It is my third time at this hotel. The location is great and the breakfast. Also the staff are very professional and they have parking but you have to pay it separately.

The room that I stayed in this time was close to the street. I woke up two days at 6 a.m. because of the noise of the tram. And the two beds were two small and separate from each other. It would be nice to have a Queen size rather than single and with sheets and cover like in the U.S.

Good location within a short walk of the main square and many restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a top floor room looking over part of the park that runs round the old city. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and appeared to be recently decorated. It had all the facilities we needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There was a good choice of food at the buffet breakfast and we never had to queue. We ate a lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and both were good with friendly and efficient service. There were no rowdy or disruptive guests during our stay.

There was some noise from the street below, mainly from the trams, but not enough to be disruptive. We prefer to open windows for fresh air, but closed them and relied on air conditioning during the night. That worked well and we were never woken by noise. There is a small bar, but with tall, and not very comfortable cafe style chairs. It would be nice to have a more comfortable area to relax with a drink after a long day of sightseeing, and maybe chat with other guests.

This was my first ever trip to Krakow, so not knowing much I selected the hotel based on the position on the map. This Best Western proved to be the perfect choice for my short getaway as the location is within walking distance to the Old Town, the Castle & Cathedral and the Jewish Quarter. The included breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of choices, which did slightly change between days. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and well kept. The room, albeit a bit on the smaller side, was well appointed with everything one needs. The bed/mattress was very comfy and made for a good sleep. Heating also worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful for the few things I needed. On my departure day, as my flight was in the afternoon, I went on a city tour and it was possible to store my luggage at the hotel, this was much appreciated. This also turned out to be my first stay in a Best Western property, as usually I had found other properties more convenient for one reason or another during previous trips elsewhere. I had a great experience here and the location was ideal for what I wanted to do/see in the short time I had. I would gladly choose this hotel again for a future visit to Krakow, and can fully recommend it for a stay in this fantastic city.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, and the bed at first seemed narrower than I had expected from a double. But, after checking again the information on Booking, I noticed that all was as advertised and I can't really complain for not reading beforehand. The elevator stops on mezzanine levels, in-between the actual floors, while this was no issue for me, one should be aware of this in case they have a lot of heavy luggage or mobility issues, as one will have to either go up or down a short flight of stairs.

The hotel staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was good, some unusual things as well as the main breakfast food, lots of choice. It was ideally situated between the main square and the Jewish Quarter and near the castle and river. We had a room at the back, which we requested, and it was quiet. We were able to leave our suitcases there until our later flight time. There is a water bottle filler on the ground floor which is handy.

We only had one pillow each at first and a small cushion, but got extra pillows easily, when we asked.

Great location for old town and Jewish Quarter. Friendly staff. Overall good stay. Clean hotel and lovely choice of breakfast.

Tram noise can be heard in rooms even those in the back of the building. Krakow is a sightseeing city where we walked approximately 8 miles a day. At the end of the day a comfy seat would be really welcome, however the lobby seats were very low, small and mainly plastic. In the bar plastic hard bar stools at tables. It is suggested chairs are changed to better comfier versions would be a great improvement.

Excellent location adjacent to old town with plenty of transit options. Outstanding breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold foods, fruit, pastries and sweets. The staff provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond when a mix up with our trains ended up with us in another city - they held our room, arranged a car from the train station, had the driver call them when we were en route and met us in the parking lot to carry our things inside. At 5:30 am after traveling through the night this was so welcome.

I will score 9, obviously it is not a 5 star hotel, but I am scoring based on the price paid and what the hotel offers. Let’s be honest, that for the price made me surprised for the so nice night I have had. Location is the plus here, staffs amazing and polite. The hotel is extremely clean and I love it! Thanks Best Western team, you are amazing!

Nothing to complain, once a night is less than 70€, cannot find something better in the city centre. But the points I did not like in this stay: - The room is tiny, and we can hear the metro in front.

The location is wonderful; close to the Old Town, as well as to Wawel, Wisła and even the PKP Train Station one can be considered as walking distance or only under 20 by TAXI.

The staff was wonderful during our stay except for one young lady who looked absolutely offended when we greeted her with “Dobry wieczór” when we came in from our late stroll. She really left a bit of “after taste” especially that the rest of the staff exhibited great degree of Polish Hospitality.

Location and breakfast. Friendly staff and clean room. This hotel is offering the best breakfast in Kraków. Simply great 👍👍

One thing however needs to be improving. Location of the safebox. Definitely is too low. For the older individual is difficult to operate. It's great to have in the room but location isn't convenient. This should be a priority in my opinion.

Location! Not far from old town. Around corner from pick up point for Salt mine and Auschwitz tours. It’s was very clean, staff were friendly EG arranging a lunch pack for our Auschwitz trip as we left too early for breakfast. Breakfast was included and good variety.

The only thing was the room was really small, could just manage to walk around the bed.
