A great location for our stay in Krakow as we easily walked to everything we wanted to see and there were lots of restaurant choices. Breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of choices for all types of diets. The bed was comfortable although I never like the thick European comforters and bring my own bedsheet always. The double pane windows cut out noise well, there was very little traffic on the street and people walking by were generally not boisterous.

There was a floor bump outside my room unmarked that was easy to trip on. It needs to be a totally different color or have warning strips attached. Rooms 5a b and c are behind this bump.

The hotel location was fantastic and the staff were wonderful. Including making us a packed lunch for our trip to Auschwitz . Breakfast was fine but limited in hot breakfast range , but everything was good . We booked a Standard room I would advise to book way above this room . In our room there was no wardrobe or anywhere to hang cloths except a couple of coat hangers . A lot of our cloths were in kept in holdall of suitcase . Space is not what you get in this standard room you were always banging into things so be warned . Apart from that I can't fault the hotel !.

Book above a standard room , I've stayed in standard rooms in the UK and they were twice this size .

The bed was super comfortable, the room was spotless, and they put us in a spacious room!

Although the room was large and the bed comfortable, the sheets for the couple were too small, and when I pulled them to one side, my husband was left uncovered on the other side. The water in the shower didn't stay as cold as it did one night. We had to shower with water was almost freezing in winter, but the next day it was at the perfect temperature. The breakfast is not bad but there is no variety, but I recommend eating in the street cafes in Krakow, as the price is much better.

The location of this lovely hotel is brilliant. You are literally steps away from the awesome main square with the Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and many other lovely buildings. On arrival, the member of staff was very helpful and offered us the choice of rooms depending if we wanted to be overlooking the street to the square or further back where it was a little quieter. The staff were also great at providing information for the trains and trams to get us around. Our room had a great shower, fridge and good floor space. The breakfast choice was great and frequently replenished. This is a fab hotel and we would have no hesitation in recommending. It has ideal access to the square, Wawel Castle, the Barbican, Planty Park, the train station and huge shopping centre.

Perfect location. Right around the corner from the main square of old town. Out of the major noise, but close enough to everything that you will be there in moments by foot. Two of the ladies at the front desk were really helpful. I did not catch the name of the one (started with Agneis....?) but she was amazing. She went out of her way to schedule trips for us and when the phone in our room did not work, she headed up to the third floor to update us. Hate that I did not get to thank her properly before we left.

My wife was not crazy about the mattress on the bed. The bathroom sink overlaps the toilet a bit. Just a bit cramped. But very clean.

The room was light and airy and I found that it was big enough for what we needed. It was in a great location, I have stayed in Krakow before so was comparing you with another hotel we stayed at in the area as we liked that location. We didn't use the breakfast this time as we were busy doing other things. The staff were always really friendly and on the last day because of it being Easter, we decided to book a taxi ( normally we do the train but there was even problems with the trains coming and we caught a bus ) as the train service was every hour being the holidays. The staff were brilliant and our taxi arrived as booked and they told us the price too so we knew what to expect.

I thought that the shower gel and the hand dispenser soap was a little watery and didn't really smell of anything. Previously in another hotel we had little bottles of showergel and hand soap. We also didn't get any milk which we got in another hotel. I thought that the fridge was very small ( again comparing to another hotel )

Very clean and spacious. We had2 rooms, Family and the apartment with terrace. Super spacious. And the family room had a wall between 2 double beds which make it little more private for sleeping or reading a book. The reception staff was very helpful with any information needed or airport transfers booking sorted for all 4 of us. We had a great time on our girls trip.

It was a onion smell each morning 7:00 _9:00 am, leaking through air-conditioning. We stayed on 4th floor. I didn't expected to smell anything from the kitchen.

Great location on the square, staff were helpful and friendly even allowed early check-in. Room comfy and clean and cleaned daily. Early start to airport so booked a taxi for me saving me the stress of waiting as a lone traveller this was a worry. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return. Spacious room and great shower. Air con/heat adjustable whenever you need it and super comfy beds.

Didn't have breakfast but loved the water machine in the reception area and water jug in room.

It was close to the main train station. Maybe 4 stops by tram, but I was walking 10-12 minutes. Half minute from the main square, 7-8 minutes from the Castle and the river. Million pubs, restaurants in the neighbourhood, grocery stores in front of the hotel. Comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff (Agnieszka was one of them).

Wifi was not fast. My window looked at the main walking street and therefore my room was a bit noisy. Bathroom felt like a bit narrow, especially when I had to sit. On the street there were some girls, who maybe wanted to scam tourist. Always be aware and careful (not only in Poland)!

No prior advice that cars prohibited around hotel therefore taxi drop off with luggage and no directions was a bit of a shock! Terrace not swept by housekeeping so quite a bit of leaf and feather debris which spoilt aesthetics
