Ideal location ,shower outstanding , room clean

Bed had broken spars and they had been temporarily repaired never received any new towels during 3 day stay coffee tea never got replaced only 2 sachet each for 3 days no sitting area in room and bed was really low

Everything was super comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and you have easy access to everything you need. Supermarkets, pharmacies, the main square, and the Wawel castle are all walking distance from the room. The customer service number answered promptly and clearly, giving all needed instructions for the stay. (The check-in/out process was very simple) The room felt safe, and the facilities included were perfect, and the WiFi was fast.

While the rest of the room was clean, there was a smell that came from the bathroom sink. We fixed this with some air freshener but when we returned to the room after a long day the smell came back.

Seamless check-in and check-out. Room exceeded expectations: very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location and value for the price can't be beat. I had a room facing the garden and noise level was minimal.

There was no sink stopper/drain cover in the bathroom sink, and the smell from the pipes made the entire bathroom smell a bit musty/earthy. It wasn't unbearable, just a little unpleasant.

A great affordable apartment in the heart of Krakow! After a previous accomodation fell through this place was able to accomodate us the same night. I will say that the first room we were given was filled with these little flying bugs. They were all on the floor and the curtains. So that was not ideal, however we called the contact number and they gave us a new room that was bug-free and very nice, and it was hassle free. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is clean and there is a kettle and fridge available. We could not get over the amazing location for an affordable price.

Small place but it is cosy.

I rented an apartment for one of my family members. I did not stay in the room, so I can't say much about it. However, I would like to mention that the communication with the team was exceptional. They were very responsive, kind, and caring. They were patient with me, answered all my questions, and provided directions for me to coordinate.

Location was amazing. Apartment was just what we needed for our stay.

Bathroom had a leak from the sink that covered the bathroom floor. We caught a cleaner who contacted reception and when we arrived back it looked fixed. This was not the case and we noticed it leaking again. Also the smell in the bathroom was not good.

The location was perfect for viewing all surrounding attractions because everything is less than a 10-15 minute walk. Many trams are nearby. Plenty of food options are nearby.

The building itself does not have an elevator, so you will need to ascend stairs with your luggage/strollers/wheelchairs or whatever else you have with you. The room is a bit narrow. It’s an ideal booking for a party of 1-2 due to limited space. Overall, I would still recommend the room!

Located right in the middle of the old town

Downside being right in the middle of old town is the noise until 3-4am. If you’re planning on drinking regularly then fine. I’d probably reconsider with the family just for that

Stayed with 2 adults +2 kids, we had one double bed and sofa bed for kids. Small room considering 4 people but enough for 2 nights. The location was absolutely great! Breakfast was served in a local hotel restaurant, which added value to the stay and it was worth it.

The noise level at night from passers by, but the room is equipped with air-con, so there no need to open the window at night + work as noise cancelling.
