A great affordable apartment in the heart of Krakow! After a previous accomodation fell through this place was able to accomodate us the same night. I will say that the first room we were given was filled with these little flying bugs. They were all on the floor and the curtains. So that was not ideal, however we called the contact number and they gave us a new room that was bug-free and very nice, and it was hassle free. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is clean and there is a kettle and fridge available. We could not get over the amazing location for an affordable price.

Small place but it is cosy.

Stayed with 2 adults +2 kids, we had one double bed and sofa bed for kids. Small room considering 4 people but enough for 2 nights. The location was absolutely great! Breakfast was served in a local hotel restaurant, which added value to the stay and it was worth it.

The noise level at night from passers by, but the room is equipped with air-con, so there no need to open the window at night + work as noise cancelling.

Fantastic location in central Krakow, just off the main square. Our room was quiet and accessible by stairs on the 1st floor. Having a small fridge in the room was a big plus for keeping drinks cold. The breakfast at Cafe Mini on each morning of our stay was fantastic, in terms of range and quality, giving us a great start to the day.

On our 2nd day the hot water failed completely and wasn't restored until late afternoon/early evening, a bit of a pain. Also, the bathroom had a VERY musty odour that the fan could not clear and even leaving the door/window open couldn't remove. The room was a little small, but for the price and location we cannot complain.

Great location, good sized apartment with the usual expected room facilities. It was clean, airy and modern and well presented.

TV didn't work (not a real negative to us, as was mostly out of the apartment), a suggestion would be to have the room condiments replenished and a change of towels after a couple of days. Also the room had at times a strong stench / oduor from the bathroom wc. However, this would not mean we would not book again as the positives outweighed the little negatives, which can be easily resolved in readiness for other guests.

Beautiful apartments in the heart of the old town, very close to the central square. The room has everything you need. Towels, shower gel, soap. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Easy and convenient check-in, keys in the mini-safe. The administration is always in touch. There is a luggage room outside the hotel, within walking distance.

Be careful, there is no elevator in the building!!!

Apartment is on a main busy street, next door is wine bar so they are people partying into 2am on weekends, a bit noisy

The apartment was clean and in great location.

Had to check out until 10am which was pretty hasty.

The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. The views of the old town Cracow are priceless.

We liked everything.

The location is great, directly at the main square. Shops, restaurants are just in a few steps away. Kazimierz, Wawel also just in a short walking distance. Staff is friendly, the room is great, comfortable beds. Because the hotel is on one of the busiest street of Krakow there is obviously a noise, but this is not the hotel's fault - they give you earplugs which helps to sleep, which I think is a very nice thing.

The only thing that could have improve my experience is to have carpets in the room instead of laminated flooring panels, because it has a much colder feeling.
