We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and location was perfect. While it was noisy in the evening (our room was directly above the Akropolis kebab shop/restaurant), earplugs were sufficient, and it was great for people watching! The only downside was the breakfast. We gave it a try on the first morning and didn’t return for the rest of our stay. That said, everything else made up for it, and we had a great experience overall.

Although this hotel is at the center of all the action and only a few steps away from the square, it is extremely quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom amenities and tea/coffee very much appreciated, and the daily breakfast delicious. Staff at this hotel are especially helpful, welcoming, and thoughtful. We had a very early morning flight so the staff arranged for a taxi and sent us off with breakfast/lunch bags. We also appreciated having the option to book various tours through the hotel which saved us a lot of time. Although the hotel has no AC the ceilings are tall and the fan provided was more than enough to keep us comfortable at night.

Hotel is in a great central location close to the main square . We had a delux twin room. It was a huge room with a lovely big bathroom .Very clean and nice furnishings . Very Comfy beds . The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent with a mix of continental and cooked buffet .

There was a bit of noise from outside as the room was to the front of the hotel. Not a major issue , still had a great stay and would definitely stay here again .

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the square market, with many restaurant and shopping nearby. The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly, they supported us and arranged everything for us, our return flight was very early in the morning, the hotel arranged a taxi for us and prepared us a breakfast to eat on the way to the airport. The hotel has a good breakfast and also offers tour packages around the city of Krakow.

As it is well located in the center close to restaurants and bars, it can be a little noisy at night depending on the day. (many stores in the center close late or are open 24 hours). But it also depends on your room.

Grate location just off the old town square . I went for a basic room it was and had everything id asked for comfy easy access to cafes bars and the site's and walking distance from train station and pick up points for tours they even

Nothing really. because of location could be a bit noisy early hrs .but what do you expect if you book a hotel in the middle of a city.

Perfect location for exploring Krakow old town, it's a stone's throw from the main square. Rooms were lovely and warm, beds were really comfortable and big. Bathrooms were clean, brightly lit, shower was amazing. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room but we didn't use those. Bottled water in the room was replaced daily, which was great. One couple from our party were facing the main walkway from the square and noticed a lot of noise quite late at night from people leaving bars, etc, but they were provided with ear plugs. Others in our party didn't have rooms facing the road and we didn't hear a thing all night. We booked superior rooms and these were in the main building, but I believe there are rooms in an annexe building as well. But you can't get any better location for the bars, restaurants, etc in the main square than this.

Check out time was 11am which I consider a little early, especially if you have a late flight home. But the hotel did store our suitcases for us. Also, there is no direct vehicular access to the front of the hotel as it is a pedestrian only zone, apart from service vehicles early in the morning. So if getting a taxi you have to walk to a pre-arranged pickup point, which could be a couple of streets away. Our transfer service were excellent though and whatsapped us the location and sent a location pin as well. Don't let this put you off booking though, it's a small point, the hotel is brilliant.

Everything was great...Great location room clean, breakfast lovely the only thing would be a bit noisy it didn't bother me as I was that tired from walking all day but that would be the only negative but then again the location is perfect so makes up for the little noise overall great hotel staff food etc would stay here again 😊

Incredible location just off the main square opposite a Polish 7-11 (Zabka) and a ton of places to eat. Room was beautiful and very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No laundry anywhere close. They say they have luggage storage but it is just on the floor by the front desk. Lots and lots and lots of stairs to reach my room - five staircases by memory.

Breakfast good, need more kind of cheeses, more kind of breads, The location of the hotel is excellent, close to all attractions, restaurants, cafes, museums, Reception staff is nice, kind, welcoming, helpful with any question

Small rooms, telephone in the room is far from the bed, there is no air conditioner in the room and it is very hot days this summer, there is only a ventilator but it is not enough, The room faces the main street and there is terrible noise, it is difficult to sleep at night, At breakfast there is not enough selection of cheeses to choose from, or bread to choose from Not enough vegetables There is no fridge in the room, a bit difficult in the hot summer, the room should be upgraded

The room was stunning and the bathroom was very nice. The whole place was spotless. The location is unquestionably it’s best feature as it’s quite literally a few steps away from the plaza. Also it’s a stones throw away from the Wawel castle and very close to main tour guides pick ups. Also the staff were very lovely and helpful.

I suppose my only complaint would be the noise levels. I think for the amount it’s not ideal that you can’t get a good nights sleep due to the constant noise outside, but I suppose that’s what you get from a central location. Once the widow was closed it shut off 90% of the noise so that’s an easy fix, and there’s a fan in the room which keeps you cool and comfortable in return. Also, the carpet on the stairway gets quite stinky on hot days and the smell can be quite pungent, but there’s a lift to make up for that too!
