Everything I want in my stay: comfortable, quiet, clean & great location, all at an excellent price. Location was a few short blocks from the Old Town Center in one direction and Wawel Castle in the other. Also close to trolley lines and bus lines for convenient travel to/from Airport & Train Station, and also to sightseeing areas. Many dining choices nearby. Self check-in was very easy, and staff responded quickly to all of my questions & other messages. Would definitely plan to stay here again!

Location. Really centre. The room was very clean. Service really nice. Even the size of the room (as far as single room can be considered) was rather roomy. I've seen people throwing double beds into such rooms and calling the double rooms. So overall nice surprise there.

Shower head was a bit broken. And only 1 socket in the room, not placed conveniently, but both defects manageable. I also didn't like the fact that even though the room was on the 2nd floor and from the side of the inside courtyard, there could have been people walking right outside my window, so not only no views, but also risk that if you leave the window slightly open someone could very easily get in.

This was in the most amazing location, Right in the center of Old Town on one of the main streets.Exactly where you want to be when traveling. It was one of the largest rooms I have stayed in with gorgeous antique furniture and hardwood floors. The shower was strong water and it was a pleasure to be here. I wish all properties were as fabulous. They even provided sparkling mineral water, a kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The doors opened with a code, which happened to be part of my mobile number, so I never forgot it. It was quiet and a grest reprieve from the crowds and action outside on the main street and main square. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The stairs up to the first floor because my bag was heavy, but that's not really an issue.

Great, very central location, but the apartment is quite in the evenings or as soon as the windows are closed. Beautiful old furnitures and staircase, just as on the photos.

A plastic bottle was forgotten on the bedside table, and the floor could have been cleaner, but the bathroom was spotless though, and the bedsheets were crispy fresh. ^.^ There is a note in the bathroom, that the towels will be replaced only if they are left on the floor. They were replaced regardless not leaving them on the floor.

The hotel was in a great location, only a 10 minute slow walk from the main square. I say slow because we liked to take our time and look at all the lovely buildings on the way. The beds were comfortable and the room really clean. They even had an essential oil spray for your pillow to help you sleep at night. When we first arrived there was no soap in the bathroom, but when I messaged the reception on booking.com, someone brought some up right away. The staff were very helpful when you messaged them. One night the people above us sounded like they were having a party in their room. I messaged the hotel and they said they messaged everyone staying in the apartments to keep the noise down after 10pm and assured me that they didn't say anything about my message. After this we heard the people upstairs leave and take their party outside so that was really good. They also had a kettle and lots of different kinds of tea and coffee you could have in your room. I liked the old feel of the room. There is a Thai massage place on the ground floor. We got a massage while we were there and it was very relaxing and good for my tired feet from all the walking around the city. It was always very warm in the apartment.

We were on the first floor and at night the streets were very noisy until 6am with drunk people screaming and singing all night. If I was to stay here again, I would ask for a room on a higher floor. They had a hairdryer, but it wasn't very powerful and it took ages to dry my hair. You also have to keep pushing a button in to keep it going which is annoying.

Terrific location and exceptional food value. I am always apprehensive when paying so little but the apartment was clean and functional.

The shower head was broken and there was no way to position the bedside table, lamp and charger next to the bed, although admittedly, having just returned from another regular trip to Ukraine, there are minor issues.

Room was very nice, clean, everything worked. The beds were soft, clean, fragrant linen. A lot of towels, soap, everything needed in the bathroom was there. The location is just great, relly 3 minutes of walk from the main square and sightseeings. The staff was very nice and polite. They helped us at our coming (during the night) to find the code and navigate to our room.

One of the beds squeaked but it wasnt something terrible and during the night some animal had to be inside the small doores in the wall because I heard schraching. It was looking for some food I think. It was like a experiential accommodation :) but I wasnt scared, no problem for our family.

The apartments position is really great! Grodzka street is one of the main old town streets, full of life, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, with air conditioning.

I appreciated the boiler with Tea and coffe... and also the free bottles of water. On the other hand only shampoo was available and very small disks of soup with which it is impractical to take a shower ...

Pre arrival information was excellent, we were contacted before we arrived with a door code, room was very clean & well maintained. Location was amazing, within easy walking distance of the main square and Wawel Castle and the staff were very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend staying here.
