Everything was great, the people, the suite, the service, the restaurant. The hotel is located right next to the Wawel Castle (so what do you need more?!)😊 We chose the Royal Suite which still has the original ceiling and three frescoes. The suite is very big (I guess 100 sqm) and you have everything you need in it. The bathroom has both bathtube and a shower. Everyday they provide water (both sparkling and still) and coffee capsules (there is an espresso coffee machine in the suite). Everyone was very careful of what you need, but we would like to especially thank Marcelina (I hope I wrote her name well) who took care of our breakfast every morning and more.

Fantastic apartment! Very big room, the outdoor jacuzzi was amazing. Everthing was just perfect!

I was told that we could leave our luggages to hotel before we'll ger the room but when we were there, hotel's door was locked and nobody answered phone or messages we sent. We tried several times. So it was little bit frustrating to carry thosen heavy luggages for few ours with us and we wasted time because we could have let luggages also to our former hotel if we had known that we really can't get luggages as promised.

I have booked many rooms with booking.com and never have. I had such an exceptional room at such a reasonable price. If I could give this a 20 score I would.

I couldn’t stay longer

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It is in a perfect location just a 10 minute walk to the main square through the lovely lanes. The food is incredible at the hotel and the staff are the best we have ever experienced. They really are perfect and cannot do enough for you. Best hotel in Krakow and we will definitely be returning.

Excellent location in old town, very close to the castle and cathedral. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite. Lovely apartment with a huge amount of space and comfortable bed. Enormous bathroom has a shower and a separate bath. Excellent breakfast cooked to order Staff all really friendly and helpful

air conditioning didn’t work and it was too warm in the last floor apartment. the staff offered us Cava as a compensation, which was nice, yet still not very comfortable. the apartment is nicely furnished yet some of the couches would require cleaning

Room was amazing - pics of the roof terrace don’t even start to do it justice…. Like something out of James Bond - turn the key, the roof cover winds back and there is the castle! Incredible

Took a couple of minutes to get used to how they do hotels in Krakow - attached to restaurants generally. Not a complaint - just a surprise and no different to any of the properties

The Imperial Suite is quite superb. The furnishings, style and cleanliness are truly outstanding.. Lukas and the staff were on hand and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. It was a truly exceptional experience. I will return.

There was nothing to not like about the property.

Very nice apartment, superb terrace

No information regarding anything on room (wifi, food, services etc.) Three TV's in apartment (bit excessive), but two of those with out signal. Hovering of property at 22:30 is not optimal time. No one ask as if we won't/need to clean our apartment or change the towels during our stay (3 nights)

Like stepping back in time. Blown away by the property. Would return in a heartbeat. Staff so helpful, breakfast in room of excellent quality, location fantastic and the total suite was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in.
