Location was excellent just off the main square, very clean and good facilities. It felt very secure with three different codes to get in. Everything on your doorstep including a really useful little shop, ATM, , pizza place, cafes, cakes shops etc.

Lacked attention to detail - only 4 hangers for two people for 4 days, no tea towel in the kitchen, no information on heating, tv, automatic blinds - furniture pushed back to the walls for ease of cleaning when could have been made cosy. No one on site when the information said there was a facility to pay upon arrival - there isn’t you pay beforehand.

Location, communication, facilities. We had the studio flat "Rubin" which was light and spacious. The sofa concerted to a good sized double bed. Tea, coffee and sugar included, but milk or UHT creamer would be welcome. It was clean, modern and comfortable with a table, 4 chairs, armchair and microwave. Also in the room was an iron and small ironing board. The location was ideal, about halfway between the Rynek and Wavel castle. There were so many places to eat and shops to buy supplies. We took the breakfast option which was at a nearby hotel cafe, not on site. It was a 5 minute walk, we had good weather so it wasn't a problem. The quality of the breakfast at the Wentzel Cafe was very good, with several options to choose from. The staff were friendly and efficient. We would book one of these apartments again, no question.

The water was not very hot. The studio had a combination boiler but it did not generate a huge amount of heat. The studio was just warm enough and keeping the water flow rate down helped lift the shower temperature. Had the heating been more efficient (or better set up) we could have vented the room during the day as condensation did form on the night when the overnight temperature fell below 0C. The shower room door handle needs to be properly fixed to the door. The door latch did not click into place close very well and as a result previous occupants had trouble closing it and will have pulled the handle off the door.

It was very close to the centre and in walking distance to the castle and places of interest The apartment was clean and tidy It had a lift which was easy for my group with a bad leg

Was not able to turn heating on so it was cold and wet Said there was a ironing facility but we couldn’t find one The cooker did not work but we bought things to cook Did not see any staff to ask for anything Had a really bad smell of sewage coming from the toilet

Very clear instructions for getting the key, including a video. The location was really great in between the Main Square and Wawel Castle. The property had everything we needed and it was easy to contact the host.

I would have preferred if the side road that led to the property was better lit as it was very dark when we arrived, but that is not a fault of the property itself.

This accommodation is amazingly placed right in the old town centre of Krakow! This make this ideal for getting around the city very easily! Tram is less than 5 minutes away, there is a tourist agency right next door to the beautiful church! The room had everything I needed, it allowed me to stay very comfortably! This accommodation also supports holding your luggage for after you check out, meaning you can spend the whole day doing things without carrying your luggage everywhere with you! The only slight down side to this is the luggage storage is about a 10 minute walk from the accommodation! :)

This is not in regards to the accommodation, I would say is the pricing for food in this surrounding area can be a little bit pricier that the outskirts of the city or different cities for e.g I found Warsaw to be cheaper sometimes! (But Krakow is definitely more beautiful! ) :D

The Place was large and well equipped. The # of door codes and lock boxes can be a bit of a challenge but doable. Location is great just off the main walking street midway between the Castle and the Square.

The location is really good! A few minutes walking to Rynek from one side and from the other side a few minutes walking to the Wawel Castle. Shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. just by the door. Tram stop really near as well.

The apartment is really bright, even with the curtains and blackouts, so if you have a problem to sleep with lights, this can be a problem in spring/summer time when the sun rise is really early. the internet connection was not really good.

the location was great, walking distance to anything important in city centre. very quite place and very clean. temp was great, central heating. I saw AC units for summer time as well. kitchen well equipped, tea, coffee and sugar, washing soap as well. sofa bed was full size double bed, kids loved it.

pillows were small, like cushions. no tea towel to dry plates.

Fantastic apartment. Amazing location for the old town. Air con, which we definitely needed as it was 32 degrees. Felt very safe as there is a code to get in the complex and a code for the lift. Very spacious, immaculately clean, very good facilities. Nice and quiet considering its in the centre.

The pillows too small so they were uncomfortable. The shower waste didnt drain so the water was coming over the door.

Great location. Super spacious. Comfortable. Easy check-in/out. Easy communication with staff. Great views / sunsets. Felt safe.

Nothing major really. 1. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker. However a great little coffee shop just across the street. 2. No toilet paper holder. 3. TV / system wasn't working well and also no Netflix/Prime set up. However, we did have an HDMI cable handy so were able to hook up our laptop.
