - they were kept safely until days later we went back and collected them. People who work in this hotel are wonderful people in a wonderful place. The hotel itself is always exceptionally clean, it's modern and very well kept. The food in this hotel is amazing! Breakfasts are divine! There is so much variety at breakfasts, so much choice and whoever in this hotel is responsible for decisions regarding what is served at breakfasts maintains a perfect balance - sharing Polish food traditions and Polish delicacies combined with continental breakfasts choices leads to a situation where anybody from any part of the world will find something delicious to eat first thing in the morning. The location of this hotel is fantastic. We walk everywhere from this hotel: to Wawel, train and coach stations, Słowacki Theatre, Kazimierz, main square, Sukiennice, Floriańska, Galeria Krakowska and so on. We definitely be back again. We recommend Leonardo Boutique Hotel Old Town to everyone - you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is in a great location, quite central to everything. The Interior is very nice and they have a restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very good and they also have an outdoor area, doesn't catch the sun but is nice enough. I liked that they don't service your room everyday unless you ask, but housekeeping are often around if you need anything. The breakfast was OK, hot foods if you got there early for them to be hot. Was disappointed that every morning the croissant were very hard, when up at 7am they were lovely and soft. Maybe they could only put a few out at a time. The breakfast staff are very helpful and friendly.

There was a lot of noise In the night time that disturbed sleep, you could hear through walls, doors banging and loud voices. Also, when I arrived the reception asked If I wanted to upgrade as I had booked a single room. I said no and then he told me that he has upgraded me anyway as there are no single rooms. Even though there was water provided in the room, the still water was still fizzy. The bathroom maybe needs some kind of handrail for towels near the sink as the space is quite small. The room could do with more storage for clothes, there was just a closet. No draws. There seemed to be a lot at breakfast but just not to my liking. The staff at reception could be a little more friendlier, they seemed quite a young bunch- student type.

Everthing was ok, only thing I or we noticed was the receptionists only one male receptionist was smiling and giving eye contact when you come in the hotel or stepping out of the elevator - mostly the ladies are just sooo focus on the computer screen - I don’t think it’s work related what they are looking because they are smiling at the screen not sure maybe watching something- receptionists should be more graceful - not like a robot - but when you approach to ask question they are fine - maybe I am just comparing the receptionists from recent trip to Asian countries - they greet you with a smile as soon as they see you come it and out of the hotel - that’s all

Receptionist should improve their costumer service gestures or practices , because it gives the guests an unwelcome impression Remember even if you are the prettiest if you don’t smile, you are not pretty just saying!

Everything was great during our stay. Room was clean, heating easy to use, big king size beds. The receptionist even went to get my wife an orthopaedic pillow. The breakfasts were fab, much better than I expected, with lots of choice, from cooked sausages/eggs/bacon to waffles to fruit. And just a short walk from both old town and Jewish quarter. They even let us check out at 2pm for no extra charge. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This is an all-round EXCELLENT boutique hotel. The staff are GREAT - reception staff are very helpful and English is understood. The location is excellent - only 5 minute walk to the main square but just enough away to be pretty quiet (there is a main road outside but the rooms are well soundproofed). We didn't have the hotel breakfast but there was a great little cafe about 30m up the street. The restaurant meals were good (although we ate out mainly) and the hotel bar's prices were comparable to those of bars in the square. There is also a nice, quiet, shaded patio. We would certainly re-book here for a return trip (Krakow is a great city by the way; charming, relaxed, friendly and prices are refreshingly reasonable compared to the rip-off UK).

Nope. Can't think of anything.

The location is great, walking distance from city centre and wawel castle is around the corner. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast was nice.

My second stay here but I feel like they dropped the ball a little on this one. The Personnel could be a bit more welcoming in general, every time you enter or exit the hotel they don't say anything. During check-in I asked about my parking reservation and they didn't know and gave me 1 day of parking, I had to park 5 minutes away for quite a lot of money! 120 euros for 4 days.

The location is excellent for Old Town, Wawel Castle and riverfront activities. It is well connected to other areas with good train connections close nearby. Bed was comfortable and there are a variety of pillow options, though the one provided was perfectly fine. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, it did get quite busy after 730. Staff were quite pleasant and helpful, especially as our grasp of the language is minimal. It was very English-speaking friendly. I changed plans to stay at this location a second time at the end of our Poland vacation as it fits every need and want we had for a property

Parking for the hotel was a challenge. There is a lot that allows long term parking that is located around the corner. Not super convenient, but very hard to have much parking there. Good news is in walking to parking spot, you pass a nice bakery. But try to snag one of the 2 spots they have for guests when you book the room. It is a smart room, so when you leave, all power to the room was shut off, so charging of phones or extra batteries could only happen with key in card holder. That seems to be a trend in Polish hotels, but is new to us.

Excellent location. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town but very close to Kazimierz in a period building that has been modernised and restored with a wonderful patio area and bar. All the staff are very nice with English widely spoken. The breakfast is very good indeed with many fresh ingredients in a very contemporary and well designed dedicated area. Rooms are full equipped including some of the smaller rooms all coming with a large TV, wardrobe, desk, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary water, two litter bins and of course a modern bathroom. The WIFI works very well. Several tram routes run passed the hotel which is about a 15 minute walk from Krakow Station. The old town Square is about an 8 minute walk. Being a smallish hotel guests are treated liked persons guests and I loved my stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again.

My only criticism, although minor, is the annoying need to log back into the WIFI every 24 hours as this should be continuous for the duration of any stay.

It had beautiful decor and was spotlessly clean and smelled like a spa when entering the lobby. The beds were huge and super comfy. Literally everything we needed was in our room, including fresh bottles of water replenished each time our room was serviced.

We arrived just after 11pm to find the bar already closed so no option for us to have a nightcap before bed. Also, it mentions toiletries are provided but no separate hair conditioner so best to bring some if you really need it.

I liked the room itself, very spacious and very well designed! The location is fantatic in terms of scenery, with the park just across the street, almost like living in the forest! The breakfast was very good - even if there was no espresso decaf, but that's a minor detail... Overall a very nice hotel!

Tram: that is something that the Hotel cannot really change, but if you are sensitive to noise and vibrations, the tram which passes just in front of the Hotel makes it a less ideal location to stay in. My colleagues who had no problem found out it fantastic! I liked the hotel and the room bvery much, but for me the noise and the vibrations was an issue...
