The location is amazing and the apartment looked as the photos showed with high ceilings and brickwork. The staff were friendly and we were able to check in easily at midnight and also leave our bags there on the final day after checkout at 11am. For saying we were in the middle of the city, it was really quiet where we stayed as this is set back from the main road through a tunnel, we looked out onto the courtyard of the bar/restaurant downstairs that seemed to close at 10pm so it was quiet. There was a code to get through the gate after this time so it felt secure too.. There was a coffee machine with some pods which was nice to use to have a good coffee in the morning.

Floors in the apartment were a bit creaky but as would be expected of an old building. The internal doors had frosted glass, which I was a bit uncomfortable with being at the loo or in the bedroom near the kitchen. The apartment is clean in most areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom, but don't look under or behind the bed or under the sofa, I dropped something behind the bed and there were socks and all sorts down there. Sheets and bedding were clean and fresh though.

I liked most of the facility. Coffee was a nice touch. The bed and linen were good and the studio was spacious. I like that I was in the middle of the Old Town and I had access to many good restaurants and tourist sites. A good value as well.

A few things: My coffee maker didn't work and the desk person (angry blond woman) told me that many of the apartments didn't have a coffee make and that most guests didn't or wouldn't use them. She then told me that they could just remove it from my room. I politely asked if they might find me one that worked. She didn't respond to that request, but the coffee maker was replaced for a working machine. This individual was not a happy person. I was tempted to go in and ask her her name, I didn't want to see her again. I didn't like the small shower.

The hotel was ideal for the visit to the centre of krakow and surrounding areas you probably couldn't ask for anything more.

I can't say that I didn't enjoy our stay, maybe it was an oversight on my part not requesting a lower room but I would assume when I got to the hotel and the reception staff would see that I'm disabled. But unfortunately they put us on the top floor that's by the way, has for the apartment I was very disappointed with the size of the bedroom unfortunately there was not enough room to use my C-PAP machine so we had no option but to setup the pullout bed for use. The room was clean on arrival.

Its a hidden little gem ! down a alley way into a cute little court yard where there are tables , a bar and a traditional restaurant attached and that's where you go to reception for the apartments. A beautiful spiral staircase to the apartments , living room, kitchen , good bathroom , double room and a twin 2 single bedroom in our flat and the settee is a decent sized pull out double bed , lots of character and felt safe , quiet . you are literally 30 metres from walking into the main square , just perfect. only thing i did not see was a lift to the flats , NOT to say there isn't one I just did not look as not needed for my friend and I

This is the only gripe I had , but in NO way did it spoil the stay , I think they could do with new beds , they were not the comfiest I have slept on, that's seriously the only gripe I have .

Good location, clean apartments, comfortable beds and in apartments have been everything what is needed, for the stay. Near apartments are few parking areas, where you can leave car for additional price (better to have cash in PLN).

Apartment windows were in the yard, where is located bar, when people were smoking in the bar, these smokes entered in the apartments.

Location was excellent The reception staff were really lovely and helpful , also great to help us book tours , The shower in the room was great And room was a great size beds and pull out couch very comfortable and clean

In the room "sky" in the bedroom there is a hole in the wall next to timber frame which I didn't like , also there was no lift, when we came back to collect our luggage we asked could we use bathroom in the bar next to reception and the girl said no unless we buy sometimes

The staff was super kind and we were able to check in later without any issues. Location is excellent and it was easy to find. Bathroom was clean and spacious, beds were fine, and additionally couch was super comfortable. We were able to use all appliances such as tv or kitchen stuff without any problem. Rooms are clean and you can see they are cleaned frequently. A good value for money in general.

Apartments are located in an old building without the elevator, so there was a lot of stairs. It was a little bit cold as well, but all heaters were working fine, so it wasn’t that big of an issue. It is visible that apartments are rented frequently. It’s located on busy street, so you can hear it even later in the night (not super loud tho).

The location was the best. There are so many stores, restaurants, and the main square within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a 30 minutes walk from the apartment. We actually arrived about 2 hours early and were able to get right into the apartment which was really nice. The lady working the front desk was nice and provided great information.

There were only 4 very small pillows in the apartment, I would recommend having a few more available if you’re only going to have travel sized pillows available. Also, there were no extra blankets. Especially during the winter months, providing a few extra blankets would add great value.

Location can’t be better. The hotel is very quiet despite being right at Market Square. The room is spacious enough and the kitchen is very well equipped. The shower is super small but that wasn’t a big deal for me. Don’t pay attention to the reviews that say the staircase is unsafe. That’s a complete nonsense. It’s just an old staircase in an old building at an even older town. What did they expect?

The only time they cleaned they did not change or even fix the bed. There were a lot of very little moths. Also the entrance to the hotel is also the entrance to a dance club and street advertisers were very annoying every night I came back. I would not go with kids.

Fabulous clean apartment, had everything we needed for a weekend in Krakow. Excellent location.

View wasn't great and felt the entrance way was a little scary at night, especially as there seemed to be some sort of men only club in the basement. There were 3 of us, so it's not a direct issue, if travelling alone, maybe it would be. We had arranged breakfast, and the food was really good, but staff on day 1 were rude and we nearly didn't go on day 2, however different staff who were lovely and knew how to cater for guests.
