Exceptionally clean and welcoming, absolutely beautiful location in the old town.

Location was perfect, walking out the door straight in to the beautiful old town. As described and exactly as per the wonderful pictures.

The location was fabulous. It was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and we were not disturbed by noise. The fragrance in the reception area was beautiful.

We required replacement coffee pods and contacted the property staff and were advised to get these from reception. However reception was never staffed so we were unable to get more supplies during our stay. Not an issue but just to inform you that the shower screen was broken and therefore the water spilled out onto the floor which was extremely slippy. (Room 203). Perhaps a door between the two bedrooms would have been better for privacy too.

The location was superb, in a little quiet street in the heart of oldtown. I was very concerned about the parking, but it was just around the corner, very easy to park and the price was not that bad. The apartment was very spacious, we had the one with two bathrooms and extra bedroom - perfect for families. The check-in was easy too. I would really recommend this place for exploring the city - gorgeous!

We had a little issue with leaking water next to the bathroom, but I think it’s an old building issue. Hopefully they will fix it

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom. Central location in old town mini markets, restaurants, coffee shops and paid parking/garage around the corner. Some minor things we didn't like as I say below that are not a deal breaker unless you maybe have kids and want to stay many days. Property sent instructions about how to get in. We never saw any personnel but we didn't need anything either.

Even though it is supposed to be an apartment with cutlery, bowls ,dishes, water and wine glasses it had no sink to wash these even if a sponge and dish soap were provided.Nor a table or chair to sit and eat. We were 4 people, me and 3 grown kids. Since 2 slept on the bed sofa there was nowhere to sit. Had cereal and milk sitting on the window sil and washed plates in the toilet sink. Also we spent 5 nights and since there is no cleaning there should be some broom or mop provided so we could clean the bathroom floor at least ourselves. The walk in closet had a crazy sensor light that turned on when you were walking outside the closet and off as soon as you walked in!

The apartment was very spacious and centrally located. The bed was comfortable, The bathroom was very roomy and well appointed. The only issue was no shower. Just a bathtub with a hand-held shower head. There is no staff on site and no cleaning of the room while you are there. We were able to contact staff via what's App.

We were given 1 towel each for a week's stay, so we had to request more. Also had to request additional toilet paper. It was outfitted with a mini fridge, plates and cutlery but no microwave which would have been nice.

The room size we chose was massive. We were a party of 2 and loved it. The location is first class and there are lots of lovely little cafes and restaurants in the area and literally a 2 minute walk from the main square and the Wavel castle in the other. Bed was lovely and comfortable too. All round and excellent choice and would stay again in this or other LoftAffair properties.

Although we probably could have asked for a fresh towels we felt that for a 4 day visit 1 towel for the whole time wasn’t great. The shower got a little colder towards the end of the stay also, but it was never freezing. A staff in the hotel for an hour or 2 for set hours might be an idea.

Great location in the centre of the old town. Nice apartment, clean, and good facilities, comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful online, providing lots of information before we arrived and replying to questions very quickly. Ideal base for visiting Krakow and the surrounding area.

There were no doors between the 'living room' (with bed 1 and a sofa bed in it) and the bedroom (with the second double bed in it) which means there is a lack of privacy - this wasn't a massive issue for us but think it could be made slightly clearer in the photos/description as it was a bit of a surprise when we arrived...

The location is perfect, right in the town center. Everything is within walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious. It was very easy to get in, and the checkin/checkout process was pretty smooth.

There are two things that I didn't like: in the bathroom, the shower was too low, so it wasn't very comfortable to take a shower. The second thing was that the window of the bathroom had only one sheet of curtain for a window that was clearly for two sheets: when I wanted to take a shower, I had to move the sheet to one side, as there was always a portion of the window which could be seen from the outside.

Really stunning spacious apartment, massive hallway which you could easily have used as a second room it was so big. No kitchen but having a fridge makes so much difference, also had tea and coffee facilities and a full set of glasses and crockery. Pretty much everything you would need, only addition could possibly have been a microwave but not really an issue. Under floor heating so the place was extremely warm. It did make it a bit too hot for us but the response from the company was fantastic and very fast at getting it turned down so we were more comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like really, possibly some blackout curtains but that's just a personal thing and didn't take anything away from how nice the apartment was

The property was beautiful. Really clean, extremely comfortable beds. Gorgeous decor and furnishings. I was travelling with my parents so the separate rooms were perfect and it didn’t bother us there were no doors to close off the rooms. The area was quiet and we had a great sleep every night.

It’s really minor but the bath shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor. I also wasn’t too sure how to change the aircon / heating settings, but it didn’t bother us as the temperature it was set at was perfect.
